I have used hard floor cleaners since the day they came out. None had the cloth rollers. The brush rollers always done greT. I wish I could buy the brush roller without the cloth. Says they don't have it for this model. Also only gets like 1/2 inch from edge. Hope they come out with it asap.

When I moved to Washington State not long ago, I did not prepare myself for the amount of time that I would be cleaning my floors. Between having two kids and a dog, that ALOT of floor cleaning time. I had been looking into replacing my Shark steam mop, when I received this. LET ME TELL YOU this was sent from the heavens. Not only am I able to vacuum but also clean the wetness that gets tracked in and I don't have to pull out multiple cleaning equipment! I AM SOLD! I love how easy it is to empty and replace with new cleaning solution. The entire set up is lighter than I even expected. I do wish it came with and extendable arm for smaller or tighter area of reach. I have hardwood, laminate, and floor rugs; and this cleans every surface extremely well. Would you buy this product? YES YES 100% YES!

Cleaning is normally a time consuming endeavor since I have to sweep first and then mop. This product saves quite a bit of time and I am very pleased with the results.

After six months the sprayer stopped working and I had to bring it in for repairs. I have two dogs that shed a lot, so I am not sure if all of the pet hair caused issues. I also do no like the cord. If I had to buy another CrossWave, I would go with the cordless one. The cord isn't super long and it's in the way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam is great at everyday cleaning and tough kid & pet messes on a variety of floor types and area rugs. The proof can easily be seen in the dirt cup! With kids and a dog, we regularly have gunk stuck onto our floors. This machine does a good job of removing stuck on grime without going over an area repeatedly or by hand like we used to. We also love that this machine vacuums as it cleans, so it saves us time! Overall, this is the best all-in-one wet/dry we've ever used! It's super easy to set up and use, and swivels in all kinds of directions so you can easily get around obstacles. There are multiple modes (SteamWash, hard floor, and area rug). I prefer SteamWash because it adds heat to the water (without bursting out steam, so it's safe on my floors). I feel like it sanitizes better than other wet/drys and the floors dry much quicker: 3-4 mins. instead of 10-15. This is a win-win for me: I feel like my floors are cleaner and I don't have to keep my family off of them for so long! Also, this model has large leak-proof clean and dirty tanks so you can clean for a long time without stopping. The LED lights make it easier to see what you're cleaning. Even though this CrossWave HydroSteam unit is almost 2 lbs. heavier than the X7 CrossWave Pet Pro model I've used, I'd recommend this over the cordless. I don't have to worry about the battery dying, the cord is a generous 25 ft. long, and HydroSteam is amazing (that's my favorite feature!) Another plus is how easy it is to clean up after using it. My only beef is that although this has a generous 9.5" cleaning path, it doesn't clean right up to the wall well, so I have a small bit of extra care to do at the edges. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed luxury vinyl tile throughout our entire house a few years ago and since then I have bought and tried multiple things to clean the floors but have never been happy with any of them. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 3 kids so needless to say there is a lot of dirt and messes that need cleaned up frequently! I saw the Crosswave Hydrosteam online and after doing quite a bit of researching and reading reviews I decided to go ahead get it. I haven't had it for that long so I can't speak to longevity but here is what I would say are the pros and cons: Pros: 1. I love that you can vacuum and mop at the same time. Our floors need cleaned frequently so this saves me a lot of time because I can do it all at once! 2. The fact that it sucks up the dirty water is great. Not only does it make the floor look and feel much cleaner than using a spray mop, it also helps the floor dry really fast. It's essentially the same concept as a carpet scrubber but for all types of floors. 3. My floors are so much shinier than they were when I used other products. In the past I always felt like there was still a hazy film on the floors after I cleaned them that you could see after they dried. With the Crosswave Hydrosteam there is no haziness. I actually haven't seen my floors this shiny since they were installed! Cons: 1. I got it on sale however one downside I would say is that it is fairly pricey. That being said, after using it I do feel like it's worth the spend. 2. Cleaning it afterwards is a bit of a task because you have to take it apart, wipe and rinse everything, and then run the clean cycle on it. It took me a while the first time but I think the more often I use it the less time clean up will take. 3. I wish the dirty water container held more. I have to empty it several times in order to finish my living room, dining room, kitchen & hallway. I don't feel like this should prevent someone from buying the product, it would just be something that would be nice for future models

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as Part of the stellar testing panel. The crosswave hydrosteam Is one of the best products I've used for hard floors. It was easy to set up and came with multiple bottles of cleaning solution. The hydrosteam vacuumed, mopped, and removed stains all in one motion. The amount of dirt it removed from the floors that had recently been cleaned was unbelievable. The only downside was cumbersome cleaning if the filters and mop pad after. Due to this I would not use the hydrosteam for daily use rather once a week deep clean. Overall I highly recommend the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the Bissell Crosswave Hydrosteam is an all in one, so no having to switch machines for vacuuming and steaming, hard surfaces or carpet. Everything you need to get started comes in the box. Assembly was easy and straightforward, the provided manual was clear and easy to understand. I used it on multiple surfaces, slate tile, hardwood, linoleum, ceramic tile and an area rug, and it handled them quickly and easily. The cord is long enough to do a large area without having to change plugs but can be wrapped up to be out of the way. We have 2 cats and a dog, I vacuum regularly but was shocked at how much hair the Bissell was able to pull out of my area rug. It had no issues going from a hard surface to a rug, or going from regular cleaning to steamwash mode. It heats up and produces steam in about 15-20 seconds. It doesn't overly saturate an area which means that it dries quickly and I didn't have to worry about damaging the hardwood flooring. It The tanks are easy to fill and empty. The filter and the dirty tank strainer do a great job of separating hair/debris from liquid. No clogging at all. My least favorite part has always been cleaning machines after use but the Crosswave Hydrosteam has a self cleaning feature that makes cleaning it a breeze, run the cycle than empty & rinse the dirty tank and filter, pop out the brush, towel dry the brush compartment then put it on its stand to air dry. I will never truly enjoy cleaning but the Crosswave Hydrosteam has definitely made it easier. The only two downsides are that it's loud and it's somewhat heavy, but because it rolls and glides so easily it wasn't really an issue. It gave me peace of mind that my floors and rug were clean and sanitized, it's easy to use and saves me time and effort by doing it all, everything from a light clean to a deep clean, even sticky kitchen spills and pet hair/odor are easily taken care of. **"I received this for free from Stellar Reviews in exchange for my honest review"
