We've had a few different brands over the years, and still have a roborock that we love and now moved upstairs. This one is doing well, keeping up with the high expectations it creates based on the list price. To be clear we didn't buy it at list price and would not recommend you do either, as prices have gone down significantly on all of these in the last couple of years. We like that this has a large self empty capacity. The app is easy to use and customize which is very important to us due to our peculiar floor plan that has multiple challenge areas including a drop from the kitchen to the dining room.

So far, really impressed with the options and performance. Self dumping is fantastic and assigning rooms to do individually is a home run. Wish we could pick multiple rooms, but spot cleaning works as a meager workaround. A little arduous to edit the map, but far better than other name brands. The logic it uses to process each room is more efficient than other brands. Location mapping is superb.

The bObsweep was returned. If you have hardwood floors to carpet with long haired dogs this is not the robo vac to get. The mapping worked pretty good but it got clogged up with dog hair. It also didn't empty completely when it docked.

Having Dustin from Bobsweep in the office has been such a tremendous help to the overall maintenance and upkeep of our clinic. It did not take long for the system to assess and map out the clinic grounds and it has been incredibly helpful in supporting our office staff with assuring that our patients are greeted with a clean space whenever they arrive. I recommend Dustin for whoever is aiming to make their lives a little easier with cleaning support, and am grateful to have added the little guy to our clinic team!

To whom it may concern, I was given Dustin as a present from my husband for Valentines Day. Best Gift Ever! We have 3 dogs and live in the country, so daily floor maintenance is not a light task. Dustin has taken a huge brunt of the work in not even a month that I find myself with more time to enjoy my family. We have tried two other brands of robot vacuums in the past, and Dustin outperforms them hands down!

I was so excited to find a vacuum with self-empty and a mop in this price range. However, after using it for about a week, I was not happy with the product. It took 2 times to get my house vacuumed and when I mopped, it left a trail of water. The mop head got soaked so it wasn't drying the floor and when it went over a rug, the mop head folded in half and then did not mop at all. The water reservoir was not large enough to cover my living, dining and kitchen area but it could have been because the water came out heavy in the beginning. Do not recommend.

I see all of the good reviews on this vacuum, and I'm really disappointed that I didn't have the same experience. I couldn't get it to connect to wifi, which was probably the biggest issue. I decided to use it without the wifi. It seemed to pick up dirt on the laminate flooring fine on the side of the bot that had the sweeper attachment and did ok on the area rugs, knowing that I will have to go over it with a regular vacuum anyway. It only went back to the dock at the end of the run, which is way too long of a time with the dog hair in the house. Can you set it for how often to go to the dock? Don't know. (Wifi wouldn't connect.) When it did go back to the dock and emptied, I saw when I was packing it back into the box that only minimal dirt was in the bag, and the remaining was left in the bot that I would manually empty after a period of time while it was running. Every time I would have to take off the roller brush and cut the hair off of it after it ran. My previous bot was another brand that would empty every 30 minutes and the dog hair wouldn't tangle in the roller. The customer service got back to me, but I had already taken it to Fedex to return it. Apparently a possible issue may have been something that was not mentioned at all in the directions or trouble shooting. I did return it; I just didn't want to deal with the issues any more.

I run this vacuum every day which should make vacuuming hardwood floors an easy task however, the roller is small and often gets clogged. The bin often does not empty and then it becomes clogged which causes the vacuum to leave debris on the floor which means I have to dump the bin which should not happen since this vacuum is supposed to be self emptying.
