Over the last eight years, I have owned 4 different robot vacuums (Neato $500, Samsung $1200 , Dyson $1000 and now Dustin). Each one has its own benefits from previous products but Dustin is by far the most advanced and works flawlessly. Dustin is also in the right price range. My house is a single story approximately 3200 square feet home with hard floors. On Dustin’s first run, he was able to map the entire house and still have battery left over. The app works well and allows you to control Dustin from your phone for spot cleaning. I haven’t had to empty Dustin’s bin yet because he has a large storage bag. Dustin is able to find his home without help and hasn’t gotten stuck under and furniture. I have only used the vacuum feature so far but am excited to try his mopping capabilities.

This is my second purchase of this unit. I loved the first one so much that I had to have another for the upstairs. It is so smart and easy to use. They are so quiet that you hardly know they are running. I especially like the automatic emptying feature. I strongly recommend this vacuum.

Loving our Dustin. The self empty container is huge maybe twice as large as the other brand we had. We have a 90lb Alaskan malamute and a cat and mix of carpet and hardwood. Dustin has been hard at work for the last month or so and the results have been amazing. The app is really easy to work with with option to block areas to avoid completely or avoid only when mopping ie carpet. This was on sale when we got it and we are amazed by how great a deal this was.

Excellent little machine for a great price ($219). It does exactly what is says it will do. All functions perform very well. The App is super-easy to use and intuitive. I took it out of the box, set it on the floor, and pressed the GO button. It mapped (and vacuumed) the entire house. Suction is fairly good. It vacuumed tile floors, carpeting, and rugs just fine. It emptied into the 100-day unit perfectly every time. Before using the mopping function, download the App, then create NO Mop zones. Precaution: It will eat charger cords if left on the floor.

I was hoping for this to be better. Since the purchase it’s been having mapping issues/localization. Since the app update it’s been offline. Now I don’t know if it has anything to do with my Xfinity modem but that does play a big roll on this Dustin to stay connected. All I can do is click “Go” on the top of the robot and it will vacuum/mop the whole place. I think I might return this :(

Suction is not up to par with other less expensive units. Sometimes it doesn’t connect properly when it returns to empty and recharge. We need to push it in ourself so that it makes contact and recharges. On two occasions already we have had to open it and manually empty it. It’s not worth the price or the hustle. Cannot handle our two dogs. We’ve had several units by far the shark brand remains the best one. Should have gotten a shark.

I’ve had the Dustin Self-Emptying Robot Cleaner for about a month now, and unfortunately, I’m not impressed. While the self-emptying feature is convenient, the overall performance leaves a lot to be desired. The brush keeps coming off during cleaning, which is frustrating. It also doesn’t sweep thoroughly, consistently leaving unclean areas behind, no matter how many times it goes over them. For the price, I expected much better performance. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product.

We purchased this item by seeing the decent reviews on the Sam’s club but it turns out that we received a bad device it stopped working after only using it twice it won’t charge always disconnects from the charging station no matter what so had to return the device hoping the replacement would be a good one.

I bought the bObsweep Wi-Fi Connected Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum and Mop from Sam's Club on a huge sale. I had never heard of the brand but almost all reviews were excellent. It was simple to set up and the app is easy enough to navigate but... I have home with all wood floors and a couple of area rugs. The Dustin did a very poor job of getting near the kitchen cabinets and appliances. It would miss anything within 2-3 inches of those. Same with the area rugs. It would leave behind anything along the edges of the rug on the wood floor. When it came to mobility, the Dustin struggled to get up on one of my area rugs, it would take 3, 4, or even 5 tries to get over the edge. It would also intermittently get lost then spend 5 minutes banging around a closed door before giving up. Self-cleaning, the Dustin would empty after each run (you can't miss the sound it makes) and never once did the bot dustbin contents actually make it to the base container. Ultimately, I am returning the device after giving it a go for a month. If you have nothing but wide open spaces and don't mind manually emptying the bot dustbin then the Dustin bot is right for you.

This item was terrible. It barely picked up the dirt off the floor. Then when it would bump up next to something such as a rug, it would spit out what little bit of dirt it had collected. It frequently became jammed, particularly under a bed, there was no carpet under the bed, so there was no reason for it to become jammed. With it performing so badly, I didn't bother to use the mopping attachment.
