[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because of its versatility, I've just removed my carpets & had oak floors refurbish that have inlays in front room & dining room, this vacuum can be used as both steam cleaner & vacuum. However it is rather heavy, but once you realize that all you need do is swivel the handle right to left it becomes easier to use.

Never broke down mechanically, but it was leaking a lot of water, to my surprise all I had to do was get a new Clean Tank, which I did, and it started working just like before, but I had bought the HydroSteam just try it out and I am definitely keeping it, and giving away my old one.

We find the cloth roller has great contact with the tile floor surface and the suction is excellent. The motor makes an acceptable noise range compared to competitors. We have had some that sounds like a commercial jet engine. The clean up is so easy and we find the machine easily separates our golden retriever hair in the dirty water compartment. Also amazed the dirt that this machine gets up. We love the steam feature too. Bissel has hit it out of the park with this machine. We are buying three more for our daughter's. Everyone should own a Bissel.

I think it would be wonderful for someone that is not 76 years old as I am. I have ordered a Bissell steam mop to replace the crosswave steam vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Bissell Hard Floor cleaner in the past that leaked, so I'm so relieved to see that this newer model is improved in that regard. I've only used the machine once, but I was 100% satisfied with the results. I wish the process to clean the machine after use was a bit more streamlined, but I'll take it considering it combines multiple cleaning steps. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my CrossWave for a few weeks now. I had been looking at the CrossWave for quite a while but the cost was a little steep for me. I love this machine & I'm glad I bought it. The CrossWave is lightweight, simple to use & easy to maneuver. I was amazed at how much dirt the machine picked up the first couple times I used it. I did have a little trouble getting the Bonus Bundle that came with the model I bought. I tried to contact Customer Support via Chat & that apparently was just too difficult for the representative to resolve. I called the next business day & the representative was familiar with the Bundle & set up an order for it. It did take several days to receive all of the components. The instructions for using the Clean Out function & Solution could be more clear. It doesn't say how much solution to use if you put it in the machine verses the tray. The mark on the machine container is close to the top but it only uses a small amount of this to complete a cleaning cycle. It also states to only run the cleaning cycle 2 times. Hum, why so much water in the container? Minor little thing. Overall, the CrossWave is easy to use & clean & definitely the best method I have found to clean hard floors.

Ran my new Crosswave over it the other day (in area rug mode) and was shocked at how much dirt it pulled out. Not impressed with my cleaner but very impressed with my Crosswave.

If you have a dog that sheds a lot though, you have to really keep up with cleaning the vacuum because it can't hold a ton of hair. I have to stop and clean it probably two times while vacuuming my whole house and then I clean it out one last time, and do the self clean When I am done.
