I was only missing an extra brush roller. Picture shows vacuum with everything. Extra roller, three bottles of cleaning, 2 filters, and stationary cleaning base. This would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't missing a extra roller.

The steam function is a nice feature but the jury is still out until I really get a chance to use it on a pet stain when and if that happens.

Unfortunately, it is a bother to have to thoroughly clean it after each use and to have to wait for it to dry for 24 hours.
