[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bissel Crosswave Hydrosteam wet and dry vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I'm a mom of 2 toddlers and 5 cats, living in an all-tile house. Cleaning the floors is a time consuming constant task between sweeping or dry vacuuming first and then wet mopping. Stuck on messes are always around with the little kids. I was absolutely thrilled to receive this product, which incorporates both dry and wet vacuuming all in one piece of technology- saving me time in being able to tackle every kind of mess in one fell swoop. I truly love the Crosswave Hydrosteam as it is quite efficient. I love that it has LED lights to help see the debris and pet hair as you go. I think the only downside is that it is loud just like a regular vacuum, however, it is so convenient to be able to dry vacuum and just push a button as you're going to create steam and tackle a spill of any kind. I found that the reservoir for the cleaning solution is large enough to get through all the main living areas without having to refill, even if you use the steam function the majority of the time. Using the steam function on spills is so easy - just push the steam button as you go over with the brush and it lifts everything in a few swipes. It also does not leave the floor too wet, it dries off pretty quickly, and no streaks left behind. I love how easy it is to clean the dirty water tank - easy to pop it out, rinse it out, and put it back together in no time. The self clean function has to be my favorite part. After steam mopping a lot of stuck on messes, it's fantastic to be able to set it on its base and have it clean the brush immediately so it's ready for the next use right away without having to change it or take it out. The self-clean cycle just needs clean water and it's very quick. The vacuum head is very flexible to help going around corners and maneuvering easily. I'm grateful to have received this vacuum. It is a fantastic multifunctional product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this wet dry vac on our area rugs. They are all in high traffic areas and this machine worked great on the stains and dirt ground into them. It was light weight and easy to use once you figured it out,(the instructions could definitely be more detailed). I love that it's so light weight, I don't like big, bulky, and heavy vacuum cleaners and this was a perfect size and weight for me. The self cleaning feature is nice too, it's very easy to do and makes cleaning up and putting it away easy. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a multi surface wet dry vac.

Between endless tossed snacks, milk, and shedding dog hair, I spend every day having to vacuum and then mop up all the mess. I was very excited to receive this all-in-one vacuum from Stellar Product Testing Panel to test! Ever since I started using it, my cleaning routine time has been cut in half, and only one device needed. The vacuum covers every surface that we have in the house - our low-pile rug, bedroom area rug, hardwood floors in the kitchen and dining room, and even bathroom tiles. Every evening after (yet another) messy meal, I bring out the CrossWave Hydrosteam to clean up the sticky food mess below the dining table, vacuum the rug, and call it a day. It now takes me 5 minutes instead of 20 minutes to clean the floor! Filling up the water tank was straightforward with markings on the tank itself, and I loved that the box came with several different samples of cleaning solution. The vacuum is easy to use, and straightforward to switch between the 3 modes of area rug, steam wash, and hard floor. The SteamWash worked great on our area rug, especially after our dog had an accident on it! It took several rounds of SteamWash and a bit of manual scrubbing to get it out, but I credit the CrossWave for being able to steam wash it and getting the smell out! The only downsides to the vacuum are that it is very heavy and difficult to lug between floors, and impossible to use on stairs. It would be nice to have a handheld attachment to get underneath sofas or to reach corners and smaller spaces - even if it wouldn't have the SteamWash function. Cleaning the tank is a bit of a hassle but the self-clean mode helps make it easier. My favorite feature is undoubtedly the steam wash wet-and-dry mode and ease of switching between both, and I can see this vacuum being a regular feature for some time to come!

It is a great machine that can get the job done for allllllll the occasions! I'm serious, I used it to clean a maple syrup spill, my area rug, my bathroom tile floors, my slate flooring, and even my 8 year old's vomit, and it did a tremendous job each time. I especially loved the steam mode (you can see the steam, it's hot and it works) That self-cleaning mode is a lifesaver as well. I'm a huge fan of this machine and would highly recommend it for someone that's looking for an all-in-one mopping/vacuuming machine.

I was so excited to switch from using both a floor vacuum and shark steam mop for my floors. I have given this 5 months of trial and error, assuming it was "operator error". Nope. Purchased directly from Bissell. First and foremost, I have spent hours and hours watching tutorials because no matter what I do, the floors are streaky. I even use a NEW brush each time I am on brush 20. I am not using too much water, I am not using too much solution, yada yada yada. Literally, hours of videos watched, trying different things. I clean this thing thoroughly between uses, there is no residue causing this issue. Secondly, this machine stinks. Absolutely smells mildewy and gross all the time. I follow every step to clean this thing after use and it still smells. I use the designated cleaning solution. Literally have to replace the brushes and filters each time, because they smell horrible. Overall, there are many similar reviews like this that get buried. Maybe I have a crappy machine. Maybe this was a return they sent to me directly from Bissell. Who knows. Don't waste your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is not a single thing I do not love about this all-in-one vacuum, it is the peak of efficiency and convenience. Bissell has truly hit it out of the park. I have been a long-time Bissell customer, specifically of the Crosswave models. I purchased our first Crosswave in 2019 and thus began our appreciation of the series. Since then, I have also acquired the Pet Pro (our home has 5 kiddos, 3 dogs, and 3 cats so we need all the help we can get). I have loved both that I have, but this one-the Crosswave HydroSteam- is absolutely my favorite. It cleans my floors flawlessly with minimal effort and elbow grease from me. The various mode types all have certain situations to use them in, and they are so easy to switch between! If there is a sticky mess, which happens more than I'd like to admit (again, 5 kids), the hydrosteam mode takes it off in no time at all. Since this version has the steam, it seems better equipped to pull in the water residue on the floor after "mopping". I have vinyl, tile, and hardwood in my floor-none of which I want to leave water sitting on, and the vacuum pulls up 98% of that water residue. All of the vacuum modes are extremely powerful, I'm not sure if it is because it is corded, but it is great. I have yet to encounter a mess it doesn't clean up within moments. Once I am done cleaning with it, I need to clean the vacuum itself (you don't want to leave it dirty- after all it is a cleaning device, it needs to be clean in order to clean my floors properly). Cleaning the vacuum is so easy, it takes less than a minute. The vacuum, on top of cleaning my floors, also cleans itself. Once clean, it sits in a corner (taking up minimal space) and is available on a moments notice. My only complaint - a small one - is that I wish the cord had an extra 10-15 feet on it. The CrossWave® HydroSteam™ Plus Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac was easy to put together and came with a variety of cleaners. Our Great Dane drools water and food around his food tray, making our tile floor very dirty, leaving a film, which becomes very difficult to clean. The wet vac made cleaning the tile floor, especially the dog's area, easier to clean and like new! We have multi-surface and carpet flooring, so the cleaners included will last us a good while. Overall, I am very happy with the results and would recommend to others.

I have been wanting to purchase the Bissell Crosswave for quite a long time after seeing many rave reviews so I was so excited to be receiving this product. First, I love all the updates they have made in the CrossWave including the HydroSteam feature as well as the self-cleaning function (which was one of the only complaints I saw people making was concerning the cleanup) The unit was so simple to put together, just attaching the handle and very clear instructions for use and functions. I was thrilled from the first use, it left my floors and rugs smelling so fresh and you could feel the clean as well. As someone who regularly deep cleans my carpets I know what clean feels like and the CrossWave provided the same feeling of clean. My floors were spotless and no streaks or residue. The self-clean function was awesome and so easy with the included tray to set the unit in and place the roller in to dry. The Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam lived up to all of my expectations and more and I have already told all of my friends and family they have to have this! As a pet owner (1 Corgi and 1 cat) and parent this is a MUST have for any busy family. It cuts downs on the cleaning time by doing the vacuum and mop all in one. Very happy customer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Crosswave Hydrosteam is a terrific machine. I found it easy to use, easy to clean and it handled both hardwood flooring and rugs very well. We had hard wood floors that had only been cleaned by a mop for a couple of years and the amount of built up grime that came off with the steam mode was impressive. It suctions up the excess water efficiently and leaves your floor looking clean and shiny. You basically fill the tank turn it on and off you go. It cleans up quickly when you are done also. It would be nice if they had an attachment so you could easily do stairs and the power cord could be longer but those are my only complaints. If you have hard wood or stone floors this is a very handy machine to have around. It had a very short learning curve and the directions for use were clear and concise. It is also much quieter than I anticipated. The Crosswave will take a lot of the elbow grease out of cleaning your floors. I received this as part of the Stellar Testing panel and it has been a great addition to keeping the house clean and sanitized.
