This is my second one and the clean valve broke and now can't use

I purchased a Bissell vacuum two years ago. Love it, but i need a little more for hardwood floors and carpet. I bought a Hoover carpet cleaner but this is better for me. I'll keep the Hoover for upholstery cleaning but thi is front line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how this Bissell cleaned my floors. The children track dirt in the house and this cleans it right up , even sticky stuff. It just hard to get corners.
