I love my bObsweep Dustin Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum %26 Mop. Is quiet leaves my floors do clean I have a bird at home and can get messy but with my bobsweep no need wooried. I’m really Happy with my purchase I love the cocoa color.

I purchased this in hopes I could keep the dog hair at bay. I know I will have to turn it over and de-fuzz it, probably every day but it will also sweep for me and keep the floors nice twice a day. I saw the reviews that complained about hair build up but if I keep an eye on it I do not see much of a hardship there. Pulling the roller out once every day or 2 is a very small price in my book to eliminate the embarrassment of furry floors.

I had the most impossible time setting up my new Bobsweep, until I was rescued by Daniel D! I don't think there could ever be a better customer service rep to work with. This guy had all the patience in the world between my kids in the background and all the weird connectivity issues we experienced along the way. He was able to successfully get my vacuum working through the app and connected to WiFi, and he should get a promotion for this! I have had this machine over a year- I have never had to empty the bag because it doesn't suck the dirt up into the bag - always have to empty by hand and it's constantly loosing its map and needing to refigure. Gets lost if the sun is beaming in a window. Usually leaves dirt and debris all around and has to go around more than once to clean everything up. The mop option doesn't clean anything just soaks the cleaning pad and leaves a puddle under while charging.

Don't buy this, even on sale, doesn't meet any expectations. I bought this vacuum almost two years on sale, I check the reviews and the most were good. I left it for about 6 months with not using it because I was remodeling. When use, it cleans only few and all hairs sticks in the roller, I Have to use scissors for cutting all the messy accumulated in the rolling brush and clean all the full trashes that was vacuumed because doesn't discharge the trash at the time that supposed to do it. Has been more than 4 months that I been having without using it.not good at all.

Our BobSweep worked so well for a few months before the main brush began to fail. Bob would push hair, dirt, and grime around my home (leaving clumps when it encountered a rug) before docking and leaving everything on the brush. We contacted customer support and they stated they would require us to pay shipping and handling to the tune of almost $50 to fix the problem. After some back and forth they agreed to absorb the cost and repair our item for free. When we received our fixed vacuum it worked well for two cleanings before going back to the same old issues. For reference, we have three kids, one dog, and we picked up items before the vacuum ran between manual vacuuming sessions. It. Should. Work.

I purchased this just over a year ago. From the beginning, it had issues picking up short and medium length pet hair from carpet. It was decent on the hard floors, though, so I kept it and used the manual vac weekly on my carpets. At just over a year, the mapping and "sight" have failed. The bot runs in a circle and either stops or rams into furniture or a wall with some force. Even after a thorough cleanup, this little bot is shot. Too much money for so short a run!

The bObsweep was returned. If you have hardwood floors to carpet with long haired dogs this is not the robo vac to get. The mapping worked pretty good but it got clogged up with dog hair. It also didn't empty completely when it docked.

Strange, because I already left a review, which doesn’t seem to have been posted and now Sams again sent me another email to review?? Anyway, yes we’re very satisfied with our purchase of Dustin and glad we went for it. It’s a solid 5 stars.

We love this robot vacuum! So much that we bought one for the upstairs too! It helps keep the whole house tidy! I love that you can do schedules and no sweep zones! It's so thorough!
