[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was prepared to return the multi surface cleaner because I couldn't see how it could deal with all the dog hair in my house. I have 2 Corgies and a Golden. I was amazed. It dealt with all the hair and dirt beautifully! The vacuum did a better job than my regular vacuum and mopped like a dream. Only issue is no attachment for crevices. I will sweep corners with a broom because I am saving 2 hours with this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned the crosswave pet pro for about two years and it broke already. I just missed my warranty on it so needless to say had to purchase a new one. I have been wanting to get the hydrosteam since it came out but couldn't justify buying another, until my other broke. My pet pro was lighter in weight and had much better suction, but the hydrosteam definitely makes the floors feel cleaner and doesn't leave streaks like my old one did. I am overall happy with my purchase as long as it doesn't break in the next few years.

You need to read the instructions, as there are specific things you have to consider between the different surfaces etc... Also, the instructions are not great at explaining or identifying well the difference between the rollers. I was hoping for a product that was a little easier to use, but I am sure with more use, it will become easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's good as a light mop on fresh messes, does great on mud or dirt and dust. For the majority of the floor it does good, my floors definitely feel cleaner. I prefer the steam function for sanitation but it doesn't get too warm and doesn't change how well it gets up stubborn spots. I have a dog and a kid and it cleans up most of the mess. Also there is about 1" the vac can't reach on either side and in front of it, so you will have to go back through with a mop or rag and clean up along base boards and around furniture legs. I wish the steam was a little more effective, or the brush worked up more stubborn gunk off the floor.

We decided to purchase the CrossWave HydroSteam Plus Muliti-surface Wet Dry Van Bundle...Our floors are beautiful and unit does an amazing job removing hidden dirt and debris from our floors! The house smells clean and fresh as well! We are very happy that we invested in vac as we have area rugs as well, we can clean one area to another with a simple adjustment with ease!
