[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this several times over the past 2 weeks I absolutely love it. The only part I would change is make it cordless. It work's incredible I got something off my floor I thought was a stain. I held it on there for about 10 seconds and it came right up. I absolutely love this product and definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bissell Crosswave HydroSteam Vac free in exchange for a review and my personal opinion of the product. I used the hard wood solution on my living room and kitchen area. Both areas were visibly much cleaner and the solution has a nice smell. I had to go back over one small are that streaked but I think that was probably more my fault than the machines since it was my first time using it and I'm still learning all the ins and outs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have uneven tiled floors, and a very shedy dog. :) I used to have to sweep the floor daily, and mop, because of our allergies!! Not anymore!! This machine was so easy to set up, and worked wonderful on my tiled floor and my stairs!! It is very lightweight, and brushes are easy to clean. I think the water tank is a little small, but that's ok for me. I haven't tried it on carpet yet... but so far.. it has cleaned my tile floors with no problems!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This does a great job picking up all kinds of dirt from my floors. It's powerful and works well on my hardwood and tile floors. I have cats and a toddler, so I have plenty of messes! Because of the pets and baby, I try to avoid harsh chemicals as much as possible and the steam sanitizing feature is amazing! The CrossWave HydroSteam makes cleaning my floors so much quicker than what I was doing before. And I love that it self-cleans so it's ready for next time. My home is cleaner and I'm spending less time cleaning it! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet and dry vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this new CrossWave for both vacuuming and steam mopping and am very happy with the results. The suction power is very strong and the steam helps loosen any gunk on the floors for easy removal. My only issue with this item is the cord. I have a very large open-concept home and having to deal with the cord isn't my favorite feature as cordless has become so standard in recent years. However, the power that comes along with the cord in this case is substantial and I'm thrilled with the results. I would purchase again and would recommend to a friend.

This this is garbage! It somewhat worked for a month or two now it seems to do nothing to actually clean! I'm so disappointed in this so called high tech! Plz don't purchase or if you, buy a long time warranty if you want to be able to use longer than a few months!

The dogs and kids track so much in and this machine scrubbed and sanitized so well. My floors look new again. The Bissell was simple to get ready and to use. I will never use a dirty old mop again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works really good cleaning hardwood floors and area rugs. The suction is amazing, after cleaning area rugs they are dry to the point of being able to walk in socks on them and your feet don't get wet. I would recommend taking out the roller before you vacuum up the wetness because the roller has a tendency to keep the the rug wet. As for the hardwood floors, they dry in a matter of minutes. I didn't feel that it works really good on linoleum. I felt that it left streaks. The instruction booklet that came with It didn't really give a lot of detail or directions for use, which I would've liked a little more. I wouldn't say that it would be good for spot cleaning only because it is kind of bigger and a little heavy to pull out every time you need to clean a spot but for your weekly or biweekly deep floor cleaning it's amazing. If there was a handheld option or a hose, that would make spot cleaning a lot easier on furniture as well as floors for pet owners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this innovative wet/dry vac. We recently pulled up most of our carpet, and are left with lots of flooring and area rugs. Doing the floors seems like they take forever, by the time I sweep, them vacuum and then mop, I've spent hours! This vacuum is amazing because I do the sweeping and the mopping at the same time. Not only that, I can vacuum my area rug, or steam it, which is what I choose to do. Getting the vacuum put together didn't take long at all, and learning the different settings just took looking at the pictures. Then it was to work, and man it took a lot less time than it ever has because it took one tool, one time through the floor!

Lifted some heavy stains out of the carpet in steam wash mode. I love that it's lightweight & was easy to push around, my back wasn't hurting afterwards. Very easy to setup. Overall, great product.
