The Crosswave is the most complete floor cleaning tool I ever purchased. I used it on my hardwood floors, stone kitchen floor and my area rugs. However, an hand held cleaning wane would be a bonus plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the tineco version and it's already having issues. So i bought the bissell and love it, even their customer service was amazing. I have 2 large dogs and love that the hair doesn't come out of the vacuum in clumps like the tineco did.

They also like to sleep on the cool tile floor leaving behind drool and other nasty things . It seemed like the perfect tool to clean our hard surface floor effectively and efficiently. If you have pets, kids, or like to party, then these Bissell machines are a must have. They make your floors look just like new and smell wonderful. Otherwise I would have had to leave and lose my money. It is heavier than my previous one but also can clean carpet pretty good because it can power thru the carpet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly love this machine, so much so that even on Mother's day just after purchasing the Crosswave Hydrosteam I couldn't put it away. I did almost my whole home on Saturday, but Sunday morning I was at it again. I'd love to get one for my mother, maybe the sweepstakes contest will help me out with that! It is so easy to use, I did follow all of the instructions for using the solutions and cleaning the brush. I live in a very dry place with two large Bernese Mountain dogs dragging dirt in, and shedding a lot. I could clean large sections, and found that I needed to put the unit on the cleaning tray intermittently to clean the head of dirt and fur...so much fur. The unit worked perfectly, the filter design and access to roller head made it easy to clean out the fur and debris. Allowing me to get back to the task/mopping/dance party at hand. I would recommend this unit highly and have already done so to my friends, as I was so excited about how great my floors came out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned the crosswave pet pro for about two years and it broke already. I just missed my warranty on it so needless to say had to purchase a new one. I have been wanting to get the hydrosteam since it came out but couldn't justify buying another, until my other broke. My pet pro was lighter in weight and had much better suction, but the hydrosteam definitely makes the floors feel cleaner and doesn't leave streaks like my old one did. I am overall happy with my purchase as long as it doesn't break in the next few years.

It sweeps, and mops dirt, spills and accidents all in one. The steam option works great with hard to clean and old spills. The best feature is the self cleaning mode. Truly hands free.

No matter what other floor products used it was never clean enough to his high standards. he always complain to me how can I walk bare feet in our house he never in his life walk bare feet anywhere.
