[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was exactly what I need to quickly and easily clean up dog and kid (2 y/o & 4 y/o) messes on my area rugs around the house, especially under the kitchen and dining tables. Previously, I was using a carpet cleaning spray bottle and towel to clean up food, potty accidents, mud and other messes off my area rugs and hardwood floors. This product has been a huge improvement! I love that it serves as a vacuum, wet vacuum or can steam clean. This has lights to illuminate hard to see corners and walls of the room. It's very lightweight, self cleaning and comes with a stand so it can sit upright while not in use. I really appreciate how this type of roller did not get wrapped in my long hair. Highly recommend! They have taken every extra step to make the perfect combo cleaning machine for hard surfaces and kid/pet messes. It is so easy to use and I love that it doesn't leave messy streaky water lines on my floor. Cleaning up the machine is no longer a struggle. Previous steam mops I have tried always had these weird crevices that would build up dirt, but not this one. The extra accessories you get are a huge bonus too. If you have animals or young children, this multi surface vac is a must have!

I used the hard wood solution on my living room and kitchen area. Both areas were visibly much cleaner and the solution has a nice smell. I had to go back over one small are that streaked but I think that was probably more my fault than the machines since it was my first time using it and I'm still learning all the ins and outs.

Lifted some heavy stains out of the carpet in steam wash mode. I love that it's lightweight & was easy to push around, my back wasn't hurting afterwards. Very easy to setup. Overall, great product.

I'd be happy to try the new one out for a review. Just sayin... until that happens I will continue using the six-year-old cleaner that I use weekly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited about this product but unfortunately it doesn't stand by it self or what ?? Is this for all of unit or just this one which I got ? First time I was using and it didn't stand and fell on my foot oh my god , so severe pain because it's heavy & injured my foot badly :( I really wanted to like it because i saw so many videos about that cross wave and then finally decided to buy . I don't know I just feel like I wasted my money because this machine is not cheap .

Food is always getting on the floor and tracked around which necessitates a vacuum and a mop and this is both. I'm able to clean once instead of twice and it's a huge time saver. Just one star off because if this was cordless it would be an actual dream machine.

I have a weekly cleaning service who comes and mops and sweeps but this machine really showed me that my floors are still pretty dirty! It's easy to use and pretty versatile for different types of floors. I love how you can clean so much with it! It easily got kids messes like sticky juice spills and caked on play doh off the floor. I wish it were a little quieter but overall I think this is a great product and highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this for about a week now in house with hard wood, area rugs, tile, 4 kids (5 counting the husband) and a dog. It works great, love the versatility. Doesn't beat hands and knees but would pick this over regular mopping. Even tackled winter weather salt. Easy clean up and the self cleaning mode works great. I've been shopping for a year for the perfect product and I'm so glad I waited for the steam option to be included with this.
