My daughter has never had beef ribs. I had to tell her yes we love the pig but I want your pallet to know the beef side in BBQ. It’s less meat and a different taste but it like bbq steak filets but baked in the oven

Love these, usually will just broil for a couple minutes each side if that and eat or even better after maybe a minute on each side in the broiler I will toss them in a pan with a little butter and brown them up and make them even tastier!!

I was actually surprised this time because when I’ve bought them before they weren’t as greasy and they had more meat on them. These really didn’t have much meat and were super greasy.

Great cuts, and unlike ours back in Orlando, no hidden 'ugly' cuts under the top layer. Was excellent to make Kalbi ribs. This was in North San Antonio.

I get 3 packages of this every time I go to Sam’s Club. You just make your own marinade at home. Or if I’m lazy just cook it with some soy sauce and it’s pretty good. This is galbi the reason I still have Sam’s Club membership.

A bit pricey, but I’m thrilled that they carry this cut of rib. I make teriyaki and or Kalbi (Korean) short ribs on the grill - add some freshly cooked white rice and Hawaiian style mac salad and you’ve got one heck of a plate lunch! Chee hoo!!

I was surprised to find these at Sam's club. I love this kinda cut of a beef rib. If you haven't tried them, they are awesome on the grill. Cool them hot and fast. As long as both sides looks cooked, you are golden.

These ribs are far and away the best, most tender, most flavorful flanken cut ribs I have ever purchased and the price (as of 8/24) is unbeatable. Highly recommended.

The fat on the meat is much higher than some other stores. For the price, however, it is still a great deal. Expect to cut out some fat if you do not want it.

Used about ten pounds of these to make my annual Christmas short rib ragu. Cooked up beautifully with a minimum of waste. Because of the direction of the cut, there were a lot of small rib bones in the sauce but this also added a lot of flavor.
