Good quality manufacturing I've only had it a short time so far but seems very well made. I love the steam option. There aren't any other vacuum AND wet vac machines out there that can steam also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly love this machine, so much so that even on Mother's day just after purchasing the Crosswave Hydrosteam I couldn't put it away. I did almost my whole home on Saturday, but Sunday morning I was at it again. I'd love to get one for my mother, maybe the sweepstakes contest will help me out with that! It is so easy to use, I did follow all of the instructions for using the solutions and cleaning the brush. I live in a very dry place with two large Bernese Mountain dogs dragging dirt in, and shedding a lot. I could clean large sections, and found that I needed to put the unit on the cleaning tray intermittently to clean the head of dirt and fur...so much fur. The unit worked perfectly, the filter design and access to roller head made it easy to clean out the fur and debris. Allowing me to get back to the task/mopping/dance party at hand. I would recommend this unit highly and have already done so to my friends, as I was so excited about how great my floors came out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this machine to clean tile floors and area rugs. It leaves the surfaces nicely cleaned. As the cleaning fluid is used up it leaves a foam residue that is hard to completely remove from the tile floor. This may be user error and as I learn more I hope to find a solution. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a crosswave and a steamer in the past. This combines them both and makes cleaning floors so much easier. I have dogs, cats and birds. I don't like using chemicals as the pets walk across the floor and then likely their paws ingesting the chemicals. Birds are sensitive to chemical smells. The steam clean sanitizes without the use of chemicals and my floors feel clean. I like how powerful the vacuum is and it easily picks up pet hair as well as my long hair. It helped me dramatically decrease cleaning time. The only thing better would be if this combo would be a robotic.

I have a friend who said it's a lot of work to clean, but I disagree. The thing actually cleans itself and then you just wipe everything after. The machine basically falls apart it is so easy to take apart and put that together. I actually liked it so much I bought a second one for my sister. This is a great deal with the bundle and I couldn't be happier. The floor dries incredibly quickly I was very impressed. The cord length is sufficient and you will be surprised of the dirt this thing gets off the floor. I would definitely buy this machine again. #Sweepstake

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Tiles, Engineered wood and area carpets, the BISSELL CrossWave® HydroSteam™ Plus Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac makes my life a lot easier, I can't believe the amount of dirt it has come from my supposedly "Clean" floors. I also love how easy is to clean the machine after each use. The clean cycle does a very good job in helping to clean the machine.

Used it for serious cleaning (after vacuuming, lots of dog hair) and only had do the wall edges by hand. Not a big deal since I had do the baseboards also. No streak's!! That is my worst pet peeve. Did not leave floors wet. Clean, streak free floors, worth every penny! Easy cleanup for wet and dirty paw prints. Also, was easy to clean the machine after use, making it easy to use for quick cleaning or clean-up.

My mom has a crosswave and told me I needed to get one. I saw the new HyroSteam Crosswave and decided to get it. I was amazed how dirty the water was when I emptied it and how much shiner my floors were. The machine is easy to use and to maneuver. I am so glad I followed my mom's advise!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on my ceramic tile floors and it does a decent job. The floors look a little dull when I finish, unlike when I use a bucket and mop. My biggest complaint is, like all upright cleaners, there's no way to get under furniture. I do like that I don't have to pre-vacuum the floor. Clean up is a little time consuming but that's to be expected for all this machine does. Overall I'm happy with it.

And this machine handles all that in 1 easy cleaning step. It Vaccumes steam cleans the floor all ya gotta do is fill it the cleaning tank and clean out the dirty water tank how simple Ya gotta get ya 1 of these it Will make life a lot simpler what it comes to cleaning floors.
