We have 2 horses and 3 dogs: all 3 of them trample and play in a freshly filled garden and inside my horse barn. There is no carpet what do ever in my home Because of this reason. It's all vinyl throughout. I used to broom up the mud from my 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs, and it was ALL OVER WHEREVER THEY DECIDED TO LAY. After the broom and dust pan, then the vacuum came out which I had to vacuum over an hr bc with my large family room, dining room, kitchen, eating area, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, the mud and dried dirt went EVERYWHERE... after the vacuuming, I would fill a bucket with dawn dish soap and water and hand wash on my hands and knees the entire house. That was horrible, 1 reason my back, then the contrast change of water bc of the mud and fur and grass and hay and what ever my fur kids decided to bring in. After one room was washed, I would lay a bath towel down, step on it and shuffle my feet around drying my floors. This took all day and I'm not exaggerating. This Bissell cross wave came into my life like an Angel! I used it and I almost started crying bc it did everything in ONE SHOT, one step! I called my husband inside from the barn just to show him! I zipped all over the house and I didn't want to stop cleaning my floors bc it was so fun and easy and clean and dry in ONE SHOT! Plus it cleans itself too!!!!!! I come home from work and zip zip zip all over and have fun cleaning! Writing does not do it justice. Seeing is believing and I SEE AND I BELIEVE AND LOVE THIS PRODUCT SOOOO MUCH!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 85% of my floors are waterproof laminate and tile in the bathrooms. The first time I used it I was amazed how good a job it was. Probably the best Bissel I have had over the years. Clean-up was a snap. The only downside is its weight but when running it handled much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my tiled floors. It was so easy and my floors look very nice! Besides our rooms, the house is tiled so it's a large area. I had to clean it out a few times because we have a lot of pet hair. It's a lil bulky so I had to clean corners and the edges by hand, but other than that it worked great! Very happy with my purchase!

The only thing I will upgrade is for it to have the little hose for trickier places. It has no extension or additional hose.

No matter what other floor products used it was never clean enough to his high standards. he always complain to me how can I walk bare feet in our house he never in his life walk bare feet anywhere. After use this few times one day he goes look I actually walk bare feet can you believe that! That's is how well this thing cleans. He comfortable walk bare feet in his own home. all his life he always had socks or slippers refuse walk bare feet took him age 25 finally want walk bare feet for first time comfortably. He said this thing is definitely worth weight in gold in cleaning. he normally clean when I sleeping with our first new born baby by close our door. We feel comfortable with our first new baby learn grow with the floors we have now.

I was using swifter and I felt there was a residue left but not with my cross wave. I like the self cleaning feature too. I'm happy that I invested in this product.

I have had several models over the years and this combines steamer, vacuum, and cleaner all in one. I have not used the self clean function yet, but I am sure that will be a great feature. I have a senior dog and a large puppy, so I clean all the time! It save me time and gets the job done..great job Bissell!
