Wow, what a great tool! My floors haven't been this clean in forever! It's super easy to use and saves so much time! It sucked all the hair that my husky left in the carpet. However, my dogs chewed my lipstick on my carpet a while ago and it didn't remove it all, which I don't think is even possible.

By providing honest feedback, I hope to help other consumers decide whether to purchase something or not. I'm the type that is always trying to find something that will help shorten the amount of time I spend cleaning. I have a 3000 square foot home, and all the flooring is hard surface, even my stairs. Over the years, I have owned most products from most of the brands available for purchase. I currently own three different steam from well known brands. I also own another brand floor cleaner from last year. After dragging around the mop to clean my house, it became a chore that took forever. I started to dread the day I would mop and clean the floors in each room. I have a large family with five children, two dogs, a cat, a bird, and guinea pigs. I do cleaning and ensure the mess is off the floor many times during the day. After using the regular mop over and over, the floor still had caked-on dirt that I would have to hand scrub. I thought the previous floor cleaner I purchased last year was the solution; it helped cut my cleaning time down. The Bissell cleaner arrived, and I had no expectations before using it. The day prior to using the Bissell, I had cleaned all the rooms with the other floor cleaning machine. Upon using the Bissell and seeing how much dirt it cleaned off the floor, it was a total shock. It's lightweight, swivels, turns easily, and is easy to move from room to room; it also comes with a long cord, which is useful. To start with, it is a vacuum, floor cleaner, and steam mop. I found the vacuum function to be useful, as it saved me time by eliminating the need to vacuum before mopping or cleaning the floor. It does have a difficult time squeezing into tight spaces. After using turn on self-cleaning mode, 2 minutes later it's cleaned out it's self. Best on hard surface flooring, Okay on lg. area rugs.

A couple of passes with the CrossWave in steam mode is all it took to get the mess cleaned up quickly. I absolutely loved the self clean feature, I think it's my favorite part about the entire device. I wish it had a hand help nozzle attached as well, but it works really well as is for me too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have uneven tiled floors, and a very shedy dog. :) I used to have to sweep the floor daily, and mop, because of our allergies!! Not anymore!! This machine was so easy to set up, and worked wonderful on my tiled floor and my stairs!! It is very lightweight, and brushes are easy to clean. I think the water tank is a little small, but that's ok for me. I haven't tried it on carpet yet... but so far.. it has cleaned my tile floors with no problems!

Overall, I was quite impressed with this all-in-one vacuum. It certainly changed the way I approach cleaning tasks, making them more efficient. My favorite feature was its ability to handle sticky and stuck-on messes. The vacuum's combination of wet and dry capabilities allowed it to effectively break down and lift these types of messes, saving me a lot of effort and time. I appreciated not having to scrub or scrape as much. Using the SteamWash mode was a unique experience. While it did add an extra step to the cleaning process, I found it to be quite effective on certain surfaces and stains, notably my tile and hardwood flooring. It provided a deeper clean than previous machines I've owned. The fact that it can vacuum, wash, and steam all in one machine is a real time-saver. I appreciated the convenience of not having to switch between different devices during my cleaning routine. In conclusion, I think the CrossWave HydroSteam offers a practical and efficient way to handle various cleaning tasks. While the SteamWash mode adds a bit more complexity, the benefits it brings to certain situations are worth the extra step. You can't do wrong using this, especially if you have hardfloor floors or tile!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CrossWave HydroSteam Plus Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac is great. The initial setup of the vac is easy and quick. I quickly put it to great use in the kitchen area which is a high traffic area for people and pets. It was able to loosen a sticker that had been stuck to our floor for a year. It was also able to fight through all the built up dirt and grime from every day use. The only downfall is the tear down and clean up which is a little tedious. The self cleaning function is quick but rather loud . I would highly recommend to anyone on the fence because it leaves our floors looking and feeling brand new.

It is great for getting up troublesome messes and keeping your house at an all time high for being clean. My biggest area for using this is the kitchen and dining room, keeps it clean and gets it done quickly! Love how great my floors look afterwards. Thank you to the Stellar panel for letting me get to use this item. This is my go-to cleaning machine and it is so worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this machine to replace my crosswave x7. I LOVED my crosswave x7. This machine doesn't even compare. Between the streaks that it leaves behind, and the fact that the tiniest bit of cat hair causes the filter to clog, and the machine's suction will stop. I really wouldn't get this if you have pets or hard wood floors.

I couldn't believe after just recently cleaning my floors the old fashion way, they were still dirty. Using this all in one vacuum made me realize I needed to clean my floors more often and this CrossWave HydroSteam was going to really clean my floors with us always keeping our shoes on in the house to the dog running around with muddy/wet paws to my baby throwing food onto the floor. The vacuum did a great job tackling sticky messes like pasta sauce and ribs on the ground from the baby. The SteamWash mode worked fantastic cleaning up the mess. It was a click of a button to select the SteamWash. You could see the steam when cleaning and can see perfectly as the CrossWave HydroSteam has a light in front which helps see mess you are cleaning up. Our favorite feature is the all in one vacuum which helps us save time since we are always on the go. It allowed us to vacuum, wash and steam all at once verde having to do everything separately. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet and dry vacuum.
