It is easy to use, lightweight & it picks up more cat hair than I even realized was on the floor. It certainly calms my anxiety when I know my floors are clean enough to let our 10 month old Granddaughter crawl all over the floor without the cat hair & whatever else they always put in their mouths! This is great for quick, efficient clean ups! Glad I went with the cordless model. #Sweepstakes, this could really help us out right now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am mighty impressed. It definitely isn't faster than my spin mop BUT it definitely does a way better job. I mopped with my spin mop on Tuesday and used this on Wednesday and could not believe the water was still that dirty. I have a house with 4 Ragdoll long hair cats and 4 high school and college kids plus mom and dad so we aren't terribly messy. The floors are only 6 months old... I was surprised that much came off of them as I mop a few times a week. So glad I made the purchase!!

I have three kids and two dogs and this makes cleaned up messes so much easier!! The self cleaning feature is by far my favorite part! The only thing that I find strange however is even when the product is off the light stays on when it is plugged in. Other than that I love the product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to replace a Crosswave I had for 5 years, before it decided to die. I upgraded to the HydroSteam. I use it to clean my tile and hardwood floors and it does a good job of cleaning both. I do wish it would clean grout lines better. The brushes that come with the HydroSteam are okay, but I wish they had a brush that had stiffer bristles that would scrub better. Overall I am satisfied with the HydroSteam and would recommend it.

I have used the crosswave every other day since I purchased it. It is definitely worth the money and very useful for my household. Highly recommended getting it floor an quicker way of keeping your floors clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on my ceramic tile floors and it does a decent job. The floors look a little dull when I finish, unlike when I use a bucket and mop. My biggest complaint is, like all upright cleaners, there's no way to get under furniture. I do like that I don't have to pre-vacuum the floor. Clean up is a little time consuming but that's to be expected for all this machine does. Overall I'm happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Tiles, Engineered wood and area carpets, the BISSELL CrossWave® HydroSteam™ Plus Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac makes my life a lot easier, I can't believe the amount of dirt it has come from my supposedly "Clean" floors. I also love how easy is to clean the machine after each use. The clean cycle does a very good job in helping to clean the machine.

The only thing I will upgrade is for it to have the little hose for trickier places. It has no extension or additional hose.
