We have had Dustin for about a month and so far we are happy with it. It did a good job of mapping the house and seems to get in all the hard to get at spots. Covering the floors in one direction and then perpendicular to it makes for a very through cleaning. After having to create a couple of 'no-go' areas Dustin does exactly what he is supposed to. We have both carpet and hard floors but it does a great job on each.

Dustin has been an amazing vacuum so far. He does a great job mapping the house and is able to navigate around all our furniture. I love that he can empty himself. We haven't tried out the mopping feature yet, but I have confidence that he will do a great job. The cats sure find him entertaining.

Overall he does a great job keeping the areas clean and is able to switch from hard floor to carpet without any problems. Dustin is very smart in that he can learn how to clean an area and after mapping the floor you can see where he is in his cleaning. If there is an area that Dustin gets stuck at, the app allows you to create a 'no clean' area to avoid getting stuck. He also sees and avoids going down stairs. If the floor has a lot of dirt or hair to pick up, he sometimes is not able to empty completely and he needs to be manually cleaned. The manual cleaning needed is to use the supplied brush to remove the built up dust on the filters and empty Dustin's dirt collection compartment. The roller brush also needs to be cleaned to remove dirt/hair when needed. Overall, he does a great job of getting under furniture and cleaning the hard to reach places. It's very convenient to schedule him to clean and you have a clean floor. He is able to store a couple maps so you can customize the frequently cleaned areas.

I have been using Dustin for a few weeks now, and I'm very happy with his performance and cleaning capabilities. Dustin starts out every morning at 8 AM cleaning the main floor of my house. He does a great job picking up tiny crumbs, while also staying on top of my golden retrievers hair. I also love to use the mop functionality once a week to do my tile floors. Dustin has been a great time saver not requiring me to have to sweep on a regular basis.

We are very happy with Dustin! We renamed him Dusty and he is a very hard worker. We have 4 dogs so we keep him very busy. Dusty is very faithful with his weekly schedule that we programmed into him. He does the rooms we want on the days we request and when he's done, he heads home and empties himself. I haven't had to vacuum since the day we got him. I'm in love!

We purchased two Dustin units and have been very pleased with the vacuum. They are quicker than our previous robot vacuum and do a good job of cleaning both rugs and bare floors. We haven't used the mop feature as of yet. Customer service has been great with a couple of questions that we had with set up and they even followed up to make sure everything was working.

With already a month of usage, I can say that this robot vacuum is one of the best in the market, if not the best! Easy to setup, the room scanning feature is super accurate, self emptying so no need to worry about that. I love that now I get to spend more time with my loved ones instead of cleaning my floors, Dustin helped me extend the time between deep cleanings. I completely recommend it!

I have used this for about 4 months now. I love it better than the well-known name brand I owned before. I like the way it maps the area to be cleaned and works in an organized fashion to clean the whole floor rather than just bouncing around randomly and missing spots. I love that it vacuums and mops and then dumps itself.
