[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have quite a bit of ceramic tile in my home from the entry way, kitchen, breakfast area, and laundry room as well as the 3 bathrooms. I highly recomment the CrossWave Hydrosteam machine. After using it our floors seem to stay sparkling for days. The machine purchase was referred to me and wow am I glad we purchased it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unbelievably great machine ! I have two puppies and they make such a mess weather it's with their food or from having dirty paws. I use my Bissel on a daily basis. We are now going to get a second one because we need one upstairs as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit works great We typically use it on the steam mode, and on hard tile. It cleans the tile, the grout and only leaves about 1/2" around the room at the baseboards that it can't scrub clean. That would be the main improvement we would like to see. A second improvement would be mroe liquid capacity in the discharge tank. You can normally only complete one reasonably sized room before you have to dump the liquid out of the tank.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This makes it easy to clean and it picks up all the hair and dust on my wood floors and tiles. I have three dogs and hair is always everywhere. I haven't tried this on a rug or carpet since I don't have either. #sweepstakes

I was Impressed with the steam setting, and how deep it cleans.Very powerful and east to operated. Glad I manually don't have to clean those rollers, they were filthy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CroasWave HydroSteam attempts to raise the bar of an already great product, the CrossWave Pet Pro All In One, by adding a steamy boost to the feature set. Unfortunately, the steam feature feels a bit gimmicky and underwhelming when compared to the hype. On hard floors, where one would expect this product to shine, its performance was on par with its older sibling. Furthermore, the reduced height of the HydroSteam's head unit stuggled to pick up larger items like kids cereal, instead pushing debris in front of the unit as it went along. Although I applaud Bissell in their efforts to make a new King of the Hill in this lineup of home appliances, they fell short in their endeavors and simply missed the mark. For the rest of us, the CrossWave Pet Pro is a great bargain, especially considering it recent price reduction. If you are listening Bissell, please add a detatchable All-In-One hand wand holdable head unit that can be swapped out with the floor head, so that one can clean couches and stairs. Also improve the steam features with a rapid boiler tank and an indicator when operating pressures are met.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to this over the crosswave pet pro. The hydrosteam version has a slightly smaller brush path, but it does an amazing job. The steam did an excellent job on the grouted areas of the tile floor. I was amazed how dry the floor was after making 1 "drying" pass with the spray trigger released. The self cleaning mode is awesome, and all the xtra filters and brushes are great so you dont have to wait for things to dry and can stop and clean up the machine and take a break before transitioning to another section of the house. I picked up 2 hardwood brushrolls for the wood floors, and the machine did an outstanding job cleaning and drying the wood floors too. They haven't looked that good since they were new. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great all-in-one tool that reduces time spent cleaning floors. No longer having to vaccum and mop separately is a great time saver. I wish the tanks were larger, having to stop to refill the cleaning tank or stopping to empty the dirty tank is annoying, but I also have a very large area to clean. If your floor area is smaller, I imagine this wouldn't be a problem for you. It is also a bit labor intensive to clean and rinse everying on the CrossWave itself when you're done mopping, but I guess no more than a regular mop and bucket would be. If you have severely stuck on messes, a traditional steam mop would probably work better and faster for those areas. I'm glad I haven't gotten rid of my original steam mop, as I might still need to take it out from time to time. I'm not sure the "steam" feature of this appliance works all that great. But as a vaccum-mop combo, it works fantastic. Wet messes are easier to vacuum and mop up, such as spilled milk and cereal, or juice. For dry messes, you definitely see the crumbs, dust, hair, fur, and grass being erased from the floors with ease. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No mops or buckets. No need to vacuum first either it does it all from one machine. This is by far the best cleaning devise ever. Brought back the shine to my floors after the first time using. Cuts your cleaning time in half. I clean an Air B&B home on the side I have taken my cross wave over there cleaned floors and carpets now my employer is buying one for the house he was very impressed.
