[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom of young children that love to play in mud and sand, I found the CrossWave HydroSteam to be a huge timesaver. Prior to receiving it, I had to vacuum then steam mop to clean my laminate and tile floors. With the CrossWave, I can do it all in one step! I find it oddly satisfying to empty the dirty water tank and see the dust, hair, mud, leaves, and sand. There are several great things about the CrossWave, but my favorites are its ability to sanitize and its ability to clean itself. The CrossWave comes with a sanitizing solution that kills bacteria. This came in handy when my four-year-old threw up all over the kitchen floor. It also comes with a cleaning formula called Fresh Start that cleans the roller brush. Then you can pop out the roller brush and place it in the storage tray to dry. I've been using it for several weeks and there's no funky smells. I'm very grateful I was given this product to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Like many other Bissel products, it's become part of my cleaning routine.

I received this product for free from Bissell to test out. I thought by mopping I had gotten the dirt off the floors. I was so wrong. The Wet/Dry Vac is simple to use and through the use of steam actually cleaned the floors instead of just moving dirt around. I now feel better knowing this product gives me a cleaner home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bissell Crosswave from the BzzAgent group for free to give my honest review on it. It is about the size of a portable "shark" vacuum. It comes with three small bottles of cleaner: hard floor steam sanitizer, multi-surface cleaner with Febreze that claims it removes pet odors, and a bottle of "Freshstart" cleaner for use in the automatic cleaning cycle. I cleaned my lightly colored, cheap apartment "stone" tile kitchen and bathroom floors with the Crosswave. They are cleaned 3x a week by a Roomba and mopped once by a Braava robot mop. The Crosswave still pulled up a surprising amount of dirt using the regular hard floor mode. It removed most surface stains that were present, but didn't do much for ground-in stains in front of the door, by the counters and stove where we often stand, since this floor seems semi-porous but it lightened them a little bit. The Crosswave is a bit loud, as most vacuums and floor cleaners would be expected to be. It is not that heavy. It is simple to use, add water to the small area or large area line, and add the desired cleaner to the second line, and pop the tank in the back. It slides in and out of place easily. The dirty water tank comes out easily with a pinch of a hinge. It contains an air filter, and a strainer to catch larger debris. The Crosswave has three modes, steam, hard floors and area rugs and one button switches between then after you turn it on. It does not say if you could use it on larger carpeted areas. Once you've filled it and plugged it in, you simply press a trigger to release the fluid and release it to dry and scrub the floor with the spinning brush. The floor dried very quickly after vacuuming so that is a definite plus over regular mopping. Instructions could be clearer for using the automatic cleaning cycle. It says to fill water and cleaner to the cleanout line, but the cleanout line is 80% of the way up and there isn't a second line for the soap. It only used a small amount of water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited about this product but unfortunately it doesn't stand by it self or what ?? Is this for all of unit or just this one which I got ? First time I was using and it didn't stand and fell on my foot oh my god , so severe pain because it's heavy & injured my foot badly :( I really wanted to like it because i saw so many videos about that cross wave and then finally decided to buy . I don't know I just feel like I wasted my money because this machine is not cheap .

Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel, I tried the CrossWave HydroSteam. It cleans like a dream, especially sticky, stuck-on messes courtesy of kittens and kids. Lifting stuck-on dirt from my hard-surface flooring was a breeze with the wash and power steaming modes. CrossWave HydroSteam all-in-one vacuums, washes, and steams flooring. I found myself using it multiple times a week as it was quick & convenient to use. The steamer mode helps to sanitize floors around the home was my favorite feature! I found it also helped shorten dry time on vinyl and tile flooring. While ideally the dirty water tank could hold more fluid, the two-tank feature keeps clean water separate from dirty water- thus ensuring the cleanest floors possible. When the self-cleaning solution was used on self-cleaning mode, I was further assured the inside of the machine was also staying clean following each use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Crosswave Hydrosteam is an incredible vacuum. It was able to handle the mess of two young boys and a large puppy who loves to dig. All three levels of my home is hardwood and tile. This vacuum was able to clean all the different types of flooring with no streaks. I have used other wet to dry vacuums which release too much solution but it is not a problem with the Crosswave. The floor takes no time to dry. The steamwash was my favorite mode to use. It was able to get rid of the toughest stuck-on mess and leave no streaks or dog/kid footprints. Overall I was impressed how much mess this vacuum could handle from daily dirt to spilled milked cups. I would highly recommend. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet and dry vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bissell kindly gave me this vaccuum for free so that I could review it. I was excited to use this vacuum the second I opened the box. The first thing I noticed was that the handle moves in all directions. It is extremely lightweight and has a light on the front. It removed a stain that every other product couldn't. Our house is mostly tile with a few area rugs and being able to go from one to the other made It super easy to use and the clean up was a breeze. Even my teenagers were excited to use it.

Included are three 8 oz mini bottles. 1.Multi-surface cleaner 1.Hard floor sanitizer 1.Cleaning cycle formula to rinse the brush. An extra dust filter is also included. Vacuum performance: I am very satisfied on how well this vacuum picks up direct, large debris, cleans stains on hard floors. It is very easy to maneuver and has a generous amount of power cord. Switching between hard floors, carpet/rugs or cleaning formula is a breeze, just press the button located on the handle. Compared to my much pricier battery powered stick vacuum, I can honestly say this vacuum does just as well if not better! Pros: 1)Vacuum easily switches between hard floors, rugs, carpet, wet or dry mode at the press of a button. 2)Vacuum features are very user friendly and easy to learn. 3)Trash bin is very easy to remove and dump in trash can. It also includes a strainer to separate larger debris. This is very useful when using the cleaning formula. 4) Vacuum works great on wet mode to mop hardwood floors and freshen up carpets/rugs. Note: this is not a deep cleaner like those commercial carpet steamers but more of a carpet/rug refresher. 5) Bright LED light. Cons: 1)Vacuum has a hefty weight to it, so if you have a large area or home to clean it can be a good workout. 2)Vacuum is loud, which I guess would be expected for a machine this size. 3) Washing the parts after every use can become a chore. Especially when having to clean the bin, filter, brush, formula dispenser. 4) While It's uncertain how long the brush is expected to last due to the soft material you can prepare to purchase additional brushes. 5) If you plan to use the wet mode to clean floors and freshen up rugs/carpet's be prepared to invest in more bottles of solution. Final thoughts: Personally I feel it's a wonderful all in one product! If only it had vacuum hose to clean hard to reach places it would perfect!

A couple changes Id make are the noise level and adding a hose attachment for small areas. All in all a great product. Thank you very much to Stellar Panel for sending me this to try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sweep my floors prior to using the machine so less to vacuum up I like that is has a vac and mop feature and to clean over the floors in less work to do or for something quick and easy. The steam function though is a joke it doesn't work the way a steam should it doesn't heat up the floor and the water doesn't heat up either. I had gotten one device that the steam didn't work at all so they replaced it for me and the 2nd device seems to blow the steam now but that's all the feature does as there is not enough holes for it to heat/Steam the floors like a regular steamer as I do own one of those as well. I did use the 2nd device over my wood floors and touched the floor it and noticed that it didn't steam it and had to go over the same area 4 times in order for it to clean up properly, as for steam it should take no more than 2 times going over for it to clean. I don't recommend the hydrosteamer just get a seperate steamer now the pet one wet/vac is great highly love it
