[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this wet vac! I used it on my hardwood floors, laminate floors in kitchen, and area rugs throughout my home. I have a dog and a baby so getting my floors clean is a priority. I used all three modes on the vacuum and loved them all - especially the steam mode! The instructions are simple and clear on how to use the vacuum and which solution to use. The solutions smell great. I was able to clean my floors in a surprisingly short amount of time and they were sparkling after. I was particularly impressed with the vaccum's ability to get off stuck on spills in the kitchen. My dog also had a pee accident on a rug - a few min after it happened I used the vacuum on it and it got all the pee out! There is no stain on the rug and you can clearly tell from the tank that it got it all out. Super happy with it!! My favorite feature is the steam mode because I feel like it sanitizes the area and I love using steam to clean. I would definitely recommend this vaccum. One large tank cleaned my living room, dining room, kitchen and small bathroom. It is a bit heavy compared to others I have used but was easy to maneuver. It was louder than I expected but did a great job cleaning my floors. The cleaning cycle was easy to use and the machine was easy to clean up once all done.

My house has multiple flooring styles, including hardwood, tile, laminate, and carpet/area rugs. I've tested it on all of the surfaces and had generally excellent results. For anyone who is familiar with the Rainbow vacuum, this product reminds me a lot of that. Let me start off by noting that the vacuum is really solid and pretty heavy. Super easy to put together and the usage directions are really clear and easy to understand. The surface where I noticed the best results was the hardwood floor. The tile was a close second, but the vacuum seems to lack the scrubbing power for the stubborn food gunk I seem to find daily in my kitchen (thanks kids...). A little elbow grease was required in a few spots, even after I left the steam function over top the area. I also noticed pretty good results on the area rug, but there was some leakage of dirty water when I went back and forth from the rug to the hardwood floor on accident. It is also not as effective as a regular carpet cleaner because the included scrub brush isn't as tough. One of my favorite features of the vacuum is the self-cleaning function for when you're finished. The tray keeps everything neat and the function does a fantastic job of thoroughly cleaning the inner workings of the machine to keep gunk from building up. The lighting on the front was a pleasant surprise and I love that the machine can get flat to the edge of the wall so it doesn't leave crumbs all around the edges of my house. Overall, I'm very happy with the product. I think that it may be best suited to a house with primarily hardwood, tile, or laminate flooring. Ours is 2/3 carpet, so we still need a regular vacuum and carpet cleaner for deeper carpet cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cleaning out process is ridiculous. You have to clean out each piece, and then when you're all done it all has to sit.to dry. So be prepared to have to clean out yourr sink. And remember it's wet, so you have to clean it out right away. I have waited a week, and the smell was terrible. You can clean 1 room before you have to clean it out, or it will spit.out dirty water. I barely use it because it's just such a hassle. And yes hair gets wrapped around the 1 part. Also I thought the steam would clean the grout in my kitchen, but no such luck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our house is mostly hardwood with area rugs, and for the wood this was an excellent replacement for regular moping. I found the vacuum got up more dirt, and was very easy to use after a first try. The cleaning stand was useful once I figured out how it worked and also holds in the vacuum for storage. I really appreciated the extra filter included and like that the dirty and clean water are totally separate; I have moping water because it does not. I would love if the required cleaning liquid came in a concentrated form so you could mix your own rather buying new bottles. Neither machine produced steam after going through every troubleshooting measure that bissell offers. I ran both machines for over 10 minutes with the spray/steam trigger depressed and got nothing. Just cold, wet, roller and a puddle of water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the CrossWave Hydrosteam wet and dry vacuum as a part of the Stellar Testing Panel. We were hoping it would be a perfect replacement for our steam mop that had just died. Unfortunately, the Hydrosteam function was not as strong as we needed to keep up after big messes from our toddlers and dog. The steam mop function cleaned up general messes, but really sticky stuff didn't come off of our vinyl floors. That being said, I loved that it was a vacuum and mop in one. That dual functionality saves a ton of time and space for storage. I will definitely be using this in our every day cleaning to get rid of the day-to-day messes, but will need something a bit stronger to tackle the really tough messes. Another great thing about this vacuum is that it is so easy to clean! That makes me want to use more often than other tools. I also like the separate compartments for clean and dirty water. Overall this is a good vacuum cleaner!

I have two dogs and kids and it helped clean up vomit stains on my rug and sticky food messes under my table. It cut out a step of having to get my steam cleaner out for the really messy spills. I wish I could see the water spraying to get a sense of how much I'm using but it moves easily and has a long cord. And the cleaning mode is impressive and I want to my vacuum to stay clean and maintain it long term I found the instructions a little unclear. It didn't seem to use a lot of the water when in cleaning mode even though it said to fill the clean tank. I received this product as a member of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

I only have to push a button to make the transition it's great. I picked up more out of my rugs than I ever expected.i also love the steam feature to help sanitize all my floors. I live on property in a large wooden floor home with my kids and 3 dogs , needless to say our house gets messy. I'm not one for wanting to pull up a mop / bucket and go through an entire cleaning process because honestly it's alot of work and spills happen alot . My first time ever using a crosswave . So not only is it a floor mop with steam but a vacuum as well while using it , so as a dad I'm like yes , less work thats a total win . Just have to fill the water container and click in the handle and your pretty much set to go . I did peruse the Manuel on the steam setting since we do have alot of tile as well. Let me tell you it works awesome ! I mean right away it works amazing . Had a row of dog prints leading to the back door and it cleaned it right up . The roller head is really thick and spongy and has rubbery things in it assuming to help get tougher stuck on things. Brought this into our master bathroom that has tile with stuck on sticky spots of hair gel on the ground , used steam and it cleaned it effortlessly. Steam really does help get stuck on stuff and the dirt out . The basin does last a while as well. I didn't feel myself having to empty and refill constantly. It picks up a decent amount of the water as well , so the floors dry pretty fast and its oddly enjoyable to see how much dirt i clean up. I keep it in its stand next to dining table so its something I can pull out after dinner that works fast .The pieces come off easy so i can pop out the pieces and rinse out the dirty water basin and brush head. Can see all the stuff it picks up to as well , pretty good. I definitely recommend this for anyhold as it cleans really thorough and fast. It really doesn't get much easier than this for cleanup , wish I had this years ago.
