I recently received the Dustin Bobsweep. First off, when I opened it up, it was well organized so nothing could get damaged with shipment. They had easy steps to get you started using it. It cleans better than my old robot vacuum. I have not used the mop feature yet, but I'm looking forward to trying it real soon.

I have had my Dustin for about a month and couldn't be any happier. I have a large single story house with stone flooring and carpet. Dustin has been able to adjust to each floor with ease. It's great on how clean my floors are when Dustin is done cleaning. Set up on my cell phone with the app was easy. I had only one problem with Dustin not entering a couple rooms due to the size of my house. I emailed customer support who responded within a day! Help was given and and Dustin now cleans every room after I divided the house into sections. The customer support is fantastic! After telling my daughter and friend about Dustin, they too bought one and can't be any happier with it either. I highly recommend Bobsweep Dustin!

Dustin has been a great addition to my household. I purchased him about 6 months ago and he is still going strong. You just press go and voilà! I have been able to map three different floors---you just have to choose the map on the app before you start. When he's done with the job (and he does it well), he goes back to his station to relax. I am very happy with this purchase! (Sam's frequently offers significant savings on this vacuum. Just keep checking back for deals. I had been on the fence about acquiring a robotic vacuum but when a deal appeared, it was a no-brainer to give it a try).

I bought bObsweep like a a month ago can’t be more happy with it. I haven’t tried the moping and probably won’t use that function, but the sweeping is great. My floors with three kids stay cleaner now with the help of Dustin. It cleans under the beds and I don’t know how it gets under my table with all the chairs in but I don’t have to move anything. He does clean my carpets too, just pick up the shower ones that are a little ticker. So far I love my Dustin!!!

I have to say this is the absolute best robotic vacuum I've owned, and I've even tried several of the more expensive ones. This vac creates a detailed map of your floors, and cleans every accessible square inch of your home. You can even click on the map to see where it is in real time. You can name each area and mark any areas you do not want vacuumed I have vinyl plank flooring with area rugs and cowhide rugs throughout. It has not gotten stuck yet, even on rooms with a lip across the threshold. We do have 2 large dogs,German Shepherd & Rottweiler, that are in the home part-time, along with 3 inside cats. I found that if I don't run the vacuum every couple days I will find clumps of fur that have been left behind, but with the amount of fur my pets loose it is understandable. If this happens the clumps are easy to pick up and discard. They do have a vacuum for homes with pets, but this one does the job just fine for me. I just set the vacuum to run at night in the living area as it is super quiet, all the other vacuums we tried would wake us up. The bedrooms I set to run during the day while we are out. So far I'm very pleased with this vaccum.

Our little chore robot Dustin the self emptying robot vacuum has been then best adoption that our family has ever done. Dustin cleans up all the floors every time we ask him to and without any hesitation. He always cleans every room and never takes any shortcuts. He will even clean the floors when we are not home if we contact him through his app. The only thing that we have to watch out for is that he likes to look out the sliding glass door and is trying to figure out how to get outside so we have to make sure that the door is closed when he is working

Dustin is awesome! I set him up in minutes without any issues. Mapped the whole house and set no mop zones easily. After mapping the house a few times I moved his base to a different location, not a problem at all doing it. Thought there would be a problem with that since it was moved to other side and end of house, a few rooms away. Nope! Dustin (Dusty) came out and didn’t have any issues. My house is large and it gets cleaned in one charge. Connected to Alexa and they work seamlessly together. Absolutely love Dusty, saves me so much time and energy.

I am delighted with my Dustin smart vacuum's convenience and user-friendly design. The set-and-forget feature has dramatically simplified the task of maintaining a clean living space, and the intricate tracks it leaves on the carpet are a visible testament to the device's efficacy. The intuitive app and its scheduling options further enhance the user experience. While I have not explored the full range of app features, the current set-and-forget functionality has significantly improved my productivity. Despite initial reservations about smart home devices, the ease, convenience, and efficiency of the Dustin vacuum have not only won me over but also provided me with more quality time to spend with my family.

Actually, I have another robot vacuum, which is called Shark Matrix . So I can see the differences between two devices. Thia robot has much smarter IQ than shark's. Shark matrix and this one has simillar radar sensor, but software development and hardware has much developed to shark. It is just another level.sometimes, shark goes to unauthorized space, if it think that something condition changed. So it spread all my dog's poop all around. But this one never do such a stupid thing. and this robot can set no sweeping zone much more in detailed way. Show quoted text

I have had two iRobot vacuums before, and both of them are horrible, always getting stuck, not picking up very well. The bObsweep Dustin is wonderful!!! If it cannot finish its job on the first go round, it goes back and charges, and starts off where it left off. SMART!!FarSuperior than any others that I have used.
