[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two upright vacuum cleaners, an iRobot and a steam mop. With three cats and a dog, I do a lot of floor cleaning, and I do it very efficiently. Now, with my new Crosswave HydroSteam Plus I can get the floors cleaner AND I can do it with much less effort. I ordered it despite being concerned that it would be too heavy and complicated, and would just add frustration. I was wrong. It is as easy to use as any vacuum, lightweight and easy to manipulate. The learning curve is not "plug and go" but the booklet is thorough and I was doing good work within 15 minutes. And how well it works is very apparent when you see the contents of the easy-to-dump dirty water container and the trap that makes it easy to toss the yuck. It was FULL of hair, gross stuff and a great sense of satisfaction that I was getting a job DONE. No rollers to fight with to remove who knows what. And I love the clean out procedure at the end. Each time I start it up, it is clean and ready to do battle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 7 cats so I have a lot of pet hair and litter, the sticky clay kind when it's wet. So cleaning the machine isn't fun. It's very messy because of the liter and hair. But the cleaning is quicker. I think I'll still need to per vacuum then use the cross wave to get all the stuff that is missed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great and convenient vacuum. We have toddlers at home, so it really saves me a lot of time cleaning. The downside is that the tank is smaller. Sometimes I need to dump it halfway cleaning the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This CrossWave replaced a previous model Crosswave. We actually had the cordless one before, but since this has a steam function we decided to get it and try it out. Our whole house is hardwood floor and the HydroSteam is awesome to use between mopping. It cleans the floor great. Only drawback is the cord. However, it is understandable since it has the steam function. Love the CrossWave Hydro Steam and will recommend and buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how you can sweep and mop at the same time and also do area rugs. This has cut my cleaning in half! This machine is very easy to use and has a self cleaning button. We have inside dog and this mop/vacuum does the trick! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the crosswave hydrosteam to help clean our hardwood floors that no matter how many Swiffers we used they were still dirty. A couple passes with the crosswave and decided to go over it with the Swiffer pad and it was so clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Crosswave HydroSteam!! I love how easy and convenient it is to use. I have three kids and two dogs and this makes cleaned up messes so much easier!! The self cleaning feature is by far my favorite part! The only thing that I find strange however is even when the product is off the light stays on when it is plugged in. Other than that I love the product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum itself is great. The concept is great. It came with several cleaners included and the brush rolls are great. However, there were several issues. First off, if you have a huge place to clean, you will constantly have to empty out the dirty tank water and keep refilling the clean water tank. Apart from that, as a family of 8 people (6 kids), this is just not effective. We thought that the dual feature of the vac-mop would help keep the floors clean. It is a lot more time-consuming to clean the same area with this machine than I could have manually done with a broom and mop in half the time. You need to repeatedly go over areas for it to clean them at times. Apart from that, at times, the vacuum would start dispensing dirty water over the clean floor. And lastly, clean-up of the vacuum is a hassle. Everything needs to be hand-washed and air-dried before the next use. Then we thought that we could use this as quick in-between regular cleaning. The vacuum still needs to be cleaned up after every use, be it an extensive clean-up or a quick in-between clean-ups. The whole point of multiple features like vac-mop, and steam mode is to get the job done better and effectively in less time. Practically does not work that way. Other than that, the vacuum itself is great, just does not work for my needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this all in one! Complete time saver, and easy to maintain. I upgraded from the crosswave pet pro to the crosswave hydro steam I love the look of it and it's fabulous at its job! Oh and that self clean cycle is a must have.
