I purchased this in hopes I could keep the dog hair at bay. I know I will have to turn it over and de-fuzz it, probably every day but it will also sweep for me and keep the floors nice twice a day. I saw the reviews that complained about hair build up but if I keep an eye on it I do not see much of a hardship there. Pulling the roller out once every day or 2 is a very small price in my book to eliminate the embarrassment of furry floors.

I have had this machine over a year- I have never had to empty the bag because it doesn't suck the dirt up into the bag - always have to empty by hand and it's constantly loosing its map and needing to refigure. Gets lost if the sun is beaming in a window. Usually leaves dirt and debris all around and has to go around more than once to clean everything up. The mop option doesn't clean anything just soaks the cleaning pad and leaves a puddle under while charging.

We love it!! This is SUCH a massive improvement over our previous one - which at the time (2018) was top of the line. The features with new models are so much better - self-emptying, mapping your house, mopping, and more. And it's quieter too. If you had an older one - or, have been wondering if it's worth the money - the answer is yes.

Having Dustin from Bobsweep in the office has been such a tremendous help to the overall maintenance and upkeep of our clinic. It did not take long for the system to assess and map out the clinic grounds and it has been incredibly helpful in supporting our office staff with assuring that our patients are greeted with a clean space whenever they arrive. I recommend Dustin for whoever is aiming to make their lives a little easier with cleaning support, and am grateful to have added the little guy to our clinic team!

Dustin, renamed Cindy, is incredibly thorough and quick. My entire 1300sq foot house is vacuumed in less than 45 minutes. She really knows the lay of the land, anticipates walls after a few times throughout the house, and learns new obstacles quickly. The vacuum is strong and I love the docking and self cleaning features once cleaning is complete. 10/10 would buy another if I had a two story house.

We've had a few different brands over the years, and still have a roborock that we love and now moved upstairs. This one is doing well, keeping up with the high expectations it creates based on the list price. To be clear we didn't buy it at list price and would not recommend you do either, as prices have gone down significantly on all of these in the last couple of years. We like that this has a large self empty capacity. The app is easy to use and customize which is very important to us due to our peculiar floor plan that has multiple challenge areas including a drop from the kitchen to the dining room.

So far, really impressed with the options and performance. Self dumping is fantastic and assigning rooms to do individually is a home run. Wish we could pick multiple rooms, but spot cleaning works as a meager workaround. A little arduous to edit the map, but far better than other name brands. The logic it uses to process each room is more efficient than other brands. Location mapping is superb.

Our BobSweep worked so well for a few months before the main brush began to fail. Bob would push hair, dirt, and grime around my home (leaving clumps when it encountered a rug) before docking and leaving everything on the brush. We contacted customer support and they stated they would require us to pay shipping and handling to the tune of almost $50 to fix the problem. After some back and forth they agreed to absorb the cost and repair our item for free. When we received our fixed vacuum it worked well for two cleanings before going back to the same old issues. For reference, we have three kids, one dog, and we picked up items before the vacuum ran between manual vacuuming sessions. It. Should. Work.

I purchased this just over a year ago. From the beginning, it had issues picking up short and medium length pet hair from carpet. It was decent on the hard floors, though, so I kept it and used the manual vac weekly on my carpets. At just over a year, the mapping and "sight" have failed. The bot runs in a circle and either stops or rams into furniture or a wall with some force. Even after a thorough cleanup, this little bot is shot. Too much money for so short a run!

I have had Bob for less than a week and love him! I stayed away from ordering one of these vacuums just because it didn’t seem like it would do anything. Once I saw this on sale, I decided to do my homework and research LOTS of robot vacuums. For the price of Dustin and all the reviews, I thought this would be perfect for our 1400 sq ft home. I love this little helper. Maps itself every time it runs. Sounds like a jet engine when it self empty’s , but that does not bother me as it only empties for about 10 secs. It’s important to look for the proper suction power if you have pets or little kids who drop every crumb. If I had a bigger dog or little ones, I may have bought one with more suction power. Honestly it’s not needed for our uses. Great price. Great product. I’m happy. I have not tried the “mop” feature yet as this may only be good for a smaller space just to maintain cleanliness. Like by the back door or front door for pets and foot traffic. I’m sure my swiffer will do better. Lol. But certainly this isn’t one to mop the whole house.
