I've only used the machine once, but I was 100% satisfied with the results. I wish the process to clean the machine after use was a bit more streamlined, but I'll take it considering it combines multiple cleaning steps. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on my tile, LVP, and carpets. Works wonderfully, especially for the kitchen tile. I love its self-cleaning cycle, which is nice for keeping the machine tidy between quick uses. My only nitpick is that the dirty water basin's max fill capacity seems to be smaller than the old non-steam models. Instead of needing to be emptied after every 20-30 minutes of use, I have to empty it every 10-15 minutes. Otherwise, I'm very pleased. It eliminates my need for a broom and mop entirely, and that, alone, is priceless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this Crosswave steamer to clean tile and engineered wood. I vacuum an area, then depress the steam button to go over it again with the "steam mop" feature. The max fill clean water tank cleaned 750sq ft as it advertises...but I did have to stop and empty the dirty water tank halfway through, and add more clean water and solution. So there is no, clean 325sqft or 750sq ft.... It does 300sqft at a time. There are no written or picture instructions in the box... but I found plenty of videos online for review. You still should drymop at least to pick up spills on the floor. This mop is not height adjustable. And it will not act like a wetvac and pick up, say, spilled food. You do need to move slowly to clean floors. However, still faster and easier than sweeping, vacuuming and THEN mopping!

Brought back the shine to my floors after the first time using. Cuts your cleaning time in half. I clean an Air B&B home on the side I have taken my cross wave over there cleaned floors and carpets now my employer is buying one for the house he was very impressed.

It does a great job disinfecting the floor while it leaves it looking and smelling great. The only want I have is for it to not leave streaks!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was floored! It works - cut my cleaning in half. It really does vacuum and mop at the same time. I've used it on my hard wood and tile floors and it works amazing. The floors are not super wet so it dries quickly with no streaking - by the time the room if finished they are 75 - 80% dry. Only negative - it does not get up to the baseboards so there is a 1/2" or so that is not cleaned. To combat - I used a dry dusting cloth and wiped around the edges prior to using the Crosswave and it worked! The machine works so well everywhere else - I'll forgive that issue and still give it a full 5 star review. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great and convenient vacuum. We have toddlers at home, so it really saves me a lot of time cleaning. The downside is that the tank is smaller. Sometimes I need to dump it halfway cleaning the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like the product and maybe with more use I will get the hang of it. I wish it was a little easier overall with the use. You need to read the instructions, as there are specific things you have to consider between the different surfaces etc... Also, the instructions are not great at explaining or identifying well the difference between the rollers. I was hoping for a product that was a little easier to use, but I am sure with more use, it will become easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have quite a bit of ceramic tile in my home from the entry way, kitchen, breakfast area, and laundry room as well as the 3 bathrooms. I highly recomment the CrossWave Hydrosteam machine. After using it our floors seem to stay sparkling for days. The machine purchase was referred to me and wow am I glad we purchased it.
