[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn't work as well as I would like, but it does mop. It doesn't get stuck on stuff from kids. But to gets up light dried mud. The price doesn't represent the quality of clean up this machine does, unfortunately. If I could get a full refund I would but they keep fees if you attempt to return.

We purchased the big green clean machine three years ago. The carpet in the high-level townhome that we had where we were renting had carpet that was 28 years old and had stains even after it was professionally cleaned they tried steam cleaning they tried chemical cleaning, etc.. so I decided to try buying the big green clean machine and oh my goodness on the first cleaning the water was almost like mud water so over the years the carpet lightened the first past got the majority of stains out and we’re talking stains that were in there for years and years. That was the best money we ever spent on any product. We absolutely love it now we’ve moved to all on one floor apartment that is all vinyl so we’re going to try the cross wave for something like that with Bissell. All I know is we just love that machine and I’m sure it’s going to sell quickly. I wish they had a trade-in program. Lol. But if you really want a great carpet cleaning machine that’s the tool for you and oh the attachment for upholstery clean the stairs beautifully. I think the stairs were more filthy than the carpet was we also cleaned our couch with upholstery to and it worked well. You just can’t go wrong. I can’t imagine the money we saved in professional carpet, cleaning bills

It does a great job disinfecting the floor while it leaves it looking and smelling great. The only want I have is for it to not leave streaks!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a definite improvement on our original Crosswave. The steam function improves cleaning and the suction seems to be improved as it leaves hardly any wetness behind on the surface. Very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last year I tried a cheaper brand wet vac and hated it. The mopping was streaky, it leaked, and cleaning it out was a nightmare. It never looked or smelled clean even after following the directions. I saved up and finally invested in The CrossWave and I am in love! It is SO much easier on my back than using a bucket and mop. Quick and easy to fill, simple to clean. Does a very thorough job! Wish there was a bit more steam but it's still an awesome addition! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are pros and cons... Pros: I love the convenience of this upright mop/vacuum and also that it has a steam option which i use every time. I don't know of any other machines that have this option yet. I also find that cleaning it out after use is not too bad. I do use the self clean after each use and it does a fairly good job especially for the roller. you still need to clean hair that sticks to the rest of the machine parts but this is reasonable. For me it does a great job of cleaning the surface of my tile floors but does not get the edges at all. also does not clean the grout. This machine would be is perfect for wood floors. But to be fair, all these machines have the same issues and I have used the hoover floor mate and also the shark hydro vac. The cons are not a deterrent for me because I have back issues and cannot do a mop/bucket. Overall it does a great job cleaning my floors and I know that every now and then I will need to do a scrub of my grout and around my baseboards. I keep a clean house and use it about every other day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the brushes that are so easy to clean and the fact I'm not putting dirty water on my floors. What I would like though is a brush that would go deeper into the grout lines, my floors are of a porous stone.

Ran my new Crosswave over it the other day (in area rug mode) and was shocked at how much dirt it pulled out. Not impressed with my cleaner but very impressed with my Crosswave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well built and designed. More like commercial machine,than for home use. Best purchase I've made in floor cleaning,ever! It cut a 4 hour hand mopping job on my laminate floors to less than one hour. No dirty mop heads to wring out and no emptying mop bucket water 4 or 5 times. I wish the power cord was several feet longer is only thing from it being perfect.
