[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with this machine. I love that it is sleek instead of bulky. Self cleaning is a huge plus. Most of all, it got every stain out of my carpet! Some had been there for a couple of months.

I am very disappointed in the amount of steam that comes out as it is very LITTLE! I also bought the bundle because of the extra bottles of cleaner shown in the ad so I paid more!, however, those extra bottles were MINI bottles! Your ad is very misleading!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is really amazing how this will mop and vacuum at the same time. Such a time saver! Only problem I have had is it seems to get clogged up easily so you have to stop frequently to dump the dirty water container. Could improve on the edge cleaning as well but overall this is a great little machine that makes the back breaking work of mopping much easier and it definitely gets my floors cleaner than they have ever been with traditional mopping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great and convenient vacuum. We have toddlers at home, so it really saves me a lot of time cleaning. The downside is that the tank is smaller. Sometimes I need to dump it halfway cleaning the house.

We had one for a long time and it just died so we needed to replace it. This one is even better than the last one, which we lived and used hard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have over 2000 sq ft of hardwood flooring in my home and it's been a challenge keeping it all vacuumed and mopped regularly. I also have 2 dobermans and an aussie that make keeping the floors clean an even bigger challenge since we live in the country and they are constantly tracking mud and debris inside. After my previous floor cleaning machine broke it took me a while of researching what floor cleaners were available and trying to decide which one would be best for my particular needs. I decided to purchase the Bissell Hydrosteam. I've used it twice now since receiving it last week. So far I like the way it cleans the floors and to be honest were quite dirty. It cleaned very well. Some areas I had to go over more than once but again that was due to the floors being dirtier than they normally would be. I was looking forward to also using the hydrosteam on my area rugs as well but for some reason it just wouldn't work on my area rugs. The suction was just strong and then the machine would stop working and the hardfloor and area rug lights would start flashing. At that point I would have to turn the machine off and then turn on again to get it to start working again. I checked that I had the hydrosteam set on the right correct setting but apparently there's an issue with my area rugs. A little disappointing given being able to clean the area rugs was one of the compelling factors as to why I went with the hydrosteam. The vacuum and mopping at the same time definitely makes my floor cleaning easier. The clean cycle is quick and easy after each use. I wish the water tank and waste tank were larger so I wouldn't have to stop so frequently and empty the dirty water tank. However I'm pleased with everything other than not being able to clean my area rugs.

It does a great job disinfecting the floor while it leaves it looking and smelling great. The only want I have is for it to not leave streaks!!!

With two kids, four dogs, and various other animals living on some land, this has been a lifesaver! I can save so much time, and the amount of dirt this gets off of our floors is incredible1
