Sweeping - ok, the edge roller falls off if it hits a rug. Mopping - ok, it drips in places while mopping , drips when putting on the attachment and you definitely need to switch the pads in between because they are very thin Price varies so not worth what it is now at $700 but ok at what I paid

Love my Dustin ! I set it up and ran him right away and love the silence but I must say it loud when it self empties! But it empties by itself which a great feature to have since I work from home and in the basement.So I can have it running while I'm working and not have to worry about it ! Haven't tried the mop art yet but will review when I do! Love Dustin!!!!

My wife was skeptical about buying a remote vacuum. We bought this unit at Sams's Club and it was delivered very quick. We set it up and downloaded the app. We had it map our house and then vacuum completely. It was incredible the amount of dust, dog hair, and other debris it picked up! As a bonus it also mops! Just use the app to tell it what area to vacuum/mop and it will get right too it! 5 stars!

Our Dustin is doing awesome!  It was truly bought for our Dental Office just to keep the new vinyl floors swept during closed times, but now discovered that I love the mopping ability!  It really does keep our new floors looking clean!   I also like the mapping feature which allows us to send it to a particular area.   It is nice that it self-empties because it is run during no working hours.  The looks of the vacuum and the base are stylish so it is not unsightly where it is stored.  I like the easy to use app and being able to control  Dustin by the app from anywhere.  This is a super buy and I could not be happier.

We bought the Dustin vacuum a couple of months ago and absolutely love it. We’ve had two Roombas and love the convenience of them, but the Dustin has blown them away. Its mapping system is super accurate and the way it vacuums back and forth gives a thorough coverage that the Roomba doesn’t. The ability to schedule it by room and to set fences to avoid rugs or other areas is fantastic. Some prior reviews mention you can only order bags and parts from their website, but in looking, they are priced very reasonably.

I love Dustin and it's my first time to buy a robot vacuum cleaner. It's a perfect hands free robot that vacuums the whole house. Dustin vacuums very thoroughly and goes under the furniture where human beings normally skip vacuuming. Also it picks up my cat's hair pretty well. I set up specific dates and times of the week to vacuum the whole house while I'm at work and it feels good to come home that's vacuumed clean. When Dustin is low on the battery, it automatically goes home to get recharged. Then when it's recharged, it goes back to where he left off and finishes vacuuming the unfinished area and goes back home. It's a very smart little thing and it's one of the best items I bought in my life. The only regret is I should have adopted Dustin sooner.

I purchased this on a whim because of the reviews on here. It was really difficult to find reviews that were not paid on other sites and there's limited resources on YouTube giving info on this as well. My only complaint for this was trying to get it hooked up to WiFi, if you're not connected to 2.4ghz internet then it's not compatible. After about an hour speaking with my internet company I was able to finally get Dustin up and running. The performance of the robot is good. I like the app a lot and how the map color codes the different rooms. I can actually tell where my furniture and things are on the map so I know areas I need to block off. I do not plan on using the mop component. Also, Bobsweep should make it easier to buy replacement bags on sites like Amazon. I ordered some that I think are compatible, we shall see.

I've enjoyed using Dustin for the short time I have owned it. I was leary because I was not familiar with the brand at the time of purchase. After reading several reviews, I thought that I would give it a try. I have only used the sweeper feature of the vacuum, but I am pleased because it runs quietly and cleans thoroughly, returning to the dock to empty when it is complete. I am anxious to try out the wet mop feature in late April when we return. Thanks for the free dust bags that I will receive.

Our little chore robot Dustin the self emptying robot vacuum has been then best adoption that our family has ever done. Dustin cleans up all the floors every time we ask him to and without any hesitation. He always cleans every room and never takes any shortcuts. He will even clean the floors when we are not home if we contact him through his app. The only thing that we have to watch out for is that he likes to look out the sliding glass door and is trying to figure out how to get outside so we have to make sure that the door is closed when he is working

We bought this vacuum back in February and wish we had done it a long time ago. The mapping and scheduling option on the app was very user-friendly. The vacuum does a great job where I am now only using our main sweeper 1-2 days a week to get in the nooks and crannies where Bob can't reach. We love the mopping feature! Just buy it. You won't regret it.
