Unfortunately, it is a bother to have to thoroughly clean it after each use and to have to wait for it to dry for 24 hours. The roller bogged down a couple of times due to small hard objects being sucked up. Even with those issues, I would buy this product again,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was prepared to return the multi surface cleaner because I couldn't see how it could deal with all the dog hair in my house. I have 2 Corgies and a Golden. I was amazed. It dealt with all the hair and dirt beautifully! The vacuum did a better job than my regular vacuum and mopped like a dream. Only issue is no attachment for crevices. I will sweep corners with a broom because I am saving 2 hours with this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because of its versatility, I've just removed my carpets & had oak floors refurbish that have inlays in front room & dining room, this vacuum can be used as both steam cleaner & vacuum. However it is rather heavy, but once you realize that all you need do is swivel the handle right to left it becomes easier to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 7 cats so I have a lot of pet hair and litter, the sticky clay kind when it's wet. So cleaning the machine isn't fun. It's very messy because of the liter and hair. But the cleaning is quicker. I think I'll still need to per vacuum then use the cross wave to get all the stuff that is missed. Sweepstake would be nice to win

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great and convenient vacuum. We have toddlers at home, so it really saves me a lot of time cleaning. The downside is that the tank is smaller. Sometimes I need to dump it halfway cleaning the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have over 2000 sq ft of hardwood flooring in my home and it's been a challenge keeping it all vacuumed and mopped regularly. I also have 2 dobermans and an aussie that make keeping the floors clean an even bigger challenge since we live in the country and they are constantly tracking mud and debris inside. After my previous floor cleaning machine broke it took me a while of researching what floor cleaners were available and trying to decide which one would be best for my particular needs. I decided to purchase the Bissell Hydrosteam. I've used it twice now since receiving it last week. So far I like the way it cleans the floors and to be honest were quite dirty. It cleaned very well. Some areas I had to go over more than once but again that was due to the floors being dirtier than they normally would be. I was looking forward to also using the hydrosteam on my area rugs as well but for some reason it just wouldn't work on my area rugs. The suction was just strong and then the machine would stop working and the hardfloor and area rug lights would start flashing. At that point I would have to turn the machine off and then turn on again to get it to start working again. I checked that I had the hydrosteam set on the right correct setting but apparently there's an issue with my area rugs. A little disappointing given being able to clean the area rugs was one of the compelling factors as to why I went with the hydrosteam. The vacuum and mopping at the same time definitely makes my floor cleaning easier. The clean cycle is quick and easy after each use. I wish the water tank and waste tank were larger so I wouldn't have to stop so frequently and empty the dirty water tank. However I'm pleased with everything other than not being able to clean my area rugs.

We had one for a long time and it just died so we needed to replace it. This one is even better than the last one, which we lived and used hard.

We decided to purchase the CrossWave HydroSteam Plus Muliti-surface Wet Dry Van Bundle...Our floors are beautiful and unit does an amazing job removing hidden dirt and debris from our floors! The house smells clean and fresh as well! We are very happy that we invested in vac as we have area rugs as well, we can clean one area to another with a simple adjustment with ease!

I am very disappointed in the amount of steam that comes out as it is very LITTLE! I also bought the bundle because of the extra bottles of cleaner shown in the ad so I paid more!, however, those extra bottles were MINI bottles! Your ad is very misleading!
