Ran my new Crosswave over it the other day (in area rug mode) and was shocked at how much dirt it pulled out. Not impressed with my cleaner but very impressed with my Crosswave.

It sweeps, and mops dirt, spills and accidents all in one. The steam option works great with hard to clean and old spills. The best feature is the self cleaning mode. Truly hands free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I was amazed with how quickly I received my new Bissell cross wave! I ordered it one day, and it was literally on my front doorstep the next day. Incredible service! I chose a machine that is not cordless. I am pretty old-school, so dragging a cord around is not a big deal to me. I would rather have longer-term performance, than have to recharge a battery midway through my cleaning routine. It was very manageable to do this. I am sure there are some people who would prefer the convenience of cordless, but I didn't want to sacrifice having a certain amount of time to clean the floor before the battery died. After reading the instructions, it was no problem at all to figure out how to use the machine. I prefer to start with a clean floor, so I vacuumed with my stick vacuum first to get up a majority of hair and dust. Even after I did that, I was stunned to see how much dirt was pulled out of the crevices of my hardwood floors! I am beyond satisfied with the performance of this machine, and I can't wait to use it weekly as part of my regular cleaning routine. Additional bonus: my house actually smelled clean when I was done using it! Very nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam for Multi-Surface floors. It was very easy to assemble and get started. I have a 4700 SQ FT house and got just the downstairs floors done. I thought my house was clean but I knew I had some spots on the kitchen tile floor that needed the steam cleaning. I was amazed at how dirty my floors were. The steam is amazing on spots that I know have been there a while. I hope to get the upstairs done this weekend. I know it will improve our breathing since we both have allergies. Very easy to clean out after use as well.

This crosswave takes care of all the muddy paw prints and to my surprise the self cleaning function works perfect. I use the pet clean formula with the steam function and there is no streaking etc. Im truly impressed. It also separates the dog hair in the waste container.

I highly recomment the CrossWave Hydrosteam machine. After using it our floors seem to stay sparkling for days. The machine purchase was referred to me and wow am I glad we purchased it.

Never broke down mechanically, but it was leaking a lot of water, to my surprise all I had to do was get a new Clean Tank, which I did, and it started working just like before, but I had bought the HydroSteam just try it out and I am definitely keeping it, and giving away my old one.

It's very messy because of the liter and hair. But the cleaning is quicker. I think I'll still need to per vacuum then use the cross wave to get all the stuff that is missed.
