[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bissell Crosswave Hydrosteam from Bissell in exchange for my honest review. Whether I need to clean up spills, spot clean up after my pet, or even do a full-blown steam sanitation, the Bissell Crosswave Hydrosteam is the perfect cleaner for the job. This all-in-one multi-surface cleaner is the perfect addition to any household. It's simple to put together out of the box. The directions are easy to read. There are even pictures to follow along with. Once it was put together, I just needed to add water and solution to the removable water tank. The water tank is even marked with lines showing me how much of each to put in. This cleaner has three modes. It has a vacuum, wash, and steam mode. I like that it's a multi-surface cleaner as well. It can be used to clean sealed wood floors, laminate, tile, and even area rugs. Once I press the power button, I can choose one of the three illuminated choices; steam wash, hard floor, or area rug. There is even a When I recline the machine, the roller begins to spin. Then, I decide if I want to use the solution and water by holding the button, or releasing it to vacuum up debris and water. This machine works really well. It vacuumed up debris like pet hair, grass, and crumbs, while washing my floor. It's easy to push back and forth and the head swivels. Cleaning out this machine was simple. I like that the dirty water tank contains a strainer stem that keeps debris away from the water, and makes cleaning it out effortless. When I am finished cleaning, there is even a clean out cycle that will help clean all of the components. The dirty water tank comes apart in pieces and makes it easy for me to reach into and clean it thoroughly. My floors look and feel cleaner. Overall, I really enjoyed using the Bissell Crosswave Hydrosteam and highly recommend it for your cleaning needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Crosswave Hydrosteam All-in-One Multi-Surface Cleaner in mid October 2023. We have laminate flooring and 2 cats so I was eager to have something that would clean our floors and sanitize them. I have used this machine approximately once a month since I bought it and vacuumed with my trusty old Hoover in between times. When I pulled the Bissell out the other day, I had barely started cleaning my kitchen floor when there was a huge puddle of water on the floor! No water left in the cleaning solution tank. The cap on the solution bottle was no longer sealing. I tried to suction up the water with the Bissell but it could not get all up; I wound up using towels to mop it up. My husband and I cut this defective P.O.S. with one of his saws and put it in the trash. I then vacuumed with my trusty old Hoover and then mopped the house with my generic Swifter-type mop. Bottom line - this thing did not even last 6 months.

The suction power is very strong and the steam helps loosen any gunk on the floors for easy removal. My only issue with this item is the cord. I have a very large open-concept home and having to deal with the cord isn't my favorite feature as cordless has become so standard in recent years. However, the power that comes along with the cord in this case is substantial and I'm thrilled with the results. I would purchase again and would recommend to a friend.

With it being out a little out of my price range and scouring the mixed reviews I could never commit to purchasing it. So when I was given the opportunity to review it for free in exchange for my honest review I was beyond excited. After using it for a few weeks I must say not only is it a game changer for keeping my home clean but it's worth every penny! If I would've know how amazing this wet dry vac was I would've purchased it much sooner. Don't let negative reviews dissuade you, it's amazing! With 4 kids, 3 cats, and 3000 sq ft of mixed flooring (wood, vinyl, and area rugs) this thing is a life and time saver. It literally saves me hours of cleaning, but the best part is it's ability to clean up after my pets. Cat fur and odor was always my biggest issue in keeping a tidy home. Not only does it clean up and cut down on cat fur so much but it does so without it clogging or damaging the machine. It also has solved my ongoing fight with cat odors. If you have pets this is the machine for you!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This system is great for houses with hard surface floors, carpets, and area rugs. It is very easy to use with clear and concise instructions. The fresh water/solution bottle has 2 lines for filling, small area and large area. I have a smaller sized living/dining open concept space. I chosen to make the small area solution and ran out before I was finished. However, I tried out the area rug cleaner, and would have had extra had I not done so. It transitions very easily between steam cleaning, hard surface cleaning, and power washing for rugs and carpets. I used the pet solution, and my floor and rug was very clean! This system also has a hair and debris catcher, which is great for pets and folks with long haired people in the house. It has a auto clean cycle that is required after each use, and it is very fast and thorough!

It pulled more pet hair out of my carpets then I knew was there. I love the way it breaks down for easy cleaning and storage! The cleaner and sanitizer smells amazing. This vacuum is a one stop shop! No need to sweep first just go! 10/10 think everyone needs one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I had the original Bissell for three years, and it worked great! With a growing family and house it was definitely time for an upgrade! We upgraded to this Bissell, cross wave hydro steam and hands-down, we should have done it sooner. Not only does it clean the floors so well, the sanitizing factor is exactly what I was looking for. As a mom of a toddler, it is ideal to have things clean, but we all know that is not always possible. This machine definitely ensures the ease of cleaning the floors after a toddler mess. I am 110% very impressed with the machine itself and the product. But what is even more impressive is the awesome customer service that Bissell has demonstrated. We had an issue with the initial purchase. FedEx reported that it was delivered to our house, and it was not. Bissell .com did not give us any hesitation, and quickly insured that we would receive a new shipment ASAP. So now, after a good solid week of using this product almost every day the only regret that I have is not purchasing it sooner. I will be purchasing from Bissell again! And I highly recommend that you do as well. Also, I was definitely not paid to say this. It's just truly that good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am replacing a cordless Bissell model that lasted less than 2 years. I am not super pleased that this one has a cord, but I should've read better. It picks up better than my cordless. It was impressive. But it is so LOUD. I could use my other after everyone went to bed. That will not be possible with the 3518. But I am going to keep it because I love the cleaning power & the fact that it dries quicker with steam. But seriously, it gave me a headache.

It was easy to put together, instructions on how to use were right there on the machine. Using it, made cleaning floors so easy. Vacuums and mops and steam. What else do you need? Our floors look and smell clean.
