I love products that are cutting edge to cut down on household chores. I love the design of the product and ability to change out the rollers to suit different type of flooring. It's simple enough for storage. The cord is extra long which is also a benefit to the product. It's did a great job cleaning my floor. The downfall to the product is too many steps to get it set up and then cleaned up. It is essentially like a carpet machine but for other surfaced floors. For someone who cleans their floors on a regular basis, it's just way to many steps. In comparison to other floor cleaning tools, I likely would not use this machine often. I look for functional and easy to use products, this one misses the mark for me.

I have alot of pets and with this i can rest easy knowing my floors are clean enough for my grandbaby to crawl on. Bissell Crosswave is the best all in one cleaner..i highly recommend

I had to leave soaking for 5 to 10 minutes & came back & vacuumed up easily. I would definitely recommend to family & friends. Already told my sister & daughter-in-law. Lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is awesome!! I have all tile floors and some rugs all through out my house, and keeping them clean and looking nice is a HASSLE! With four kids aged 10-4, 2 dogs, and 2 cats, there always seems to be an unknown sticky substance, muddy paw prints, mud from cleats, or just a random mess on the floor at any given time! Before it would take several sprays with cleaner, and then several swipes with a mop to get up the sticky situation, NOW with the crosswave, one (two if it's SUPER stubborn) pass over the spot cleans it, leaving the area sparkling and clean! The steam setting is amazing for helping to sanitize the floors and get that shine! The hard floor clean setting is PERFECT for every day use, and the area rug setting is amazing when needing to clean those nasty rugs!!! The self clean feature is easy to use, making cleanup and storage a breeze! The only downside is it's slightly heavy, but overall no more heavy than a vacuum, considering all it does! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a solid option if you're looking for a general purpose hard floor option with some extra oomph (in the form of a steam clean option) for those particularly stubborn or troublesome messes. For us, this vacuum was just what we needed to help us tackle messes from our older dog. She unfortunately has bladder issues and will leave large leaky messes on the floor if we aren't careful due to her age. For that, we used the steam clean and not only did we immediately not notice the smell anymore, our floor was left sparkling clean. I also like that the vacuum wasn't too heavy. We tended to go with another option for our soft surfaces (which is mainly just the stairs) because it worked better for our needs - but since our house is mainly tile/wood, this was perfect. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fresh out of the box, the steam did not work, went through the steps provided on the website for trouble shooting. Decided to test the other functions before calling in for support. The vacuum is very weak and it takes multiple dry passes to try and get the water up. Even then I still had to go back with a mop. It just left puddles of dirty water. Terrible experience right out the box. I'm not even going to bother with tech support as to why the steam isn't working. It's already back in its box and being returned ASAP.

I eagerly awaited its arrival because I had heard great things about Bissell products. When I finally tried this vacuum, it did not disappoint. My house is all hardwood floors with area rugs adorning some rooms. This product was an effective multi-surface cleaner that could be used in every setting. The steam-powered vacuum cleaned grime and spots that would be not necessarily be addressed in a regular cleaning. The vacuum itself was easy to use and I loved how you could change settings (steam, hardwood, and rug) so quickly. One of the most unique parts of the vacuum was it ability to clean and then suction up the water. It is so inventive how it is able to clean in a variety of ways, leaving little mess behind. I realized after using this vacuum how much I missed cleaning with my old methods. The floors looked amazing and it was definitely the type of cleaning needed in a house that gets a lot of tracking of dirt. With two kids and two cats, this vacuum makes it possible to give the floors a deep clean in a short time. With one child that has asthma, this vacuum will help get rid of cat dander and other allergens that can cause irritability. I am so thankful that I got to try this Bissell vacuum free product. Although the first cleaning took a little extra time to understand the mechanics of the product and proper cleaning/storing after usage, the directions made this learning process easy. I would definitely recommend this vacuum to others and I look forward to trying other Bissell products after this positive experience. The innovation behind this vacuum allows for a professional clean every time. This will definitely make cleaning floors in my house easier and more effective.
