I’ve never own a robot vacuum before Bob. And I’m so glad I gave Bob a try. I looked through all the negative reviews and didn’t see much. The only thing I didn’t like about Bob was the dustbin being too small. When I saw there was a promotion for Dustin, I hopped on it and bought 2. I love the self emptying large bin capacity. Now I leave for work and come home to a clean house.

I love my Dustin! I have a different brand robot vacuum that I use on the second floor and Dustin is much smarter than that one, with excellent mapping abilities. He cleans my hardwood floors in the kitchen, dining area and front room. With a small amount of setup, he also mops. Funny story, I sent Dustin on a special mission. I have an area in my house where there’s a flat section over a closet and pantry that's over eight feet high, but the ceiling is way above that. I could get a ladder and crawl around on the “roof” of this bit, but I really don’t want to do that. So I put Dustin up there to vacuum that area. He did great! He unfortunately fell off at one point, but he was fine, didn’t hurt him at all. Cleaning that area did mess up the map, but Dustin fixed that on his next regular cleaning trip. Highly recommended!

I've had this robot vacuum for about a week now and have used it every day since. it has gotten stuck a time or two around my couch so all I did was add a "no sweep zone" and it resolve the issue immediately on the next scheduled cleaning. It has captured a ton of hair on my hard floors. I have two dogs and am used to vacuuming every single day, but with this it is very effortless. I love the mapping as well as the app so I'm able to monitor everything. I can even see a history of when it cleaned and how long it took. I'm hoping this lasts a long time! I got it when it was on sale for $258, I think $1,099 for a vacuum is crazy so definitely try to find it on sale!

We bought this vacuum back in February and wish we had done it a long time ago. The mapping and scheduling option on the app was very user-friendly. The vacuum does a great job where I am now only using our main sweeper 1-2 days a week to get in the nooks and crannies where Bob can't reach. We love the mopping feature! Just buy it. You won't regret it.

I love this smart machine so much, that I bought two of them one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Particularly I like the intelligent mapping the entire house. It scans every corner of the house more accurately than the original building plan of the house. Once it maps the entire house, it then intelligently sectioning each room and area individually. You can combine the rooms or areas using the App or leave them separate. There are two ways of operating. You can either select a specific room or area to vacuum or the entire house. The areas that cannot be vacuumed or you know that Dustin might get stuck in there, you can use the App to block the area that Dustin will avoid vacuuming. Most people I see who were having trouble with operating it properly, had to do with the proper use of the App. But once you’ve figured out the App, the rest really becomes automated. As long as you’re using the mapping correctly, Dustin is not going to vacuum the areas that might get stuck in there. The initial mapping by Dustin is to scan the house and memorize the plan of the house. But to block/obstruct the specific areas, has to be done manually and by the user. From the App select Map, then click on the scissors icon, then touch the area you want to block, then toggle the frame to a specific size to block the area you don’t want Dustin to vacuum. In reality it’s very east to use. Just play with the App, you’ll figure it out eventually. Highly recommended. Out of all other brands I had this one is the best of all of them. Some brands are using magnetic tape to block the specific area and some you have to setup physical sensor devices throughout the house to block the area. But Dustin uses the App to block the area you don’t want it to clean. Most users who were not satisfied, most likely they were having a hard time to navigate through the app. This machine is highly App oriented and operates strictly in coordination with the app. You can use it manually too, but first you have to draw the map that can memorize the routs as well as the routines. Dustin is a companion you want to have him in your home.

Bought this remote vacuum when Sandy's back went out. We call it Dusty. At first we thought it was just going around and vacuum. To our surprise Dusty had done a terrific job. We have Dusty clean twice a week and it does a great job. If you need a remote vacuum for your house this is the one. Thanks Dustin Charlie Coombe

Sweeping - ok, the edge roller falls off if it hits a rug. Mopping - ok, it drips in places while mopping , drips when putting on the attachment and you definitely need to switch the pads in between because they are very thin Price varies so not worth what it is now at $700 but ok at what I paid

I waited a long time before deciding on a robot vacuum. When this one with vacuuming and mopping capabilities went on an incredible sale I had to make the jump for it. We haven't looked back since as it's been great running it almost nightly for refreshing the floors. Even with two kids running through the house all day, having this to assist with cleanups has greatly helped out around the house. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is on the fence about adding a robot vacuum into their house.

I bought the Dustin robot vacuum about six weeks ago and it has exceeded my expectations. Dustin has more suction power than I expected and always leaves the carpet looking freshly vacuumed. I have a long-haired cat and Dustin does a great job of picking up her fur! Dustin makes it easy to vacuum under tables, beds, ect. without the need to move anything.....a lazy person's dream! Finally, Dustin is quiet......it does not frighten my cat. In fact, Dustin is so quiet that one one occasion, I started Dustin and then fell asleep on the living room couch. I woke up about an hour later and Dustin had finished vacuuming that floor of my house, including the living room, without waking me up. Dustin is the best purchase that I've made in a very long time!

I am so glad that I made this purchase of the Dustin Vacuum. The app is easy and fun to use. For those who wrote that you have to have 2.4 GHz, I want to tell you that you can still download the app even if you have 8 GHz. Just call your Internet provider and ask for a guest split of 2.4 GHz so you can download the app for your Dustin. I'm glad I did because now I can do more with Dustin. I watch the map as it goes from room to room among many other things. I can even label my rooms on the map. Dustin does a great job vacuuming. I don't know how it knows to go back over spots it missed but I'm glad it does and it goes between chair legs. I'm very impressed. I want to add that the support team is very helpful.
