The first one had to be replaced 2x's for defective parts, now the crosswave XL is doing the same thing. Again was replaced at a dealer and the problem still exists. Constant warning, corrected and still won't operate. Ive probably used both 3 times each.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as a part of the Stellar Review Panel. Doggy wasn't feeling well today and I didn't quite get her outside in time. She got a little bit on our front door rug. I hate vomit and with a little one waddling around, this had to get gone! I pulled out my vaccum for the first time and was really impressed! I lost the instructions and so I can vouch that this is super easy to get started. The instructions were on the tag and on the tanks. Once the roller was warmed and then primed, that mess was gone! I am thrilled it was so easy! Did I mention, I hate vomit? The rug was not soaked and so it should dry quick and hopefully before baby is home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well, wish you provide as stronger brush tool, I have porcelain tile which is bumpy and etched with narrow grout.... Please provide a stronger brush for some areas! I'm on my second one and just purchased another for my faux wood floors for our mountain home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to upgrade to the new Crosswave Hydrosteam, primarily for the steam function, but that are so many other uprades that made it a great buy. Easy access for different cleaning modes with indicator lights, super easy self-clean function, and that little strainer cup in the recovery tank - great idea! I am very glad I made the purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembling the Hydrosteam was so quick and easy, it took only a few minutes before it was ready to use! I used the original crosswave in the past, but this is such an incredible upgrade. I love that I can use it wet or dry, the vacuum suction is extremely powerful! The self cleaning is really helpful as well. It hugs the wall pretty closely. The added steam feature is perfect for my tile floors. I have uneven slate tile with a lot of grooves and the Hydrosteam outperforms other vacuum mops I've used. The cons, it is pretty heavy and loud. Also I wish the brush had harder bristles to really scrub the floor more and it does use a lot of bissell solution. I received the HydroSteam as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Christmas garland that leaves a very fine shimmery type of glitter on our hardwood floor when I take down decorations for the season. It's very hard to remove because it's almost like dust it's so fine. In the past I've had to clean the floor by hand to remove it, using multiple rags. The CrossWave removed all of it in one pass! I waited for a sunny day to be sure it was gone and its gone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product on my tile and wood floors and it cleans both very nicely, picking up small food pieces and dirt very well. Even my 12 year old likes to use it! I felt like my bare floors were clean and sanitized and safe for my kids to play on afterwards. I am very happy with this vacuum/mop and have been telling all of my family and friends about it. Being cordless would have made it a little more convenient to use but it does have a nice long cord. Although the clean up of the unit after each use takes a little longer than I'd like I still enjoy using it and don't dread mopping like I use to.

The CrossWave® HydroSteam™ Plus Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac was easy to put together and came with a variety of cleaners. Our Great Dane drools water and food around his food tray, making our tile floor very dirty, leaving a film, which becomes very difficult to clean. The wet vac made cleaning the tile floor, especially the dog's area, easier to clean and like new! We have multi-surface and carpet flooring, so the cleaners included will last us a good while. Overall, I am very happy with the results and would recommend to others.

I have an older cordless Crosswave (I think it's the first generation of cordless) and I was so disappointed in it. It did a terrible job, was difficult to clean, just all around not good. But this one is WORLDS different. Everything that was wrong with my old one is fixed with this model. (This one is not cordless, however.) I absolutely love the steam feature. It had my rugs AND my tile floors absolutely sparkling. I tried to take before and after photos of a stain on my rug, but the camera just wasn't picking it up. You'll have to trust me when I say that the stain was GONE with very little effort. It's easy to use and easy to clean. I have 4 cats, a dog, and a 2 year old so our floors need a lot of cleaning. This is the perfect tool for the job.

Wow, what a great tool! My floors haven't been this clean in forever! It's super easy to use and saves so much time! It sucked all the hair that my husky left in the carpet. However, my dogs chewed my lipstick on my carpet a while ago and it didn't remove it all, which I don't think is even possible.
