When I moved to Washington State not long ago, I did not prepare myself for the amount of time that I would be cleaning my floors. Between having two kids and a dog, that ALOT of floor cleaning time. I had been looking into replacing my Shark steam mop, when I received this. LET ME TELL YOU this was sent from the heavens. Not only am I able to vacuum but also clean the wetness that gets tracked in and I don't have to pull out multiple cleaning equipment! I AM SOLD! I love how easy it is to empty and replace with new cleaning solution. The entire set up is lighter than I even expected. I do wish it came with and extendable arm for smaller or tighter area of reach. I have hardwood, laminate, and floor rugs; and this cleans every surface extremely well. Would you buy this product? YES YES 100% YES!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First the unboxing: Upon first glance I could tell this is a very sturdy and well made product. Included are three 8 oz mini bottles. 1.Multi-surface cleaner 1.Hard floor sanitizer 1.Cleaning cycle formula to rinse the brush. An extra dust filter is also included. Vacuum performance: I am very satisfied on how well this vacuum picks up direct, large debris, cleans stains on hard floors. It is very easy to maneuver and has a generous amount of power cord. Switching between hard floors, carpet/rugs or cleaning formula is a breeze, just press the button located on the handle. Compared to my much pricier battery powered stick vacuum, I can honestly say this vacuum does just as well if not better! Pros: 1)Vacuum easily switches between hard floors, rugs, carpet, wet or dry mode at the press of a button. 2)Vacuum features are very user friendly and easy to learn. 3)Trash bin is very easy to remove and dump in trash can. It also includes a strainer to separate larger debris. This is very useful when using the cleaning formula. 4) Vacuum works great on wet mode to mop hardwood floors and freshen up carpets/rugs. Note: this is not a deep cleaner like those commercial carpet steamers but more of a carpet/rug refresher. 5) Bright LED light. Cons: 1)Vacuum has a hefty weight to it, so if you have a large area or home to clean it can be a good workout. 2)Vacuum is loud, which I guess would be expected for a machine this size. 3) Washing the parts after every use can become a chore. Especially when having to clean the bin, filter, brush, formula dispenser. 4) While It's uncertain how long the brush is expected to last due to the soft material you can prepare to purchase additional brushes. 5) If you plan to use the wet mode to clean floors and freshen up rugs/carpet's be prepared to invest in more bottles of solution. Final thoughts: Personally I feel it's a wonderful all in one product! If only it had vacuum hose to clean hard to reach places it would perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to receive this product. Most of my house has tile floors. Keeping them clean is a huge pain and takes a lot of work. Normally I am on my knees scrubbing the floor and grout by hand. I am way too old to be doing this anymore. Along comes the Crosswave Hydrosteam cleaner and BAM! My life is instantly easier. I love how it heats up the water to help scrub off sticky stuff that might have spilled on the floor. I have 4!kids, so sometimes that is a daily occurrence. It's quick to set up. Quick to use! No longer do I need to sweep all of the tile before I scrub. This machine does it for me! There are only 2 cons that I can currently think of. I wish it held more water, and I wish it could scrub my grout lines a little bit harder. Other than that, this thing is a time (and my knees and back) saver.

I'm the type that is always trying to find something that will help shorten the amount of time I spend cleaning. I have a 3000 square foot home, and all the flooring is hard surface, even my stairs. Over the years, I have owned most products from most of the brands available for purchase. I currently own three different steam from well known brands. I also own another brand floor cleaner from last year. After dragging around the mop to clean my house, it became a chore that took forever. I started to dread the day I would mop and clean the floors in each room. I have a large family with five children, two dogs, a cat, a bird, and guinea pigs. I do cleaning and ensure the mess is off the floor many times during the day. After using the regular mop over and over, the floor still had caked-on dirt that I would have to hand scrub. I thought the previous floor cleaner I purchased last year was the solution; it helped cut my cleaning time down. The Bissell cleaner arrived, and I had no expectations before using it. The day prior to using the Bissell, I had cleaned all the rooms with the other floor cleaning machine. Upon using the Bissell and seeing how much dirt it cleaned off the floor, it was a total shock. It's lightweight, swivels, turns easily, and is easy to move from room to room; it also comes with a long cord, which is useful. To start with, it is a vacuum, floor cleaner, and steam mop. I found the vacuum function to be useful, as it saved me time by eliminating the need to vacuum before mopping or cleaning the floor. It does have a difficult time squeezing into tight spaces. After using turn on self-cleaning mode, 2 minutes later it's cleaned out it's self. Best on hard surface flooring, Okay on lg. area rugs.

I really love the self-cleaning it does. My family has two cats and one dog, so there is lots of shedding and mess and this vacuum is great at cleaning up all the hair. We also like using it on the potty accidents that the dog has. Cleans up the mess great and leaves a wonderful scent. Easy to clean. Will be buying one as a gift for my sister-in-law.

I am a mom of a very busy household. Between the kids and dogs, my life is constantly on-the-go, therefore I always welcome different ways to make cleaning my house easier. In my opinion, the Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam Plus Muti-Surface Wet/Dry Vacuum is an absolute must have!! I instantly fell in love with the fact that this vacuum eliminates sweeping and mopping, not to mention the fact that it can also steam clean your floors for those "deep cleaning" days. It's lightweight, easy to use and im able to take this vacuum and clean my floors in half the time now! With the vacuum having multi-surface capabilities im able to go from hardwood floors to tile, laminate and even area rugs. The process is pretty straightforward, just fill the reservoir with water and the included floor cleaner, turn the vacuum on and choose the appropriate cleaning mode, there is hard floor mode, steamwash mode, and area rug mode. Each cleaning mode is designed for specific tasks, for example, hard floor mode is for the up-keep in between your deep cleaning days. Another amazing feature is that this vacuum also dries your floors! Everything about the Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam Vacuum makes cleaning your floors easier, therefore freeing up much needed time. I love its simplicity and versatility. I love that it gets the job done quickly. I love that it can be used for deep-cleaning my floors or just to clean up a spill. I struggle constantly trying to keep my floors and area rugs clean because we have a young Shih Tzu puppy that is in the process of being potty trained and still has accidents. The instructions were simple, and the vacuum required very little assembly. This machine cleans, steams, and vacuums at the same time. Perfect addition to my home which has sealed hard wood floors, ceramic tile, and several area rugs. I was amazed at just how dirty my area rug was. Not only did it do an excellent job at cleaning, but it removed odors, as well as dog hair. I no longer need several machines for cleaning. I absolutely love the self-cleaning cycle this machine has. After use, just place it in its tray with some formula and press the self-cleaning button to get your roller clean and ready for the next use. This amazing machine does it all! Excellent quality and works extremely well. I couldn't be happier!

The CrossWave® HydroSteam™ Plus Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac was easy to put together and came with a variety of cleaners. Our Great Dane drools water and food around his food tray, making our tile floor very dirty, leaving a film, which becomes very difficult to clean. The wet vac made cleaning the tile floor, especially the dog's area, easier to clean and like new! We have multi-surface and carpet flooring, so the cleaners included will last us a good while. Overall, I am very happy with the results and would recommend to others.

This machine is a game changer! We are a busy, outdoorsy house with 2 teenagers, 1 mud-loving Aussie fur monster, and 2 shedding kitties! My husband spends most days outdoors, tromping through the woods, both for work and play. We enter the house through a walkway in the back door that leads to the kitchen. Those floors get MESSY- daily! I was thrilled to be asked to review the new Crosswave Hydrosteam. My daily routine was to sweep through the back hall and the kitchen, then mop the floors every few days. This machine has made it super easy to run through those two areas daily. There are 3 different settings on the machine, steam cleaning, hard floor, and even area rug- I tried all three! The steam setting was great for the back door area. This space often has the most muddy paw and footprints and is where the shoes live. The Crosswave easily got the area clean. I ran the machine over the space a few times with the trigger engaged then released the trigger to dry the area. The vacuum on the Crosswave works well too! While it will not replace my traditional vacuum for carpeted areas, it worked on the pethair tumbleweeds in the kitchen with ease, all while also scrubbing the floors clean. I also tried the area rug setting- it worked for a quick once over. I would not primarily use this machine to give the rugs a deep clean, but for a quick spill, it will do! There are many pieces to the machine, but they come apart to thoroughly clean quickly and easily. A quick run through the self cleaning cycle and wipe down gets the machine ready for its next use. It comes with a stand that has a place for the machine itself, plus the filter and brush roller to dry out for the next use. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this product- I should have gotten a Crosswave ages ago!
