My goodness. I was blown away by this little guy. It should be on everyone's next christmas, birthday, mothers day, Thanksgiving, president's day etc wish list. Just took a stressed cat, theres so much cat pee pee everywhere home and got the smell out of the porous tiles (thankfully). Cannot reccomend this enough. Only complaint is the small volume the dirty water holds despite the size of the bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was super easy to put together. The tank is easy to fill. I love that the bottom has a spot to lay flat on the counter so there's no spill. It's a simple as plugging it in and it heats itself if you're on the steam setting the buttons easy to use to change between settings, the floor doesn't stay wet for too long as long as you go back over it's a few times without pressing the button, so it soaks it up. Otherwise, the steam setting doesn't make it too wet afterwards. It's really easy to clean and I like that but clean dirty tank are separate. Plus, it's self cleaning, but makes it such a breeze with the brush. I love that it includes a stand to put the vacuum in and another spot to put the roll into dry oats along with the filter. The cord is plenty long which is nice. It's a really nice, modern sleek design. I love the coloring on this vacuum. I found it really Good at getting up messes I have a toddler, dog, cat, so that's quite the big messes in our home. The first time using it, I was actually surprised at how dirty the tank was. However, the brush doesn't even touch the floor when spinning, so it's really just spitting the water on the floor and then sucking it back up. It's not getting my floor clean at all. My brush is practically new looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine but the problem s I'm having is a big cramp in my life first one I got had problems with it would act as it was full and it wasn't so I returned it know having problems with it not putting water on the floor other wise it's not spraying and now it's not charging so what do I do now I have lost my receipt because I'm in the middle of moving no receipt no return because of people who like to stell so now an stuck with one that don't work

It has been a life saver when it comes to cleaning my tile bathroom floors! The steam cleaning function gets my grout much cleaner than the traditional spray mop I was previously using and the sanitizing solution is just a bonus to help my floors look sparkling new. It also works great to clean my laminate floors. It glides easily across the floor and is much less work than mopping with a traditional mop. My favorite part about the product is the self clean function. It is super easy and quick and requires minimal effort. I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

This this is garbage! It somewhat worked for a month or two now it seems to do nothing to actually clean! I'm so disappointed in this so called high tech! Plz don't purchase or if you, buy a long time warranty if you want to be able to use longer than a few months!

The dogs and kids track so much in and this machine scrubbed and sanitized so well. My floors look new again. The Bissell was simple to get ready and to use. I will never use a dirty old mop again.

As a busy mom in a busy household, anything that saves a little time can make a big difference in our day. Not only does this vacuum safe me a ton of time because I can clean sticky messes at the same time I am vacuuming, it also does a great job and dealing with both types of messes. The SteamWash setting works so well and get messes unbelievably clean. One of the best things about this vacuum is how incredibly easy it is to clean! Can't recommend this machine enough.

In my opinion, the Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam Plus Muti-Surface Wet/Dry Vacuum is an absolute must have!! I instantly fell in love with the fact that this vacuum eliminates sweeping and mopping, not to mention the fact that it can also steam clean your floors for those "deep cleaning" days. It's lightweight, easy to use and im able to take this vacuum and clean my floors in half the time now! With the vacuum having multi-surface capabilities im able to go from hardwood floors to tile, laminate and even area rugs. The process is pretty straightforward, just fill the reservoir with water and the included floor cleaner, turn the vacuum on and choose the appropriate cleaning mode, there is hard floor mode, steamwash mode, and area rug mode. No it is not designed as a full blown carpet cleaner, but it is being used as one...and it cleaned a 15 year old dirty carpet really well. If it lasts long enough I may be able to put off a full carpet replacement for another couple years. That is literally how it has impressed me...
