[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this device for a couple of weeks now and I use it on tile flooring. I can say I am VERY happy with the performance. For context, I have two small dogs but they don't spend much time outside and don't bring much dirt in. I will say I need to stop to empty and fill the containers about every 10 mins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where has this been all of my life! Truly a great product. The ability to vacuum and mop simultaneously and with quality results is fantastic. The floor is not soaking wet after, so little to no risk of slips or falls. I also like the dirty tank is clear to show results. The only accessory I wish this had, was a smaller hand held tool like what some steam cleaners have.

I had to clean it out a few times because we have a lot of pet hair. It's a lil bulky so I had to clean corners and the edges by hand, but other than that it worked great! Very happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am mighty impressed. It definitely isn't faster than my spin mop BUT it definitely does a way better job. I mopped with my spin mop on Tuesday and used this on Wednesday and could not believe the water was still that dirty. I have a house with 4 Ragdoll long hair cats and 4 high school and college kids plus mom and dad so we aren't terribly messy. The floors are only 6 months old... I was surprised that much came off of them as I mop a few times a week. So glad I made the purchase!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This floor cleaner works great on our ceramic-tiled floors. The steam feature makes our floors look better than they have for a long time, especially the grout. And the self cleaning feature is really nice, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned the crosswave pet pro for about two years and it broke already. I just missed my warranty on it so needless to say had to purchase a new one. I have been wanting to get the hydrosteam since it came out but couldn't justify buying another, until my other broke. My pet pro was lighter in weight and had much better suction, but the hydrosteam definitely makes the floors feel cleaner and doesn't leave streaks like my old one did. I am overall happy with my purchase as long as it doesn't break in the next few years.

I wasn't fond of after use clean up of my old CrossWave. The new unit not only steam cleans my floors; but, it cleans itself. Who could ask for more? Love, love, love this CrossWave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Husband for first time walking on bare floors bare feet.. all years I known him he hates walk on bare floor with his bare feet no matter what cleaning one does. After few times him use this floor cleaner he told me look I actually comfortable enough walk bare feet that how clean it is. This thing weight in gold. He normally uses it while I sleeping taking care our baby by close my bedroom door.. so wake up more clean floors. Can't use it on uneven tile we did find out but other wise it great would recommend it. Definitely cut down husband complaining about floor not clean enough.

I was Impressed with the steam setting, and how deep it cleans.Very powerful and east to operated. Glad I manually don't have to clean those rollers, they were filthy.
