[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this on my tile, linoleum and close weave capet floors. It works great. The self-cleaning mode is a lifesaver. I think they could possibly improve it by adding some kind of pad holder on each side that would wipe the floor from the edge of the brush roll to the wall since it leaves an un-mopped space there of a couple inches. Not a big problem, I just run a swiffer wet along that line after I'm done but something on the machine would be great. #sweepstakes

The first time I used this floor cleaner I fell in love. I've had it for 3 weeks now and I am so happy I finally got it. I love that it doesn't leave my floors streaky at all. Definitely have been recommending this to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned the crosswave pet pro for about two years and it broke already. I just missed my warranty on it so needless to say had to purchase a new one. I have been wanting to get the hydrosteam since it came out but couldn't justify buying another, until my other broke. My pet pro was lighter in weight and had much better suction, but the hydrosteam definitely makes the floors feel cleaner and doesn't leave streaks like my old one did. I am overall happy with my purchase as long as it doesn't break in the next few years.

It does a great job disinfecting the floor while it leaves it looking and smelling great. The only want I have is for it to not leave streaks!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used a different brand so I expected more. Bissell delivered. With the addition of steam this cleaner works great. The crosswave has a sturdy feel, looks good. Our porcelain floor is a bare to keep looking good this cleaner and the oxy cleaning solution gets the floor clean. We would definitely recommend it, we would buy it again.

My mom has a crosswave and told me I needed to get one. I saw the new HyroSteam Crosswave and decided to get it. I was amazed how dirty the water was when I emptied it and how much shiner my floors were. The machine is easy to use and to maneuver. I am so glad I followed my mom's advise!

The Crosswave is the most complete floor cleaning tool I ever purchased. I used it on my hardwood floors, stone kitchen floor and my area rugs. However, an hand held cleaning wane would be a bonus plus.
