Our Dustin has been a great addition to our new. Definitely a must hav. I would recommend it to everyone who needs that extra help with a busy schedule or simply to keep it clean because we all deserve a clean space. We have a dog that sheds and this is honestly a great help!

Bought this on a special and am very happy with the purchase. It has done a great job with keeping a schedule and accurately mapping out our home. I love the self-emptying option but have found that we occasionally have to check that the contents were truly "sucked" into the bag. It does work on it's own about 80% of the time, though.

We purchased two Dustin units and have been very pleased with the vacuum. They are quicker than our previous robot vacuum and do a good job of cleaning both rugs and bare floors. We haven't used the mop feature as of yet. Customer service has been great with a couple of questions that we had with set up and they even followed up to make sure everything was working.

Great product all around. Very powerful and yet quiet. Was used to my old robot vacuum that used IR and bumping into everything to get around. The Lidar mapping is great. Did one pass of the room and now can navigate around every obstacle. Tried the no mop/no vacuum feature on the app, which is a huge plus. And, I used it everyday and still haven't had to empty it. Would definitely recommend!

I am very happy with the bobsweep I purchased in July, 2024. I replaced a Roomba that seemed to take all day with multiple rechargings to complete the full cycle. Bobsweep is done in 1 ½ hours. I like the mop feature too and the mapping to avoid my rug works great. I’ve had two roombas and this is my first bobsweep. I would highly recommend bobsweep over Roomba.

I have to re do the map every week because it looses it all the time. The controls are not user friendly. It does not traverse well from hardwood floor to carpeted area as it cannot make it up the 1/4 " pile and transom. I would not recommend this product.

Dustin is doing great! He cleans wonderfully and is even able to handle our husky fur. We have him on a schedule which makes it so easy to keep our first floor clean. The self emptying is so convenient and really holds a lot of dirt. I would recommend Dustin and the bObsweep line of products to anyone looking to make cleaning all the easier!

Easy to set up and use, gets the job done, pretty quiet, and gets into hard places. I've never had a robot vacuum before, but it's been really nice having the Dustin up my cleaning game. My cats are still figuring out what this thing is, but I'm hooked! I love how easy it is to use through the app. Both vacuum and mopping features are great!

I like the both the vacuum and mop features. It does a great job on both carpet and hard floors. The battery lasts a long time and saves me time when it comes to cleaning my floors. I really appreciate my great helper. So you just sit and relax and you let your helper do the work.
