It is great for getting up troublesome messes and keeping your house at an all time high for being clean. My biggest area for using this is the kitchen and dining room, keeps it clean and gets it done quickly! Love how great my floors look afterwards. Thank you to the Stellar panel for letting me get to use this item. This is my go-to cleaning machine and it is so worth it!

The steam function addition was begging me to try your new creation. Our home has only hardwood and tile in need of regular heavy cleaning. Like many, daily life with the family and pets who offer up their best messes, CrossWave has exceeded my clean floor expectations . After my regular detailed cleaning routine, I gave the floors a second pass with the newest HydroSteam CrossWave and was really impressed regarding how effectively it deep cleaned the surfaces beyond the usual by steam scrubbing and addressing the tough areas which need special attention without the unwanted extra water or multiple passes on hardwood to accomplish stain release. . The "stuck on messes." vanished. The self cleaning feature was a game changer as well. Maneuverability, cord length and the solid performance makes this one my "new go to " winner. Just a suggestion for the next generation CrossWave engineering team. Bring it on with a larger unit, greater capacity water and vac tank so there is a less frequent need to empty and refill the unit. Perhaps there will be a larger "monster model" in the near future for those of us who have miles of flooring to clean in less time. Bigger and bolder please ! I want to be first in line.

I love products that are cutting edge to cut down on household chores. I love the design of the product and ability to change out the rollers to suit different type of flooring. It's simple enough for storage. The cord is extra long which is also a benefit to the product. It's did a great job cleaning my floor. The downfall to the product is too many steps to get it set up and then cleaned up. It is essentially like a carpet machine but for other surfaced floors. For someone who cleans their floors on a regular basis, it's just way to many steps. In comparison to other floor cleaning tools, I likely would not use this machine often. I look for functional and easy to use products, this one misses the mark for me.

This vacuum cleaner is definitely the best multipurpose product I have for my floors! It does a phenomenal job steam cleaning tough spots and it cleans my rugs with ease! I'm sold!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the crosswave pet pro for two years which worked great but was soo jealous when the hydro steam came out! I was lucky enough to receive one through the Stellar Review Product Testing Panel and I couldn't be more thrilled. It's just as easy to use and the steam feature cleans like a dream. I spent a week deep cleaning our house after some yard work and our dog walking through it coated everything in dirt. The hydrosteam in steam setting was the deep clean I needed for our floors and area rugs and helped me completely reset. I like the self clean feature but find it easier to just give everything a quick rinse in the sink when I'm done using it. My only request would be that Bissell update the dirty water tank to fit enough water from the "large area" clean tank so I don't have to stop and start more than once. I love not needing to vacuum before I use it, and my neighbors borrowed it and loved it on their textured stone floors. I'm so glad I got this upgrade!

Every time I vacuum or mop, no matter the setting, my floors come out amazing. I have multiple dogs in my house as well as a preschooler, so you can imagine the messes. Plus, I'm a single parent - time is limited! I honestly won't ever purchase anything but Bissell in the future.

This machine is a game changer! We are a busy, outdoorsy house with 2 teenagers, 1 mud-loving Aussie fur monster, and 2 shedding kitties! My husband spends most days outdoors, tromping through the woods, both for work and play. We enter the house through a walkway in the back door that leads to the kitchen. Those floors get MESSY- daily! I was thrilled to be asked to review the new Crosswave Hydrosteam. My daily routine was to sweep through the back hall and the kitchen, then mop the floors every few days. This machine has made it super easy to run through those two areas daily. There are 3 different settings on the machine, steam cleaning, hard floor, and even area rug- I tried all three! The steam setting was great for the back door area. This space often has the most muddy paw and footprints and is where the shoes live. The Crosswave easily got the area clean. I ran the machine over the space a few times with the trigger engaged then released the trigger to dry the area. The vacuum on the Crosswave works well too! While it will not replace my traditional vacuum for carpeted areas, it worked on the pethair tumbleweeds in the kitchen with ease, all while also scrubbing the floors clean. I also tried the area rug setting- it worked for a quick once over. I would not primarily use this machine to give the rugs a deep clean, but for a quick spill, it will do! There are many pieces to the machine, but they come apart to thoroughly clean quickly and easily. A quick run through the self cleaning cycle and wipe down gets the machine ready for its next use. It comes with a stand that has a place for the machine itself, plus the filter and brush roller to dry out for the next use. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this product- I should have gotten a Crosswave ages ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried so many wet/dry vacuums and I was so glad to find the CrossWave HydroSteam! It was so easy to assemble that I went from unpacking to cleaning in no time at all. I also loved how light-weight is so I can carry it upstairs and downstairs without much effort. I tried it out for fun as soon as I got it and thought my floors were already pretty clean. They apparently weren't based on how much grime and dog hair the CrossWave picked up! Ewww! I put in the sanitizing wash for good measure and gave the hardwood floors another once over! I don't think I'll ever feel they're clean enough until they're CrossWave clean now. There was hardly any gross water after the sanitizing wash, which gives me confidence in the ability to get it clean the first time. And I threw out my old wet-dry right away because it obviously wasn't doing the job. With three kids and 2 dogs I was able to put the rug cleaner to the test pretty quickly with a dog pee spot and was so glad I could just grab the vacuum, put in the liquid setting for a small job and clean up the mess. So easy and quick for this super busy mom. I also love how easy it is to disassemble and store. The drying rack is a great feature and tucks away nicely in my laundry room. All the parts washed out quick and I felt like I wasn't at risk for having dog hair clogging up the vacuum. I've also had a problem in the past with carpet cleaning machines putting out too much water and making the rug curl so I was nervous to try it on the area rugs, but this didn't happen. It was perfect. The steam setting was great for my bathrooms! I tried that out soon after and could visibly see the steam, but it didn't feel like it was saturating everything. I love that I can just run the vacuum back over the space without the solution release to dry the floors. With small kids having a mostly dried floor is essential. Nobody actually stays off them! We have three people and three pets in the house, including one very active large dog, so there is constantly dirt/mud/debris from outside being tracked through the house. I thought we kept things pretty clean on the hardwood and tile floors between regular sweeping and mopping, but wow did this machine prove me wrong! I was amazed by the dirt the steam function pulled out after having just cleaned them with a broom and mop the day before. Plus, the amount of time saved being able to vacuum and steam at the same time was incredible! It does a better job of cleaning tile and hardwood floors in half the time it used to take me. I definitely recommend this all-in-one vacuum to anyone who has an outdoorsy/active household, and especially if you're trying to save time in your regular cleaning routine!

I'm amazed and embarrassed at how much it catches from surfaces that were "clean." I do miss the ability to apply pressure for those sticky and gunky spots but the steam feature allows it to be easily wiped up which is still a huge help.
