It goes through product fast as well and it's time consuming to constantly change the water and then to take everything apart and clean it independently after each use. For the price, I would have expected much better results. It doesn't clean my tile at all. I would not recommend this product at all.

Our home flooded during Hurrican Idalia and i had no idea how we were going to get our tile floors clean again after the sanitation process. I bought this wonderful cleaner and it did just that. My floors look better than ever and smell fresh and clean. Love this product, thank you Bissell!!

I also love how easy is to clean the machine after each use. The clean cycle does a very good job in helping to clean the machine.

However, the customer service, the return of the vac, the quick reverse on my credit card was the very best that I have ever encountered in the last 20 years. Customer service and refunds are most times tedious and takes most times it takes2 + weeks to get your money back - if you ever do. Because of their excellent customer service, I am now looking to buy a hand held vac and I donated to the Pet foundation. I will never buy any other vac than a Bissell

It always amazes me how dirty water is when emptying, didn't think my floors were that dirty but water shows me. Great eaze not having to sweep before mopping.

Brought back the shine to my floors after the first time using. Cuts your cleaning time in half. I clean an Air B&B home on the side I have taken my cross wave over there cleaned floors and carpets now my employer is buying one for the house he was very impressed.

Otherwise I would have had to leave and lose my money. It is heavier than my previous one but also can clean carpet pretty good because it can power thru the carpet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was prepared to return the multi surface cleaner because I couldn't see how it could deal with all the dog hair in my house. I have 2 Corgies and a Golden. I was amazed. It dealt with all the hair and dirt beautifully! The vacuum did a better job than my regular vacuum and mopped like a dream. Only issue is no attachment for crevices. I will sweep corners with a broom because I am saving 2 hours with this machine.
