I only have to push a button to make the transition it's great. I picked up more out of my rugs than I ever expected.i also love the steam feature to help sanitize all my floors. This is the best vacuum/cleaner I have ever used

I wasn't sure about the steam feature and find I use it a ton! I have two little boys so sticky-stuck on messes are a part of our daily life. I oddly find joy in using this vacuum to clean those up, can clean up the small food crumbs, and then essentially mop the floors at the same time. I use it daily now, and it has changed our life, sounds dramatic, I know, but imagine an all-in-one vacuum that eliminates steps from your routine. The best part, my 4 year old LOVES the cleaning cycle (which I think is the best part) it self cleans with the click of a button, no more stinky vacuum to deal with. He loves to watch it spin, so bonus we get added entertainment! Truly, this is the best all in one vacuum for a busy mom like me. Will buy this product over and over again if I could. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As first / initial time using this product (and compared to sweeping / mopping) the same areas, I'd have to say that I'm fairly impressed. I believe that I would delay or maybe avoid the prior for the time and hassle involved in all aspects of the process, using this machine made everything a lot more timely and efficient. Where the cord is 25' some may say it is short, I think it's about average or fair - not to have too / long or too short. I asked a friend about his (same or similar model?) and said he didn't like that it left streaks - I really don't care for being able to get the job done, and for 1/3rd to 1/4 of the time and hassle. Internal cleaning feature seems good / nice touch. I'd like to see how long it lasts and how it does over time. For now it's a Thumbs up & higher rating for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in my 50s with one teen still at home as well as a husband, pets and 8 grandkids. I received this wet and dry vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I must admit that I was skeptical because of a previous machine (different brand). I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The Crosswave has been great for small kitchen mishaps including those that are dried on. It may take multiple passes, but no more hand scrubbing! I was also able to get through all of the wood floors (1500 sq ft) on one large tank! Hydro Steam has been great for my bathrooms. The machines size also makes it fit well in smaller spaces. My favorite feature is how easy it is to clean. I find myself doing small jobs every day or so because of how easy it is to use. It's also very handy to be able to clean area rugs with the same machine. The only things that I would change are the weight and the light that stays on when it's plugged in but shut off. I would definitely recommend this machine to anyone that wants to clean more often and is looking for something easy to use.

I own both a dog and cat, which means that pet hair is everywhere. I'm a cleanly person who likes to try to stay on top of it, but there's so much that can be missed. A vacuum can only do so much until it all start to stick to places that cannot simply be sucked up. I owned a mop but the preparation of it was the bane of my existence. Getting all the water, guessing the amount of cleaner to use, and did I mention how long it took for my floors to dry?! Here comes the CrossWave HydroSteam. Built for my laminate floors and tiled kitchen. I know exactly how much formula to use for the cleaning, how much water to add, and the motorized rotating mop is everything I wanted. Cleaning suddenly became so easy and I even got to use this on my neighbors place to help them clean up as they moved out! The floors had never looked so good (even when they had first moved in). The smell really captures "we just cleaned in here, don't worry". I love love love it, and recommend to anyone looking to rapidly improve/speed up their mopping!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This worked great the first few times I used it. Then I started having trouble with the sprayer. After six months the sprayer stopped working and I had to bring it in for repairs. I have two dogs that shed a lot, so I am not sure if all of the pet hair caused issues. I also do no like the cord. If I had to buy another CrossWave, I would go with the cordless one. The cord isn't super long and it's in the way.

The dogs and kids track so much in and this machine scrubbed and sanitized so well. My floors look new again. The Bissell was simple to get ready and to use. I will never use a dirty old mop again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall this is a very convenient way to clean and catch up leftover crud. I'm amazed and embarrassed at how much it catches from surfaces that were "clean." I do miss the ability to apply pressure for those sticky and gunky spots but the steam feature allows it to be easily wiped up which is still a huge help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sweep my floors prior to using the machine so less to vacuum up I like that is has a vac and mop feature and to clean over the floors in less work to do or for something quick and easy. The steam function though is a joke it doesn't work the way a steam should it doesn't heat up the floor and the water doesn't heat up either. I had gotten one device that the steam didn't work at all so they replaced it for me and the 2nd device seems to blow the steam now but that's all the feature does as there is not enough holes for it to heat/Steam the floors like a regular steamer as I do own one of those as well. I did use the 2nd device over my wood floors and touched the floor it and noticed that it didn't steam it and had to go over the same area 4 times in order for it to clean up properly, as for steam it should take no more than 2 times going over for it to clean. I don't recommend the hydrosteamer just get a seperate steamer now the pet one wet/vac is great highly love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was super easy to put together. The tank is easy to fill. I love that the bottom has a spot to lay flat on the counter so there's no spill. It's a simple as plugging it in and it heats itself if you're on the steam setting the buttons easy to use to change between settings, the floor doesn't stay wet for too long as long as you go back over it's a few times without pressing the button, so it soaks it up. Otherwise, the steam setting doesn't make it too wet afterwards. It's really easy to clean and I like that but clean dirty tank are separate. Plus, it's self cleaning, but makes it such a breeze with the brush. I love that it includes a stand to put the vacuum in and another spot to put the roll into dry oats along with the filter. The cord is plenty long which is nice. It's a really nice, modern sleek design. I love the coloring on this vacuum. I found it really Good at getting up messes I have a toddler, dog, cat, so that's quite the big messes in our home. The first time using it, I was actually surprised at how dirty the tank was.
