This has been a lifesaver. We have two shedding dogs and I love that I have one less job to do when I get home from work. Our floors are all hard surfaces so can’t say how it would do with carpet but I’m pleased with the product.

The sweeper is great. The only downside is the bags that go with it. The only place to get them is through the vacuum website. They don’t tell you that, you have to figure that out after the fact.

I've only had this for about 6 months and its location sensor is broken, it gets lost every time I turn it on, and it won't pick anything up or empty itself. Absolute garbage.

Had hopes for it after reading reviews. However it did suck just not the way intended. Constantly losing connection, clogging, shutting off when it feels like. Back to an upright until a stronger and better one comes out.

Impressed. Gets the job done well. The map is useful for dividing rooms and choosing or blocking areas to navigate. Cleaning schedule is nice. Mine is set to clean each day at the time I go to the gym. Come back and floors are clean. Recommend.

The bObsweep is not programmed well. It tries to go through furniture items which leads to it getting stuck. It often reports something is wrong with the wheels but there is no obstruction. I would not recommend this item.

This machine is a joke. I had a bObsweep pet plus for 5 years. It did a great job this new one dos not. This machine goes over tiny bits of dirt, can’t pick it up, gets clogged, I can’t believe that it’s made by the same company. I am going to return it.

I had the most impossible time setting up my new Bobsweep, until I was rescued by Daniel D! I don't think there could ever be a better customer service rep to work with. This guy had all the patience in the world between my kids in the background and all the weird connectivity issues we experienced along the way. He was able to successfully get my vacuum working through the app and connected to WiFi, and he should get a promotion for this! Don't buy this, even on sale, doesn't meet any expectations. I bought this vacuum almost two years on sale, I check the reviews and the most were good. I left it for about 6 months with not using it because I was remodeling. When use, it cleans only few and all hairs sticks in the roller, I Have to use scissors for cutting all the messy accumulated in the rolling brush and clean all the full trashes that was vacuumed because doesn't discharge the trash at the time that supposed to do it. Has been more than 4 months that I been having without using it.not good at all.
