[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great all-in-one tool that reduces time spent cleaning floors. No longer having to vaccum and mop separately is a great time saver. I wish the tanks were larger, having to stop to refill the cleaning tank or stopping to empty the dirty tank is annoying, but I also have a very large area to clean. If your floor area is smaller, I imagine this wouldn't be a problem for you. It is also a bit labor intensive to clean and rinse everying on the CrossWave itself when you're done mopping, but I guess no more than a regular mop and bucket would be. If you have severely stuck on messes, a traditional steam mop would probably work better and faster for those areas. I'm glad I haven't gotten rid of my original steam mop, as I might still need to take it out from time to time. I'm not sure the "steam" feature of this appliance works all that great. But as a vaccum-mop combo, it works fantastic. Wet messes are easier to vacuum and mop up, such as spilled milk and cereal, or juice. For dry messes, you definitely see the crumbs, dust, hair, fur, and grass being erased from the floors with ease. I love it.

I purchased this machine because I like the idea of the dirty water being removed from the floor, not spreading it around like a mop does. It does a great job of keeping the floors clean, I found it easy to setup and use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a crosswave and a steamer in the past. This combines them both and makes cleaning floors so much easier. I have dogs, cats and birds. I don't like using chemicals as the pets walk across the floor and then likely their paws ingesting the chemicals. Birds are sensitive to chemical smells. The steam clean sanitizes without the use of chemicals and my floors feel clean. I like how powerful the vacuum is and it easily picks up pet hair as well as my long hair. It helped me dramatically decrease cleaning time. The only thing better would be if this combo would be a robotic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Husband for first time walking on bare floors bare feet.. all years I known him he hates walk on bare floor with his bare feet no matter what cleaning one does. After few times him use this floor cleaner he told me look I actually comfortable enough walk bare feet that how clean it is. This thing weight in gold. He normally uses it while I sleeping taking care our baby by close my bedroom door.. so wake up more clean floors. Can't use it on uneven tile we did find out but other wise it great would recommend it. Definitely cut down husband complaining about floor not clean enough.

I have had several of the crosswaves but this one is definetly my favorite. THe suction is very powerful wasn't sure about going back to the corded but it is worth it for this increased power and steam!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this machine to clean tile floors and area rugs. It leaves the surfaces nicely cleaned. As the cleaning fluid is used up it leaves a foam residue that is hard to completely remove from the tile floor. This may be user error and as I learn more I hope to find a solution. #sweepstakes

Bissell fulfilled my expectations of just how fabulous and time saving the combo is!! This is my second cross-wave. The first one is still going strong after three years, but I have an Airbnb and decided to leave one in the cottage. I kept the new and improved one for me! Steam has been added. I have tile, but lots of rugs. I do every surface with my cross-wave. I follow directions, clean frequently, and it's a beautifully working tool!! I just can't do without it!! Thank you Bissell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device is great at cleaning up stubborn messes and getting the floors legitimately clean. Mops work well, but in the end you're pushing around water that has been dirtied from other parts of the floor. This guy uses fresh water and sucks up the dirty stuff. Love using it. #sweepstakes
