[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and am so excited about how much cleaner my home is after using it! We have three people and three pets in the house, including one very active large dog, so there is constantly dirt/mud/debris from outside being tracked through the house. I thought we kept things pretty clean on the hardwood and tile floors between regular sweeping and mopping, but wow did this machine prove me wrong! I was amazed by the dirt the steam function pulled out after having just cleaned them with a broom and mop the day before. Plus, the amount of time saved being able to vacuum and steam at the same time was incredible! It does a better job of cleaning tile and hardwood floors in half the time it used to take me. I definitely recommend this all-in-one vacuum to anyone who has an outdoorsy/active household, and especially if you're trying to save time in your regular cleaning routine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Bissell in exchange for my review, but hands down, this is a must-have that I would buy. It is a beautiful black and gold design. The best difference from my precious vac is that you pull a trigger to release the water and formula (and steam option!!) and release the trigger to suction. The dirty container has a wonderful filter that list out to help clean the hair and dry particles from the water. The water and formula lines are clearly marked to fill for large or small areas. The roller brush has nice little bristles throughout it. Cons: Corded, white roller brush (afraid this will get so dirty looking. Would prefer dark). and it may just be a small adjustment for me because of my previous VAC, but I keep hitting the mode button instead of the off button.

This vacuum cleaner is definitely the best multipurpose product I have for my floors! It does a phenomenal job steam cleaning tough spots and it cleans my rugs with ease! I'm sold!

Cleaning up wet, sticky, oily, and stuck on messes has become a breeze - The HydroSteam has been used to suck up spilled bowls of mushy cereal, tipped over glasses of orange juice, missed trips to the bathroom, and stinky pet messes all without the use of paper towels, cleaning sprays, or scrubbing. The new SteamWash mode has become a staple cleaning method because it helps get dirt and stains out of rug fabric and hard floor grooves after a short 30 second heating period. My favorite features have been the SteamWash operation and the ease of emptying the collection container. The CrossWave HydroSteam has proven to be a high quality and versatile product capable of tackling a spectrum of messes on any flooring type. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this wet and dry vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I am so lucky that I did! I have a 2400+ sf home with wall-to-wall tile flooring. Additionally, I have my own little zoo with 3 kids, 3 dogs and 7 cats. Needless to say, cleaning the floors is an everyday - sometimes multiple times a day - task! The CrossWave was very easy to assemble and learn to use. I predominantly used the SteamWash mode because of our tile floors. I quickly swept the floors prior to use but didn't spend any extra time spot-cleaning or scrubbing any of the particularly dirty areas. The CrossWave did a wonderful job cleaning not only the tile but also the grout lines. I did have to use a plastic scraper to get off a few inconveniently placed stickers, but everything else came out beautifully. I tested the CrossWave on muddy footprints/pawprints, spilled beverages, pet accidents and even dried blood from when my son fell and accidentally cut himself. You may need to go over a spot a couple of times for really difficult spots to come clean, but it is so much easier than the mop I was using before. I especially love the self-cleaning mode for when I'm done with the floors. I don't have to put much extra effort into cleaning the CrossWave in order to feel confident that it's clean and ready for the next cleaning emergency. The power cord is also super long so you don't have to keep changing outlets when you move from one area to the next. There were only a couple of downsides that I noticed with the CrossWave. First, the water reservoirs are on the smaller side, which makes it lightweight and easy to use but does require frequent refilling/dumping. Secondly, I also was unable to get the light to turn off when not in use unless I unplug the machine. Overall, I love this machine. If it can handle my crazy family so easily, it is a must-have for less messy households!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have uneven tiled floors, and a very shedy dog. :) I used to have to sweep the floor daily, and mop, because of our allergies!! Not anymore!! This machine was so easy to set up, and worked wonderful on my tiled floor and my stairs!! It is very lightweight, and brushes are easy to clean. I think the water tank is a little small, but that's ok for me. I haven't tried it on carpet yet... but so far.. it has cleaned my tile floors with no problems!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I had the original Bissell for three years, and it worked great! With a growing family and house it was definitely time for an upgrade! We upgraded to this Bissell, cross wave hydro steam and hands-down, we should have done it sooner. Not only does it clean the floors so well, the sanitizing factor is exactly what I was looking for. As a mom of a toddler, it is ideal to have things clean, but we all know that is not always possible. This machine definitely ensures the ease of cleaning the floors after a toddler mess. I am 110% very impressed with the machine itself and the product. But what is even more impressive is the awesome customer service that Bissell has demonstrated. We had an issue with the initial purchase. FedEx reported that it was delivered to our house, and it was not. Bissell .com did not give us any hesitation, and quickly insured that we would receive a new shipment ASAP. So now, after a good solid week of using this product almost every day the only regret that I have is not purchasing it sooner. I will be purchasing from Bissell again! And I highly recommend that you do as well. Also, I was definitely not paid to say this. It's just truly that good.

I love how it does everything in one, is super easy to use, and comes with something to place it on after use. It didn't get up super sticky messes or stickers (toddler mom) but it did a good job making it much easier to clean up by hand. Floors looked great and were dry right away!

Lifting stuck-on dirt from my hard-surface flooring was a breeze with the wash and power steaming modes. CrossWave HydroSteam all-in-one vacuums, washes, and steams flooring. I found myself using it multiple times a week as it was quick & convenient to use. The steamer mode helps to sanitize floors around the home was my favorite feature! I found it also helped shorten dry time on vinyl and tile flooring. While ideally the dirty water tank could hold more fluid, the two-tank feature keeps clean water separate from dirty water- thus ensuring the cleanest floors possible. When the self-cleaning solution was used on self-cleaning mode, I was further assured the inside of the machine was also staying clean following each use
