[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I specifically got this to eliminate a step when sweeping and mopping my floors and well as steaming them to make a cleaner environment for my babies learning to crawl. Feedback: 1. It does the job but you have to go so slow that it doesn't save anytime. 2. The steam takes a few minutes to heat up (longer than the manual says). Not a huge deal just was a learning curve. 3. It doesn't leave enough moisture to stay wet for the required 5 minutes to sanitize. Even going over it twice isn't enough. Possibly user error? 4. It leaves about an inch and a half around the base of my cupboards and walls that it doesn't reach so I end up having to get the mop out for that anyway. Conclusion: I hope to work out the kinks and find a groove in order to work this machine into my cleaning schedule efficiently. But after two uses I'm concerned it wasn't worth the money. #sweepstakes

Our home flooded during Hurrican Idalia and i had no idea how we were going to get our tile floors clean again after the sanitation process. I bought this wonderful cleaner and it did just that. My floors look better than ever and smell fresh and clean. Love this product, thank you Bissell!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from standard pet crosswave. This hydro steam is a game changer. I have 7 cats 2 puppies and a toddler so I get many messes on my tiles. The steamer gets down in the grout nicely as well as cleans tile. My house smells nice. Yay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well built and designed. More like commercial machine,than for home use. Best purchase I've made in floor cleaning,ever! It cut a 4 hour hand mopping job on my laminate floors to less than one hour. No dirty mop heads to wring out and no emptying mop bucket water 4 or 5 times. I wish the power cord was several feet longer is only thing from it being perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are using it to clean ceramic tile flooring throughout our home and are pleased with the results. Eventually, our plan is to move on to the hardwood flooring once we are comfortable with the operation process. The Crosswave does a good job on the tile. It is picking up dirt that the vacuum doesn't. Plus the fragrance after cleaning is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are pros and cons... Pros: I love the convenience of this upright mop/vacuum and also that it has a steam option which i use every time. I don't know of any other machines that have this option yet. I also find that cleaning it out after use is not too bad. I do use the self clean after each use and it does a fairly good job especially for the roller. you still need to clean hair that sticks to the rest of the machine parts but this is reasonable. For me it does a great job of cleaning the surface of my tile floors but does not get the edges at all. also does not clean the grout. This machine would be is perfect for wood floors. But to be fair, all these machines have the same issues and I have used the hoover floor mate and also the shark hydro vac. The cons are not a deterrent for me because I have back issues and cannot do a mop/bucket. Overall it does a great job cleaning my floors and I know that every now and then I will need to do a scrub of my grout and around my baseboards. I keep a clean house and use it about every other day.

Ran my new Crosswave over it the other day (in area rug mode) and was shocked at how much dirt it pulled out. Not impressed with my cleaner but very impressed with my Crosswave.

I have 3 dogs and 7 people in the house, lots of spills and dog hair, the Hydrosteam is working perfectly for our needs. I have owned a bissell for years and hands down this is the best one yet. I never give reviews, but it was worth my time to review this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CrossWave was packaged very well and easy to assemble. It's first use was on new waterproof flooring that had fine drywall dust and dirty footprints. The floor was amazingly clean and so easy to use.

I have been mopping for years, but my floors were never as clean as they are now after using the CrossWave. I vaccummed, and mopped, then used the Crosswave and I was pooring out mud from the dirty bin of the Crosswave. I added the hard floor sanitizer and my house smells fresh, no more pet smell. The crosswave is simple to use and I was even more surprised by how well it cleans itself. I tried cleaning the roller by hand initially while I was rinsing the dirty water bin and it didn't come very clean. When I put the machine in the "dock", and did the self clean, it came out perfect automatically. The machine is light weight and has a long cord, so I find it extremely user frendly. I demenstrate it to my friends and family when they come over just for fun. Best floor cleaning machine I've ever owned.
