[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had this crosswave Bissell for a few months now. Ive also had other Bissell products in the past. I like how this one steams vacuums and brushes at the same time. Bissell is close in getting this product to perfection. I have OCD so i am constantly steam mopping but i dont have alot of time trying to mop. I have tile flooring and 5 lil dogs. I love the combination features! However the vacuum suction is OK i would rate it 4 out of 10. The sound of this steam mop sounds really powerful but it doesn't suck up the dirt as I expected. Second issue is, i like the brush feature, i would love it if the brush would actually touch the tiles as i am clean steaming! I give this feature 1 out of 10, a really low rating because the steam mop doesn't have a customized feature for leveling the brush down to actually scrubbing and touching my tile floor. I am having to manually scrape down to clean spots with a rag; which the steam mop brush is unable to actually touch/clean. I do love t RJ e self clean! Def a great feature. Bottom line i like this but needs a little more features in order for some of the features to to actually work to perfection. Biasell hope you read this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this wet and dry vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I had never used a wet and dry vacuum so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was pretty easy to put together straight out of the box, but I did have to read the directions a few times to understand how it was supposed to be used and what all of the different settings were for. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs so there is a lot of pet hair and dirt on our tile floors. The SteamWash mode was the only mode that actually got the slobber marks off the floor and I was pretty impressed with how clean my floors were once they dried. It was also so much quicker and easier on my back to be able to vacuum and "mop" at the same time. The first use had a bit of a learning curve as the waste water bin filled up quicker than I thought and the self clean feature afterwards was a bit tricky to figure out, but now that I have used it a few times it is a lot easier to use. Would highly recommend for those wanting clean floors, but don't want to spend hours of your day vacuuming and then mopping!

Unless a mess is really set into our rug or my dog has shed a ton, I can clean-up with this machine solely. My favorite feature is that is feels light and is easy to maneuver. Whether I need to clean up spills, spot clean up after my pet, or even do a full-blown steam sanitation, the Bissell Crosswave Hydrosteam is the perfect cleaner for the job. This all-in-one multi-surface cleaner is the perfect addition to any household. It's simple to put together out of the box. The directions are easy to read. There are even pictures to follow along with. Once it was put together, I just needed to add water and solution to the removable water tank. The water tank is even marked with lines showing me how much of each to put in. This cleaner has three modes. It has a vacuum, wash, and steam mode. I like that it's a multi-surface cleaner as well. It can be used to clean sealed wood floors, laminate, tile, and even area rugs. Once I press the power button, I can choose one of the three illuminated choices; steam wash, hard floor, or area rug. There is even a When I recline the machine, the roller begins to spin. Then, I decide if I want to use the solution and water by holding the button, or releasing it to vacuum up debris and water. This machine works really well. It vacuumed up debris like pet hair, grass, and crumbs, while washing my floor. It's easy to push back and forth and the head swivels. Cleaning out this machine was simple. I like that the dirty water tank contains a strainer stem that keeps debris away from the water, and makes cleaning it out effortless. When I am finished cleaning, there is even a clean out cycle that will help clean all of the components. The dirty water tank comes apart in pieces and makes it easy for me to reach into and clean it thoroughly. My floors look and feel cleaner. Overall, I really enjoyed using the Bissell Crosswave Hydrosteam and highly recommend it for your cleaning needs.

I live on property in a large wooden floor home with my kids and 3 dogs , needless to say our house gets messy. I'm not one for wanting to pull up a mop / bucket and go through an entire cleaning process because honestly it's alot of work and spills happen alot . My first time ever using a crosswave . So not only is it a floor mop with steam but a vacuum as well while using it , so as a dad I'm like yes , less work thats a total win . Just have to fill the water container and click in the handle and your pretty much set to go . I did peruse the Manuel on the steam setting since we do have alot of tile as well. Let me tell you it works awesome ! I mean right away it works amazing . Had a row of dog prints leading to the back door and it cleaned it right up . The roller head is really thick and spongy and has rubbery things in it assuming to help get tougher stuck on things. Brought this into our master bathroom that has tile with stuck on sticky spots of hair gel on the ground , used steam and it cleaned it effortlessly. Steam really does help get stuck on stuff and the dirt out . The basin does last a while as well. I didn't feel myself having to empty and refill constantly. It picks up a decent amount of the water as well , so the floors dry pretty fast and its oddly enjoyable to see how much dirt i clean up. I keep it in its stand next to dining table so its something I can pull out after dinner that works fast .The pieces come off easy so i can pop out the pieces and rinse out the dirty water basin and brush head. Can see all the stuff it picks up to as well , pretty good. I definitely recommend this for anyhold as it cleans really thorough and fast. It really doesn't get much easier than this for cleanup , wish I had this years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to receiving this wet and dry vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel I had only used a traditional vacuum and carpet steamer. After testing this product out I can officially report that this product combines the best of both worlds AND allows you to steam surfaces like your wood floors. The first area I tested the wet and dry vacuum on was a large rug in our living room which is also right by our front door (a very high traffic area). I used the SteamWash mode and could not believe how dirty the water in the vacuum was when I was done - SteamWash mode clearly got a lot of dirt and filth out of our carpet. I also loved that the rug was not soaking wet after it had been washed, so I wasn't worried about the dog or anyone else walking over the carpet and tracking wet feet around the house. I then did the SteamWash mode on the hardwood floors in my kitchen, where my baby tends to drop a lot of food. SteamWash mode tackled the sticky messes on my floor with no problem. The stand alone vacuum mode is pretty standard compared to any other vacuum I would use. All in all, I would absolutely purchase this wet and dry vacuum in place of a regular vacuum to be able to use the SteamWash. The only reason I gave this product 4 stars and not 5 was the cleaning process does take a bit of time once your SteamWash is complete. I get a little faster each time I do it, but it is still more time consuming that I would like. Definitely recommend!

The CrossWave® HydroSteam™ Plus Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac was easy to put together and came with a variety of cleaners. Our Great Dane drools water and food around his food tray, making our tile floor very dirty, leaving a film, which becomes very difficult to clean. The wet vac made cleaning the tile floor, especially the dog's area, easier to clean and like new! We have multi-surface and carpet flooring, so the cleaners included will last us a good while. Overall, I am very happy with the results and would recommend to others.
