[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another cool product from Bissell. I have a long hallway and good sized bathroom with tile and I hate mopping. I can use the Crosswave and get them done quickly. It doesn't clean right up to the wall but you can't expect it to do everything. I can just quickly run a swiffer along the walls and finish up. Easy to take apart. Easy to clean out. Has an awesome self-cleaning mode, which I absolutely love. I imagine cleaning the brushroll each time would be zero fun. So self-cleaning is awesome.

The Bissell Cross Wave has been a game changer. We have hardwood floors and the Cross Wave cleans up the toughest of messes. I like how easy it is to operate. Just add water and cleaner and you are good. The steam function is very handy. I think what impresses me most is that it doesn't run out of solution or fill the discharge too quickly, lasting through whatever job you have. I would definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned the crosswave pet pro for about two years and it broke already. I just missed my warranty on it so needless to say had to purchase a new one. I have been wanting to get the hydrosteam since it came out but couldn't justify buying another, until my other broke. My pet pro was lighter in weight and had much better suction, but the hydrosteam definitely makes the floors feel cleaner and doesn't leave streaks like my old one did. I am overall happy with my purchase as long as it doesn't break in the next few years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hands down one of my favorite products I bought in recent years! It makes cleaning the floors easy and less time consuming. The only thing that I can find this product lacking is that there's no small brush or extension to clean tight spaces. So in these instances I still need the mop, but the CrossWave cuts a lot of time and effort in cleaning the larger areas that are accessible by it. So 100% worth it.

Having two dogs who are not well housebroken and a rabbit that sheds all the time this machine makes cleaning the floors not only easy, but also so rewarding. Wit old world wood floors there's always the trepidation in using anything let alone a steam cleaner. This is a surprisingly good vacuum which for the job and dies it well. The separate clean and dirty water tanks are great and work well. I've used this machine a couple of times and am amazed how clean my floors look. I recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase a steam cleaner. The spares like filters, rollers and cleaning supplies I got as a package is a nice touch.
