Understand that I had thought I did a pretty great job with cleaning the floors prior to receiving the cross wave hydrosteam. However, after using it I know see that there was so much dirt that the mop did get apparently. I highly recommend this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Crosswave HydroSteam is amazing! I used it first for just basic cleaning to get use to it. I easily put it together, put in the solution, plugged it in and was on my way. It took me some time to get use to the trigger and when to use it, but once I did it made cleaning my floors a breeze. The next day my husband wanted to try it on the grout. We used the steam button and held it there and amazingly old grout stains came out clean. We used it three days in a row and our kitchen and living room floors look fantastic. Love how easy it is to use and light enough to bring up and down the stairs. We made sure to clean aft4er each use to Will be something I will use for years to come.

All while shining my hardwood floors at the same time! Also, the crosswave is easy and fun to use! The one and only con that I have come across is, it doesn't get all of the way to the edge of the floor.

I had a problem with mine after 1 1/2 years of being used hard the cleaning solution sprayer had an issue that shut down the entire thing. After checking out the troubleshooting and web I contacted customer support and they went through the whole process and found that the machine had failed and they are going to replace it with a new machine!! Great Company and I also own their "Big Green Machine " for deep cleaning my carpets! If I were to change anything about the wet/dry vacs is to not "Oversell " the Self Cleaning theory. Regardless of your cleaner you "HAVE TO" disassemble and WASH them (including filter) to avoid the sour smell from the roller, tank and filter! I accept this as a given and would still recommend it to everyone!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bissell kindly gave me this vaccuum for free so that I could review it. I was excited to use this vacuum the second I opened the box. The first thing I noticed was that the handle moves in all directions. It is extremely lightweight and has a light on the front. It removed a stain that every other product couldn't. Our house is mostly tile with a few area rugs and being able to go from one to the other made It super easy to use and the clean up was a breeze. Even my teenagers were excited to use it.

I had bought this machine because I wanted my house to be the cleanest it could be for my toddler while living on a farm with multiple pets in the house. I was also hoping it would clean out dirty grout on the tile floor and keep it clean. It does an okay job with cleaning the laminate floor, but leaves a white film on the ground. I often will follow up with a swifter to make the floors look less dull. It got the surface of the tile clean, but did nothing for the grout. It's a bit of work to clean the machine after, so it is impractical for me to use it as part of my weekly cleaning routine. I was hoping this would be my time saver and help me keep my house clean, but ends up being more work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most of my floors are hardwood and require a lot of sweeping and mopping. As you can imagine it can take a lot of time. When I first got the vacuum, there was some learning curve since it's a little different from your regular vacuum. The first big difference is that it's both vacuum and mop. When you start using the mop/steam option you have to start from the back of the room and move to the front since the floor with be slightly wet. It is time saving machine for sure. It does not use a lot of water, so your floor will dry pretty quickly. There is three different options. Regular hard floor, steaming (hot temperature) and rugs. You can use it as a plain vacuum and it picks up dirt very well. Since the roll is soft it does not spit out garbage from the back like a regular vacuum would do on hard floor. It works awesome for spills and sticky messes. It literally just stuck everything in and uses fresh water with cleaning solution to wash your floor after without having to stop and refil or change something. It's all in one. If it's something that had been stuck on for a while, it does take a few rolls over to get it off the floor, but eventually it cleans pretty well. I've been using my vacuum every single day and I would say it has been life changing. Before, I dreaded to wash my floors. Now, I do it every single day and I am very pleased with the result. My favorite feature is the steaming mode. It uses hot steam to sanitize the floor. I have a toddler who crawls all over the house, so it's a must at my house. I have a few rugs and use the vacuum to freshen them up a bit. It will take the top layer of dirt off and wash it to remove any spots. Old spots need to be pre treated first. The clean out mode is awesome. Instead of washing out the roll, just put the vacuum on the base (won't work without the base) and press the clean out button. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product on my tile and wood floors and it cleans both very nicely, picking up small food pieces and dirt very well. Even my 12 year old likes to use it! I felt like my bare floors were clean and sanitized and safe for my kids to play on afterwards. I am very happy with this vacuum/mop and have been telling all of my family and friends about it. Being cordless would have made it a little more convenient to use but it does have a nice long cord. Although the clean up of the unit after each use takes a little longer than I'd like I still enjoy using it and don't dread mopping like I use to.
