The battery needed to be changed, so we shelved it for this model because it's corded. This model cleans much better and the steam function removes the dirt from the grout.

Took few back and forth to remove few spots on the kitchen hardwood floor. Nonetheless, it worked! Truly happy with my choice and looking forward to buying more. My Mom and many friends used Bissel. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really happy I decided to buy the HydroSteam. I have a crawling baby and a husky mix in the house and would you believe white floors?! This machine has vacuumed mountains of hairs, cleaned black paw prints off the white floor, food, grime, you name it and it has helped maintain my sanity. I originally bought a steam mop from another company that cost less but it gave up on my after five uses, so when I saw this, I knew I had to try it. It is on the pricier side but as I learned with the previous steam mop, you get what you pay for. It is important to run the clean cycle after every use especially for me because the machine ends up with all the husky hairs. #sweepstakes

Would give a zero if possible. I bought this based on the vdo showing real steam cleaning, but upon using there was zero steam coming out. Returned and got another, which wasn't my original but a use one, still didnt work no steam. I Wish Bissell would fix this then it would be great!
