[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Tiles, Engineered wood and area carpets, the BISSELL CrossWave® HydroSteam™ Plus Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac makes my life a lot easier, I can't believe the amount of dirt it has come from my supposedly "Clean" floors. I also love how easy is to clean the machine after each use. The clean cycle does a very good job in helping to clean the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell floor cleaner works great. It vacuums, washes and steams the floor all in one shot. It's so easy to use, and it works great on my porcelain ceramic tile floors. Honestly, I've never washed my floors as much as I do now as this tool really works great and is easy to use and maintain after each use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It definitely gets the floor cleaner, but it's no miracle worker. We have light-color matte-finish wide-plank floor tile that is very hard to keep clean. I've tried may different things, including steam mops and spray mops -- but while they all do pick up some dirt, they also push it into the grout. I have been using a Hoover Floor Mate which at least sucks the dirt off the floor. But everything I've tried still leaves a light grey grunge on the tile. I had hoped the HydroSteam would solve the problem. It does get the floor cleaner than anything else I've tried, but it doesn't get all the grunge. (So far only hand scrubbing with some BarKeepersFriend gets it totally clean). The machine seems very well designed and put together -- far better than the Hoover FloorMate. The CrossWave clicks together and "drives" on the floor like a premium automobile vs. the FloorMate.which seems like a cheap econobox in comparison. I like the self clean mode, and the various parts wash up easily. Hopefully it lasts longer than my previous FloorMates which typically stopped working after 2-3 years. The idea that the CrossWave will clean 750 square feet on one fill is wishful thinking at best. The clean and dirty water tanks need to be much bigger. It takes me 3-4 fills to clean our open concept kitchen-dining area, which is more like 300 square feet. "Steam" mode seems to improve cleaning, but it's really just hot water -- the clouds of steam shown in the advertising are totally missing from my experience. Many stuck-on/dried-on items still require scrapping by hand to get them off the floor. Kudos to the engineers for putting the cord wrap high up on the handle, but another 5 feet of cord would be nice.. I also think they should switch the locations of the mode and power switch, but I'm getting used to the arrangement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The absolute best floor cleaner I've ever personally purchased! Love it! Cleans my brand new porcelain floors and then I switch over to my old wood floors. Steam cleaning unmatched and I've owned quite a few.

What the heck it stopped working after the second room
