Dustin does the job I can no longer do after a back injury. It is scheduled to run in the early morning hours while I’m sleeping. I simply close the bedroom door so it doesn’t wake me up. It does a great job. The app is not fancy but has the needed features to set up and use your Dustin effectively.

This is my first robotic vacuum. I have always wanted to try one but was overwhelmed by the different brands. I would always gravitate towards the brand names everyone knows, then rethink when I saw the price point. I literally did that for years, never wanting to pull the trigger…until I received an email from Sams with specials advertised. I thought it was too good to be true, and did my usual back and forth contemplating. I read all the reviews, was intrigued by the dry annd wet mop features, and walked away with a positive feeling about this robot vacuum and decided to finally give one a try! I cannot be more pleased with this purchase! It has been very effective and easy to use. I have not tried the wet mop feature yet so I can only comment on the vacuum part. Did it pick up every speck on the floor? No. Do I expect it to? No I think that’s unrealistic. But when I see how much it did pickup with ZERO effort other than pushing the go button, it’s an obvious choice! My husband and I struggle with shoulder and back injuries where the motion of vacuuming is difficult. We are so pleased with this purchase for effortless cleaning!

I bought this product back in February ('24) and have loved this product. it works great compared to similar products. There is also a lot to love about this machine! it sweeps, it mops, and it even empties itself out so you don't have to and it has an easy to use app to control your machine with. it maps out your house and you can even separate the different rooms so that you can then tell the bot to clean specific areas. also in the app there is a store to get any replacement parts or accessories that you need for your specific device if you need. Its actually pretty quiet while it is cleaning even on the highest suction setting at least to me. I have 2 dogs and a child and we live in a very sandy area and it really handles keeping the floor clean after they track in sand from walks outside. I like to walk barefoot through the house but HATE getting sand on my feet. this solves that fantastically!!! On top of all of that the Customer Support is top of the line and will run through any issues that you have and do everything that they can to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. I am definitely very happy with this product and will absolutely be staying with this company with all of my robotic sweeping needs!

I gave it a 4 because the side brush won't stay on & replacement cost is outrageous so consider that before you buy. Can only get bags, brushes from bobsweep. The robot is great & does learn & adjust its map while sweeping. Not all the headaches I had with 1 of the 1st ones made. Would buy again. It's 11/27/24 & the listed price is no sale. You can find it several $100 cheaper.

I love my new Bobsweep Dustin robot vacuum. With a large dog and 2 cats, I am finally able to keep all the animal fur under control and off my wood floors and low pile rugs. I love the I can block off certain areas where I don't want him to sweep so he doesn't get caught on my high pile rugs. My favorite thing is being able to control him through my Google Home app. Using voice control has proven to be so convenient. I also love that his dust bin is self emptying although it sometimes get clogged if I wait too many days between sweeps. I am very happy with "Bob"!

I jumped at the sale price for this machine. I had always wondered if a robot vacuum would work in my house. The good news is that the technology is very cool and does indeed work. The bad news is that it is not going to be with this vacuum. It is amazing how it maps and navigates around the house the first time you use it. It pairs easily with your phone and set up is smooth. My concern with robots was that it would get caught on throw rugs and the other items in a house. The videos always show this pristine floor with a huge open plan. that is not my house but the robot does fine, the first time. After the first time, it can't figure out where it is located and shuts down. You should be able to clean a room or a spot, but it can't do it because it throws a location error. I contacted customer service and they responded within 24 hours. The net result was that I have to reset the robot and start all over. No change. After the initial mapping, it can't figure out its location. It makes the convenience of a robot worthless. This is a no go for me, but it's not all bad. It is effective when it vacuums and self emptying is a nice feature. One other bad thing is that it doesn't know when it is full. Kind of defeats the self emptying feature, IMO. Other reviews have said it is loud, but it is no louder than a regular vacuum and is much quieter on low power. The mop feature works pretty well, too, as long as your floors are slightly dirty. It will not replace a thorough cleaning. In conclusion, I consider this a pretty good entry level self emptying robot, at the $200 sale price. It may work for you and the price is good enough to find out. It didn't work for me because of the location issue. Not knowing when it is full is also something to consider. At the full retail price, which it is now listed once again, this is absolutely not worth it. There are much better robots for much less available.

We love our Dustin Vacuum. We bought it to replace a 6 year old Roomba and the BObsweep Dustin’s advanced technology is amazing. I love controlling it with the app, even when I’m away from home. Looking forward to many years of clean floors and less housework.

After my grandson nagging me for at least 2yrs, I finally decided it was time. I saw Dustin on Sam’s Club website, then saw the price. Ok, I’ll give it a try. It is so nice to wake in the morning to clean hardwood floors. I Love Dustin! Very user friendly, easy setup to Wi-Fi. Easy download of the app! It did take me a little while to learn Dustin’s behavior (need to pick things up off the floor, cords mostly). I highly recommend Dustin! I had a small issue but Customer Support was top notch! I do run Dustin every day of the week, again very easy to set up his routine. I have programmed Dustin to start cleaning every morning at 9am. I then sit in my chair, with my coffee and watch him do his job! Dustin can go where I cannot easily reach, under the beds, along the baseboards under furniture too! We have a Black and Tan Coonhound that sheds. The first couple of times, Dustin’s collection area was full but, it does self empty. I no longer need to lug my vacuum cleaner around the house…Dustin does it all. It’s like watching the Jetsons cartoons.If only he could pour a glass of wine for me😂😂😂 I have not used the mop feature yet. Overall I highly recommend Dustin for everyday use.

Got this on sale from Sam's several months back. Had a small issue with it not taking a charge (my fault, left it uncharged for too long) but customer support was super helpful and got me back up and running in short order. This guy punches well about his price point. Best robot vacuum I've had to date and I've had several.
