[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I specifically got this to eliminate a step when sweeping and mopping my floors and well as steaming them to make a cleaner environment for my babies learning to crawl. Feedback: 1. It does the job but you have to go so slow that it doesn't save anytime. 2. The steam takes a few minutes to heat up (longer than the manual says). Not a huge deal just was a learning curve. 3. It doesn't leave enough moisture to stay wet for the required 5 minutes to sanitize. Even going over it twice isn't enough. Possibly user error? 4. It leaves about an inch and a half around the base of my cupboards and walls that it doesn't reach so I end up having to get the mop out for that anyway. Conclusion: I hope to work out the kinks and find a groove in order to work this machine into my cleaning schedule efficiently. But after two uses I'm concerned it wasn't worth the money. #sweepstakes

I was Impressed with the steam setting, and how deep it cleans.Very powerful and east to operated. Glad I manually don't have to clean those rollers, they were filthy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam for Multi-Surface floors. It was very easy to assemble and get started. I have a 4700 SQ FT house and got just the downstairs floors done. I thought my house was clean but I knew I had some spots on the kitchen tile floor that needed the steam cleaning. I was amazed at how dirty my floors were. The steam is amazing on spots that I know have been there a while. I hope to get the upstairs done this weekend. I know it will improve our breathing since we both have allergies. Very easy to clean out after use as well.

I wasn't fond of after use clean up of my old CrossWave. The new unit not only steam cleans my floors; but, it cleans itself. Who could ask for more? Love, love, love this CrossWave.

I love the steam addition and have a Crosswave without steam. I texted my friends and told them how great it is. So glad I added it to my lineup.

It sweeps, and mops dirt, spills and accidents all in one. The steam option works great with hard to clean and old spills. The best feature is the self cleaning mode. Truly hands free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a definite improvement on our original Crosswave. The steam function improves cleaning and the suction seems to be improved as it leaves hardly any wetness behind on the surface. Very happy with this purchase.
