[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I also have the Battery CrossWave Wet Dry Vac machine which does a good job cleaning our tile floors, but we like the CrossWave HydroSteam Wet Dry Vac because of the Steam feature that it has. Does a good job getting unseen dirt from the tile floor.

My only complaint is the instruction manual should have actual pictures of the items included in the package. It took several tries to speak with someone at Bissell for actual help. Even then I was put on hold for an extended period of time waiting for the assistance. The product lived up to my expectations for cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 85% of my floors are waterproof laminate and tile in the bathrooms. The first time I used it I was amazed how good a job it was. Probably the best Bissel I have had over the years. Clean-up was a snap. The only downside is its weight but when running it handled much better.

It always amazes me how dirty water is when emptying, didn't think my floors were that dirty but water shows me. Great eaze not having to sweep before mopping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does a fair-good job. Better than it's Hoover counterpart, by far. We have 4 dogs and dog hair is a problem. On harwood floors 4/10, it picks up a small amount before it gets clogged and I have to stop and clear the jam. I have to swiffener the floor, vacuumed the floor, and then used Bissel. It works better, 6/10. Better than nothing. It could be much better on hardwood. Rugs = good 8/10. It could be better on the edge pickup.

The combination of the cleaning methods takes the hassle out making my floors exceptionally sterile and spotless and with the added bonus of smelling great! It is lightweight and extremely easy to use.. I don't know how I have lived without it and luckily I won't ever have to anymore!! This product has truly Clean Freaked me out!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had bought the Crosswave Pet Pro about a year ago and I liked it. But I love my HydroSteam. I have two dogs and an occasional goat tracking dirt across my tile floors and the HydroSteam does an amazing job on those high traffic areas. If you have heavily traveled floors like me I would skip the Pet Pro and buy the HydroSteam.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to this over the crosswave pet pro. The hydrosteam version has a slightly smaller brush path, but it does an amazing job. The steam did an excellent job on the grouted areas of the tile floor. I was amazed how dry the floor was after making 1 "drying" pass with the spray trigger released. The self cleaning mode is awesome, and all the xtra filters and brushes are great so you dont have to wait for things to dry and can stop and clean up the machine and take a break before transitioning to another section of the house. I picked up 2 hardwood brushrolls for the wood floors, and the machine did an outstanding job cleaning and drying the wood floors too. They haven't looked that good since they were new. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really happy I decided to buy the HydroSteam. I have a crawling baby and a husky mix in the house and would you believe white floors?! This machine has vacuumed mountains of hairs, cleaned black paw prints off the white floor, food, grime, you name it and it has helped maintain my sanity. I originally bought a steam mop from another company that cost less but it gave up on my after five uses, so when I saw this, I knew I had to try it. It is on the pricier side but as I learned with the previous steam mop, you get what you pay for. It is important to run the clean cycle after every use especially for me because the machine ends up with all the husky hairs. #sweepstakes
