I ordered the crossweave hydrosteam cleaner with the advertised, 6 bottles of cleaner, 2 brush rolls, 2 filters and storage tray. What I received was 1 bottle of cleaner, one brush roll and storage tray. I called customer service to replace the wrong item to what was advertised and what I ordered. I asked the customer service to check the picture online or in my order where it clearly shows the items that it comes with. Throughout the call I felt like I was going to receive the same wrong product again, even after repeatedly asking if the replacement would be the correct version. They also have the same item number which doesn't help.
