Easy to clean except the plastic tubing between the brush and the collecting bin - wet cat litter residue clumped up like clay in this portion and had to be cleaned manually. Slightly loud but no obnoxious. Overall a great product.

Eventually, our plan is to move on to the hardwood flooring once we are comfortable with the operation process. The Crosswave does a good job on the tile. It is picking up dirt that the vacuum doesn't. Plus the fragrance after cleaning is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are pros and cons... Pros: I love the convenience of this upright mop/vacuum and also that it has a steam option which i use every time. I don't know of any other machines that have this option yet. I also find that cleaning it out after use is not too bad. I do use the self clean after each use and it does a fairly good job especially for the roller. you still need to clean hair that sticks to the rest of the machine parts but this is reasonable. For me it does a great job of cleaning the surface of my tile floors but does not get the edges at all. also does not clean the grout. This machine would be is perfect for wood floors. But to be fair, all these machines have the same issues and I have used the hoover floor mate and also the shark hydro vac. The cons are not a deterrent for me because I have back issues and cannot do a mop/bucket. Overall it does a great job cleaning my floors and I know that every now and then I will need to do a scrub of my grout and around my baseboards. I keep a clean house and use it about every other day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Husband for first time walking on bare floors bare feet.. all years I known him he hates walk on bare floor with his bare feet no matter what cleaning one does. After few times him use this floor cleaner he told me look I actually comfortable enough walk bare feet that how clean it is. This thing weight in gold. He normally uses it while I sleeping taking care our baby by close my bedroom door.. so wake up more clean floors. Can't use it on uneven tile we did find out but other wise it great would recommend it. Definitely cut down husband complaining about floor not clean enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this in my whole house, living room, bathroom, ext. Hard wood plank floors and my rugs, my favorite features are the steam part really gets it clean then just as easy swap it to rug cleaning. It is overall the best vacuum/mop iv ever used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am more than pleased with my CrossWave. Actually, it surpassed my expectations! I look forward to using it. Cleans the tile floor extremely well. I continue to see improvement with the grout lines too. The more I use it, the better the grout is looking. They were in serious need of cleaning--the Hydrosteam is amazing . I did not want to hire a floor cleaning company, due to the chemicals they use on the floors. We have a dog, was unwilling to expose her to chemicals on the floor. I have used a competitor's brand of a Wet/Dry Vac, in the past. My CrossWave is far better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam for Multi-Surface floors. It was very easy to assemble and get started. I have a 4700 SQ FT house and got just the downstairs floors done. I thought my house was clean but I knew I had some spots on the kitchen tile floor that needed the steam cleaning. I was amazed at how dirty my floors were. The steam is amazing on spots that I know have been there a while. I hope to get the upstairs done this weekend. I know it will improve our breathing since we both have allergies. Very easy to clean out after use as well.
