I was unsure at first if this would work for me as I have 4 very hairy cats that come in and out and cause a lot dirt and hair mess. I also have a very clumbsy significant other and this cross wave has done so amazing I want to find a reason to use it !!!! Very easy to use and clean. My favorite mode is the steam but It is just as easy to use for dry messes . I also used this on my area rug no issues ! I did not get this product free to review I Paid full price and I'm so very happy with it period amazing product bissell thanks !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This system is great for houses with hard surface floors, carpets, and area rugs. It is very easy to use with clear and concise instructions. The fresh water/solution bottle has 2 lines for filling, small area and large area. I have a smaller sized living/dining open concept space. I chosen to make the small area solution and ran out before I was finished. However, I tried out the area rug cleaner, and would have had extra had I not done so. It transitions very easily between steam cleaning, hard surface cleaning, and power washing for rugs and carpets. I used the pet solution, and my floor and rug was very clean! This system also has a hair and debris catcher, which is great for pets and folks with long haired people in the house. It has a auto clean cycle that is required after each use, and it is very fast and thorough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Crosswave Hydrosteam is an incredible vacuum. It was able to handle the mess of two young boys and a large puppy who loves to dig. All three levels of my home is hardwood and tile. This vacuum was able to clean all the different types of flooring with no streaks. I have used other wet to dry vacuums which release too much solution but it is not a problem with the Crosswave. The floor takes no time to dry. The steamwash was my favorite mode to use. It was able to get rid of the toughest stuck-on mess and leave no streaks or dog/kid footprints. Overall I was impressed how much mess this vacuum could handle from daily dirt to spilled milked cups. I have another brand that is self propelling, and I do prefer that feature. The CrossWave cleaned my hardwood floors really, really well and I love the self cleaning feature. I do like the dirty water tank better than my other model. All in all, I liked this awry Dry Vac, and would recommend.

I really wanted to love this machine but it just isn't easy to use and doesn't work as advertised. It leaves dirty water puddles all over making it a pain to use so you might as well use mop and bucket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to BzzAgent, I got to try the BISSELL Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vacuum for free! At first, I was skeptical about the power of this little vacuum. The svelte footprint, single roller, and modestly sized water tanks pointed to small spill cleanup at best. With just one use, though, it was instantly clear that this little vacuum has what it takes to keep up with our busy household. We have two teenagers, three dogs, and my husband is an auto tech with a love for souping up his own cars. Beyond that, we have an outdated home with tired floors always in need of cleaning. My 13-year-old son and I tried out this vacuum together. Setting up the unit was super simple. We just had to click the handle in place and then fill the clean water tank up. Then, pour the pet cleaner until the level reached the second line and screw the cap on. The clean water tank clicks back into place quite easily and without dripping all over. There are three settings on the vacuum, depending on whether you want to clean rugs, hard floors, or use the steam feature. We started with the hard floor setting, and it worked great. Next, we tried the steam feature. The instructions say to wait 30 seconds for the steam to start. We turned the unit on, switched it to steam, and waited to no avail. You actually have to squeeze the trigger and start cleaning, and then the unit will release steam in 30 seconds. Within just a few minutes, we were surprised that the steam vac could actually get the embedded dirt out of the grooves. Nothing else does that! The self-clean cycle was easy to do as well, although final cleanup of the unit took more time than I liked. We had to take the roller out of the vacuum to dry, empty and rinse out the dirty water tank, remove and clean the filter, and dump out the clean water tank. Overall, I would say that the BISSELL Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vacuum is a great addition to our household and will get used often, especially after the dogs track mud through the house.

I couldn't believe after just recently cleaning my floors the old fashion way, they were still dirty. Using this all in one vacuum made me realize I needed to clean my floors more often and this CrossWave HydroSteam was going to really clean my floors with us always keeping our shoes on in the house to the dog running around with muddy/wet paws to my baby throwing food onto the floor. The vacuum did a great job tackling sticky messes like pasta sauce and ribs on the ground from the baby. The SteamWash mode worked fantastic cleaning up the mess. It was a click of a button to select the SteamWash. You could see the steam when cleaning and can see perfectly as the CrossWave HydroSteam has a light in front which helps see mess you are cleaning up. Our favorite feature is the all in one vacuum which helps us save time since we are always on the go. It allowed us to vacuum, wash and steam all at once verde having to do everything separately. The kitchen floors are not sealed correctly so they hold onto a lot of dirty and grime. This vacuum gets up all the dirt. It makes me feel better when having our 1yr old walking all over I'm not worried about the icky floors. It's easy to use and easy to clean
