[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam to try and review courtesy of BzzAgent. I have been wanting to purchase the Bissell Crosswave for quite a long time after seeing many rave reviews so I was so excited to be receiving this product. First, I love all the updates they have made in the CrossWave including the HydroSteam feature as well as the self-cleaning function (which was one of the only complaints I saw people making was concerning the cleanup) The unit was so simple to put together, just attaching the handle and very clear instructions for use and functions. I was thrilled from the first use, it left my floors and rugs smelling so fresh and you could feel the clean as well. As someone who regularly deep cleans my carpets I know what clean feels like and the CrossWave provided the same feeling of clean. My floors were spotless and no streaks or residue. The self-clean function was awesome and so easy with the included tray to set the unit in and place the roller in to dry. The Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam lived up to all of my expectations and more and I have already told all of my friends and family they have to have this! As a pet owner (1 Corgi and 1 cat) and parent this is a MUST have for any busy family. It cuts downs on the cleaning time by doing the vacuum and mop all in one. Very happy customer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this several times over the past 2 weeks I absolutely love it. The only part I would change is make it cordless. It work's incredible I got something off my floor I thought was a stain. I held it on there for about 10 seconds and it came right up. I absolutely love this product and definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 Australian Shepherd's and run the vac almost daily. I had a problem with mine after 1 1/2 years of being used hard the cleaning solution sprayer had an issue that shut down the entire thing. After checking out the troubleshooting and web I contacted customer support and they went through the whole process and found that the machine had failed and they are going to replace it with a new machine!! Great Company and I also own their "Big Green Machine " for deep cleaning my carpets! If I were to change anything about the wet/dry vacs is to not "Oversell " the Self Cleaning theory. Regardless of your cleaner you "HAVE TO" disassemble and WASH them (including filter) to avoid the sour smell from the roller, tank and filter! I accept this as a given and would still recommend it to everyone!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bissell Crosswave HydroSteam Vac free in exchange for a review and my personal opinion of the product. I used the hard wood solution on my living room and kitchen area. Both areas were visibly much cleaner and the solution has a nice smell. I had to go back over one small are that streaked but I think that was probably more my fault than the machines since it was my first time using it and I'm still learning all the ins and outs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as Part of the stellar testing panel. The crosswave hydrosteam Is one of the best products I've used for hard floors. It was easy to set up and came with multiple bottles of cleaning solution. The hydrosteam vacuumed, mopped, and removed stains all in one motion. The amount of dirt it removed from the floors that had recently been cleaned was unbelievable. The only downside was cumbersome cleaning if the filters and mop pad after. Due to this I would not use the hydrosteam for daily use rather once a week deep clean. Overall I highly recommend the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the original cross wave and my only complaint was that you had to add hot water to the clean tank to get the hot water clean feeling, but if you didn't use it all then you got cold the next time. The only reason for another cross wave purchase was the steam feature of this one. I was hoping that the fact that this one had steam would make me love it even more than my other....who doesn't love steam to clean?!? Unfortunately that is not that case and I'm actually sad that I purchased another one when it really wasn't needed and the steam part about it was such a let down. The hydro steam cross wave did seem to have a little more suction of the excess water on the backward sweep but that could of been because it was new. It did sadly use an entire tank to clean just my kitchen area, the main reason being that holding the water button down continuously is the only way to get the steam feature. The dirty tank did not hold the entire tank of the clean water and I had to dump the dirty water tank three times on that one clean water tank, every time I tipped it back to clean it set off the float device and would stop suctioning it was really frustrating. This was a 2 on the star rating category for me! It also didn't feel like the steam feature really cleaned any better than my original cross wave by adding hot water to the tank. I also really disliked the bulky front of the hydro steam cross wave, it made it very difficult to clean to the edge of your floor and under cabinets, my original had a skinny front and did a much better job getting to the edge. This was a 3 on the star rating for me. I do like the darker color scheme as it makes it look high end and in the long run will appear less dirty but doesn't change anything on how the product runs or performs. I still love that the cross wave does do your vacuuming and mopping in one, the hydro steam or any cross wave product would still be a great purchase if you have hard floor surfaces though out your home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beyond happy upon receiving this awesome machine. My spouses idea of cleaning an all tile house is use the Bono mop & 2 heads for 2500 sq feet!!!! Now lady's WE KNOW nothing is being cleaned after the first 10-12 wipes. He jumped on this cleaner as soon as it arrived & actually cleaned the entire house & moved the throw rugs in both bathrooms...... my prayers have been answered & he gets that job from now on. We have 3 dogs thst drool , drop treats , & occasionally ( English bulldog ) 4gets the location /reason for the doggy door. I've already ordered more cleaning solution as the bottles in the bundle pack are small & they are being delivered TODAY.... Ordered yesterday /day before (?). You do have to discard the dirty water often as the holding tank is small but worth it Pleased fur sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembling the Hydrosteam was so quick and easy, it took only a few minutes before it was ready to use! I used the original crosswave in the past, but this is such an incredible upgrade. I love that I can use it wet or dry, the vacuum suction is extremely powerful! The self cleaning is really helpful as well. It hugs the wall pretty closely. The added steam feature is perfect for my tile floors. I have uneven slate tile with a lot of grooves and the Hydrosteam outperforms other vacuum mops I've used. The cons, it is pretty heavy and loud. Also I wish the brush had harder bristles to really scrub the floor more and it does use a lot of bissell solution. I received the HydroSteam as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TLDR: cleans everything right to the very edge of the baseboards, cord is long enough for my open floor plan, and the self cleaning is thorough. Assembly: super easy. Filling h20/solution: super easy Using: 3 modes. Hardfloors, Area Rugs, Steam (can be used on both surfaces) It was so amazing to clean my whole first floor with 1 device. Normally I would sweep, vacuum the area rugs and if I had any steam left (haha) I'd steam mop the floors. Truth be told that just wasn't happening very often. We have a kid and a dog so there's just not time for all those steps. Bissell knows, the struggle is real. With my Crosswave Hydrosteam I can go right from cleaning my hardwoods, up onto an area rug to vacuum, steam up a stain, back on to the hardwoods to steam up some gunk... changing modes with the click of a bottom. It's awesome! Self-clean/Storage: Thank goodness they know I'm not going to actually clean that disgusting brush in my sink or washing machine. The self cleaning mode is so fun to watch. Love it and highly recommend it! Final thought: where was this miracle machine when I had a toddler?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used pet cleaner. Tile & grout super clean. Hard to clean stains that wouldn't come off with mop came clean with Bissel. I had to leave soaking for 5 to 10 minutes & came back & vacuumed up easily. I would definitely recommend to family & friends. Already told my sister & daughter-in-law. Lol
