[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First the unboxing: Upon first glance I could tell this is a very sturdy and well made product. Included are three 8 oz mini bottles. 1.Multi-surface cleaner 1.Hard floor sanitizer 1.Cleaning cycle formula to rinse the brush. An extra dust filter is also included. Vacuum performance: I am very satisfied on how well this vacuum picks up direct, large debris, cleans stains on hard floors. It is very easy to maneuver and has a generous amount of power cord. Switching between hard floors, carpet/rugs or cleaning formula is a breeze, just press the button located on the handle. Compared to my much pricier battery powered stick vacuum, I can honestly say this vacuum does just as well if not better! Pros: 1)Vacuum easily switches between hard floors, rugs, carpet, wet or dry mode at the press of a button. 2)Vacuum features are very user friendly and easy to learn. 3)Trash bin is very easy to remove and dump in trash can. It also includes a strainer to separate larger debris. This is very useful when using the cleaning formula. 4) Vacuum works great on wet mode to mop hardwood floors and freshen up carpets/rugs. Note: this is not a deep cleaner like those commercial carpet steamers but more of a carpet/rug refresher. 5) Bright LED light. Cons: 1)Vacuum has a hefty weight to it, so if you have a large area or home to clean it can be a good workout. 2)Vacuum is loud, which I guess would be expected for a machine this size. 3) Washing the parts after every use can become a chore. Especially when having to clean the bin, filter, brush, formula dispenser. 4) While It's uncertain how long the brush is expected to last due to the soft material you can prepare to purchase additional brushes. 5) If you plan to use the wet mode to clean floors and freshen up rugs/carpet's be prepared to invest in more bottles of solution. Final thoughts: Personally I feel it's a wonderful all in one product! If only it had vacuum hose to clean hard to reach places it would perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried so many wet/dry vacuums and I was so glad to find the CrossWave HydroSteam! It was so easy to assemble that I went from unpacking to cleaning in no time at all. I also loved how light-weight is so I can carry it upstairs and downstairs without much effort. I tried it out for fun as soon as I got it and thought my floors were already pretty clean. They apparently weren't based on how much grime and dog hair the CrossWave picked up! Ewww! I put in the sanitizing wash for good measure and gave the hardwood floors another once over! I don't think I'll ever feel they're clean enough until they're CrossWave clean now. There was hardly any gross water after the sanitizing wash, which gives me confidence in the ability to get it clean the first time. And I threw out my old wet-dry right away because it obviously wasn't doing the job. With three kids and 2 dogs I was able to put the rug cleaner to the test pretty quickly with a dog pee spot and was so glad I could just grab the vacuum, put in the liquid setting for a small job and clean up the mess. So easy and quick for this super busy mom. I also love how easy it is to disassemble and store. The drying rack is a great feature and tucks away nicely in my laundry room. All the parts washed out quick and I felt like I wasn't at risk for having dog hair clogging up the vacuum. I've also had a problem in the past with carpet cleaning machines putting out too much water and making the rug curl so I was nervous to try it on the area rugs, but this didn't happen. It was perfect. The steam setting was great for my bathrooms! I tried that out soon after and could visibly see the steam, but it didn't feel like it was saturating everything. I love that I can just run the vacuum back over the space without the solution release to dry the floors. With small kids having a mostly dried floor is essential. Nobody actually stays off them! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Crosswave Hydrosteam All-in-One Multi-Surface Cleaner in mid October 2023. We have laminate flooring and 2 cats so I was eager to have something that would clean our floors and sanitize them. I have used this machine approximately once a month since I bought it and vacuumed with my trusty old Hoover in between times. When I pulled the Bissell out the other day, I had barely started cleaning my kitchen floor when there was a huge puddle of water on the floor! No water left in the cleaning solution tank. The cap on the solution bottle was no longer sealing. I tried to suction up the water with the Bissell but it could not get all up; I wound up using towels to mop it up. My husband and I cut this defective P.O.S. with one of his saws and put it in the trash. I then vacuumed with my trusty old Hoover and then mopped the house with my generic Swifter-type mop. Bottom line - this thing did not even last 6 months.

The kitchen floors are not sealed correctly so they hold onto a lot of dirty and grime. This vacuum gets up all the dirt. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Bissell Crosswave a few times and can say that I am overall really satisfied with the product. I received the Bissell CrossWave® HydroSteam™ Plus Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac as a free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program in exchange for an honest review. I can honestly say that it does a really fantastic job cleaning my hardwood, tile, and carpet. It also worked on a rug of mine that had gotten dirt spots on it from my Goldendoodle. I will share a picture of what was cleaned up from the floor with the Bissell after I had done a regular cleaning with a standard mop the day before. I was really surprised that there was still as much dirt left on my tile floor. The only thing I was not a fan of was cleaning the machine after using it. They made it as easy as pushing a button to actually clean the machine but, you have to take the brush and filter out to dry which is not hard to do but takes extra time. Having to buy the cleaning solution seems like an added expense as well. Overall I think this is a great product but will be something I use about once a week to deep clean my floors.

The CrossWave® HydroSteam™ Plus Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac was easy to put together and came with a variety of cleaners. Our Great Dane drools water and food around his food tray, making our tile floor very dirty, leaving a film, which becomes very difficult to clean. The wet vac made cleaning the tile floor, especially the dog's area, easier to clean and like new! We have multi-surface and carpet flooring, so the cleaners included will last us a good while. Overall, I am very happy with the results and would recommend to others.

It really scrubs and I love how clean my floors are after using it. Also, the fact that I do not have to vacuum before mopping is wonderful. The all in one is truly a fantastic feature! The only thing I do not love about it are the parts I need to dump/clean when I am done. The self cleaning feature for the scrub brush is great though and works well. Overall, I definitely like it and would recommend it to others especially if you like super clean floors. In our house, we have tiles, wood, and carpet and this vacuum steam it left my floors clean and spotless, without any scrubbing. It is a very easy-to-use vacuum, just read the instructions before you start. This vacuum has two-tank technology and keeps clean water and formula separate from dirty water, pet hair, and dirt. Also, it has a self-cleaning cycle, the machine cleans itself to maintain performance and it has LED headlights that illuminate hard-to-see pet hair, dust, and debris while cleaning. I can say that this is the best vacuum in the market, we have dogs and cats in our house and this vacuum makes our life easier.
