I have two todders and two dogs in my house, and my old steam mop broke. I decided to splurge on this and OMG so glad I did. Our floor feels so clean, and I'm not going back. You do have to clean it after every use, but that's honestly not a big deal as they made it so easy to take apart which isn't always the case with my other bissell products, 10/10!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this wet vac! I used it on my hardwood floors, laminate floors in kitchen, and area rugs throughout my home. I have a dog and a baby so getting my floors clean is a priority. I used all three modes on the vacuum and loved them all - especially the steam mode! The instructions are simple and clear on how to use the vacuum and which solution to use. The solutions smell great. I was able to clean my floors in a surprisingly short amount of time and they were sparkling after. I was particularly impressed with the vaccum's ability to get off stuck on spills in the kitchen. My dog also had a pee accident on a rug - a few min after it happened I used the vacuum on it and it got all the pee out! There is no stain on the rug and you can clearly tell from the tank that it got it all out. Super happy with it!! My favorite feature is the steam mode because I feel like it sanitizes the area and I love using steam to clean. I would definitely recommend this vaccum. I received this product as part of stellar product testing panel. The picture of the tank is from one floor of my house that I had a housekeeper clean two weeks before!

One large tank cleaned my living room, dining room, kitchen and small bathroom. It is a bit heavy compared to others I have used but was easy to maneuver. It was louder than I expected but did a great job cleaning my floors. The cleaning cycle was easy to use and the machine was easy to clean up once all done.

And in our home we have two young children and a golden retriever so the floors get a constant array of messes. Floors, I'll admit, are my pet peeve and with my family feel like I'm constantly cleaning. I actually use to have a floor steamer but because our main living area was replaced with laminate I couldn't use it on the floors anymore. So it steered me away from buying any floor cleaning machines. But the great thing about this machine is you can choose the setting or floor type to have steam or no steam by the ease of a button by the handle. What I love the most is that as I'm vacuuming and washing the laminate I can easily clean my area rug (especially the areas that the dog lays the most) and with a push of a button I can change the setting from floor to carpet. And then easily switch again to steam option on my tiles. Bonus is the machine has a self cleaning option as well!! Literally takes the hassle out of cleaning your house. I'm able to take the lid of the brush to let the item air to prevent any musky smells. I'm actually excited to use the machine because I can get the floors cleaning in half the time, no vacuuming before and then mop. The floors are clean and the true test is the kids socks are still white at the end of the day! The power cord is long. I love the cleaning solutions, it leaves no streaks marks on either the laminate and tile. The smell is great, fresh smelling but no overwhelming. The tanks are easy to clean with a strainer that catcher the hair and bigger items. The light on the front is great to see all the debris on the floor. Packaging of the product ensure the machine came in mint condition, the only issue was a solution bottle had a cracked lid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this wet and dry vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I had never used a wet and dry vacuum so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was pretty easy to put together straight out of the box, but I did have to read the directions a few times to understand how it was supposed to be used and what all of the different settings were for. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs so there is a lot of pet hair and dirt on our tile floors. The SteamWash mode was the only mode that actually got the slobber marks off the floor and I was pretty impressed with how clean my floors were once they dried. It was also so much quicker and easier on my back to be able to vacuum and "mop" at the same time. The first use had a bit of a learning curve as the waste water bin filled up quicker than I thought and the self clean feature afterwards was a bit tricky to figure out, but now that I have used it a few times it is a lot easier to use. Would highly recommend for those wanting clean floors, but don't want to spend hours of your day vacuuming and then mopping!

Only gave it 4 stars because I think the directions should have said to go SLOWER but I figured it out half way through the house. And the house smells amazing.

This Bissell campaign was offered to me thru the BzzAgent Program. I struggle constantly trying to keep my floors and area rugs clean because we have a young Shih Tzu puppy that is in the process of being potty trained and still has accidents. The instructions were simple, and the vacuum required very little assembly. This machine cleans, steams, and vacuums at the same time. Perfect addition to my home which has sealed hard wood floors, ceramic tile, and several area rugs. I was amazed at just how dirty my area rug was. Not only did it do an excellent job at cleaning, but it removed odors, as well as dog hair. I no longer need several machines for cleaning. I absolutely love the self-cleaning cycle this machine has. After use, just place it in its tray with some formula and press the self-cleaning button to get your roller clean and ready for the next use. This amazing machine does it all! Excellent quality and works extremely well. I couldn't be happier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine in hopes of reducing my cleaning time, but I found that it was actually more work. I like the features of the machine with dual to and appreciate that it has a cleaning option when done using. . No one wants to start cleaning with a dirty machine. The cleaner worked well, I am a fan of the steam bc I do not like to clean with a ton of chemicals. I noticed a difference on my floors for sure, but I would never suggest as a combo vac/mop. This would be for very light crumbs or small debris. While using the steam mop option it left noticeable residue behind - streaks at the sides of the machine from the water not being sucked back in. I had to shuffle around with a towel after to clean up after. Which was slightly annoying. I love trying out new cleaners - this one was ok, but definitely not the best. I have not used this on area rugs like it states tou can. .

I have a weekly cleaning service who comes and mops and sweeps but this machine really showed me that my floors are still pretty dirty! It's easy to use and pretty versatile for different types of floors. I love how you can clean so much with it! It easily got kids messes like sticky juice spills and caked on play doh off the floor. I wish it were a little quieter but overall I think this is a great product and highly recommend it!
