I was only missing an extra brush roller. Picture shows vacuum with everything. Extra roller, three bottles of cleaning, 2 filters, and stationary cleaning base. This would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't missing a extra roller.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second crosswave not because anything was wrong but because my adult kids borrowed my first and kept it! With a dog, frequent guests and a house that is near a busy street our floors need an occasional deeper clean in addition to regular cleanings and this is just the product for it. While it doesn't compare with hiring a professional company, it does QUITE an amazing job. I love that it is lightweight enough for me to handle and relatively compact. I wish the stand had spots for all of the attachments/rollers but ended up buying a storage box to hold the solutions, extra rollers and extra filters. While the post use cleaning is a nice feature, I additionally toss the rollers into a washer bag and toss them in the washing machine for extra deep cleaning. It's not recommended but hasn't failed me yet! I purchased the cordless one for a small vacation home but in hindsight love the corded one because the cord is long enough that you don't find yourself having to plug and unplug constantly and you aren't ever waiting for a charge. While I am writing this review because I read reviews before purchasing items, I am also entering a #sweepstakes Don't let that dissuade you, this is a worthy purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product to clean my tile floor. My tiles has some texture and it gets dirty pretty fast in the high traffic area. This hydrosteam machine actually clean better than I expected. I wish I had bought this a while ago. It would be nice for the future model to have bigger tank capacity for clean and dirty water container.

I have had several of the crosswaves but this one is definetly my favorite. THe suction is very powerful wasn't sure about going back to the corded but it is worth it for this increased power and steam!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 3-5 dogs in our home at any one time. In particular, my daughter has a paraplegic German Shepherd that has accidents on occasion. The Bissell Cross Wave has been a game changer. We have hardwood floors and the Cross Wave cleans up the toughest of messes. I like how easy it is to operate. Just add water and cleaner and you are good. The steam function is very handy. I think what impresses me most is that it doesn't run out of solution or fill the discharge too quickly, lasting through whatever job you have. I would definitely recommend this product.

No matter what other floor products used it was never clean enough to his high standards. he always complain to me how can I walk bare feet in our house he never in his life walk bare feet anywhere. After use this few times one day he goes look I actually walk bare feet can you believe that! That's is how well this thing cleans. He comfortable walk bare feet in his own home. all his life he always had socks or slippers refuse walk bare feet took him age 25 finally want walk bare feet for first time comfortably. He said this thing is definitely worth weight in gold in cleaning. he normally clean when I sleeping with our first new born baby by close our door. We feel comfortable with our first new baby learn grow with the floors we have now.

I especially liked the steam feature that made me feel the floors were more sanitized than just mopping. I am looking forward to using this in the future as this was a lot easier to use than a regular mop and saves my back! "Sweepstakes"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was floored! It works - cut my cleaning in half. It really does vacuum and mop at the same time. I've used it on my hard wood and tile floors and it works amazing. The floors are not super wet so it dries quickly with no streaking - by the time the room if finished they are 75 - 80% dry. Only negative - it does not get up to the baseboards so there is a 1/2" or so that is not cleaned. To combat - I used a dry dusting cloth and wiped around the edges prior to using the Crosswave and it worked! The machine works so well everywhere else - I'll forgive that issue and still give it a full 5 star review. Highly recommend.
