The Bissell Cross Wave has been a game changer. We have hardwood floors and the Cross Wave cleans up the toughest of messes. I like how easy it is to operate. Just add water and cleaner and you are good. The steam function is very handy. I think what impresses me most is that it doesn't run out of solution or fill the discharge too quickly, lasting through whatever job you have. I would definitely recommend this product.

The HydroSteam feature really penetrates the surface and leaves the tile floor clean. And other messes I clean up. The light feature at the bottom of the Wet Dry Vac really helps with cleaning messes.

This crosswave takes care of all the muddy paw prints and to my surprise the self cleaning function works perfect. I use the pet clean formula with the steam function and there is no streaking etc. Im truly impressed. It also separates the dog hair in the waste container.

I am raising a bunch of puppies and my yard is not finished. They come in with dirty paws and within seconds the floor is covered with prints. Loved being able to vacuum and steam our wood floors all at once and loved the way it all turned out. Made sure to show me how to clean and change the rollers as soon as I got home! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this CrossWave HydroSteam Plus Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac Exclusive Bundle because it is used as a vacuum, tile and hardwood floor sanitizer, area rug cleaner, etc. This is exactly what I was looking for when I wanted a vacuum that could also clean tiles. Now that I have this, I don't have to bend down to clean my floors anymore! What I wish this vacuum had is a hand-held attachment. I bought the exclusive bundle because it comes with different sanitizers and cleaners and many other things!

I have two dogs and an occasional goat tracking dirt across my tile floors and the HydroSteam does an amazing job on those high traffic areas. If you have heavily traveled floors like me I would skip the Pet Pro and buy the HydroSteam.
