[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the cordless x7 pet pro and it stopped working so this was its replacement. Even though the x7 quit on me I still prefer it and wish BISSELL hadn't discontinued it. Pros: - I think the self cleaning mode on this one is better than the x7. - It doesn't leave near as much water behind. - I REALLY like the steam wash mode. - it gets closer to walls than the x7. Cons: - it's heavier. I'm 9mo pregnant and it's really hard on my back. I can't imagine it being easy for elderly/impaired people to push around. - I miss the turbo mode that my x7 had. - it doesn't stop spinning and tell you when the tank is full like the x7, it just spits dirty water back out. This is the biggest con. - The hair trap isn't secured in the tank so if you're dumping it in the toilet, take it out or it goes in the toilet too. Neutral: -it's corded. I don't mind it. The freedom of being cordless is nice, but so is not relying on a battery. Overall: I still like it. It beats a mop and broom and I'm thankful that BISSELL gave me a replacement because not many companies would, the process was hassle free and fast. I would recommend it to a friend, but if the x7 pet pro was still available I would recommend it first.

Bought this one for the steam, which I thought would be perfect for some sticky messes that my older Crosswave hasn't been able to get up. I had to buy 2 of these because the first one didn't even steam. Second one didn't steam either and I ended up returning that one as well. Highly disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just opened this for the first time tonight! My fiancé got it as an early birthday gift for me. We bought a house on the 31st of May and we've been doing nonstop renovations.. sheet rock, saw dust, dirt, and now my dogs in and out as we finish up the last bit while we're living here and all I can say is WOW. This floor is repulsive and the picture is after one pass with it on steam and wash. The visible difference is unbelievable! I had the original CrossWave for the last year and it did pretty good- it was definitely getting tired and I had to wash my floor after using it, but this one right now... unmatched! If you're thinking about buying it.. do it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CrossWave HydroSteam Plus Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac is great. The initial setup of the vac is easy and quick. I quickly put it to great use in the kitchen area which is a high traffic area for people and pets. It was able to loosen a sticker that had been stuck to our floor for a year. It was also able to fight through all the built up dirt and grime from every day use. The only downfall is the tear down and clean up which is a little tedious. The self cleaning function is quick but rather loud . I would highly recommend to anyone on the fence because it leaves our floors looking and feeling brand new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is the best of its kind, when you consider size, versatility, power suction and price. It does, for the most part, spare you the hassle of vacuuming before moping, even when you have pets (we have 2 dogs, and one is a HEAVY shedder). It does remove 98% of small debris and hair (avoid large debris) and mops hard floors very well except for caked-in blotches. In fairness, that can be expected from ANY mop. I work around that by wearing chenille "cleaning shoes" when mopping so I can scrub botches with my feet. It works wonderfully and you can get them on TEMU for less than $2 a pair. The auto-clean function is a Godsend (thank you Bissell!) and makes it VERY easy to clean compared to my older Crosswave. There are, however a couple of annoying design flaws: 1) Steaming function is inconsistent. It takes a while for it to really kick in, and there is no way to tell when it will. It just eventually does. Who has the time to just wait around? If this is really important for you, don't buy this machine 2) This is the most annoying flaw: It doesn't REALLY work for carpets or even area rugs as advertised. When you first turn it on on a carpet, especially a dense one, it is EXTREMELY hard to move it back and forth, because the suction is TOO strong. That may seem like a good thing at first, but eventually your back will disagree with that. After a few minutes (again, IMPOSSIBLE to predict, could be 10, could be 30m), the noise pitch changes and that's when the steam kicks in and you can push it back and forth. When it DOES work, you get wonderful results. But you may have to wait around a LONG time though. For that reason I feel that calling it "multi-surface" slightly misleading. Overall, still a wonderful appliance to have in any home and well worth the price.

First time I was using and it didn't stand and fell on my foot oh my god , so severe pain because it's heavy & injured my foot badly :( I really wanted to like it because i saw so many videos about that cross wave and then finally decided to buy . I don't know I just feel like I wasted my money because this machine is not cheap .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Crosswave Hydrosteam All-in-One Multi-Surface Cleaner in mid October 2023. We have laminate flooring and 2 cats so I was eager to have something that would clean our floors and sanitize them. I have used this machine approximately once a month since I bought it and vacuumed with my trusty old Hoover in between times. When I pulled the Bissell out the other day, I had barely started cleaning my kitchen floor when there was a huge puddle of water on the floor! No water left in the cleaning solution tank. The cap on the solution bottle was no longer sealing. I tried to suction up the water with the Bissell but it could not get all up; I wound up using towels to mop it up. My husband and I cut this defective P.O.S. with one of his saws and put it in the trash. I then vacuumed with my trusty old Hoover and then mopped the house with my generic Swifter-type mop. Bottom line - this thing did not even last 6 months.

A couple of passes with the CrossWave in steam mode is all it took to get the mess cleaned up quickly. I absolutely loved the self clean feature, I think it's my favorite part about the entire device. I wish it had a hand help nozzle attached as well, but it works really well as is for me too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this wet and dry vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. First impressions; taking it out of the box, it felt pretty hefty. It looks beautiful and is very high quality. I love that it has 3 modes, my favorite is the HydroSteam - hands down. The self cleaning feature is amazing and it really cleans not only the tank, but it cleans the brush really well. I have two kids under 2 years old and a large breed dog. We also live in the country on 80 acres of farm land. Needless to say, our floors are always dirty. I never feel like they can get clean enough.... Enter the CrossWave HydroSteam. The steam mode is a game changer! I no longer have to pre-treat sticky messes from my toddler! I also love to know that my floor is totally sanitized so I can worry less if my toddler eats something off the floor or for when my infant starts to crawl. The only con is that it is not cordless. However, this item is built for quality and if it were cordless you would loose a lot of the amazing power/suction the CrossWave HydroSteam has. The cord is pretty long though and I found I didn't have to move plugs too often.
