Great when it works and doesn't get lost. We generally like it. But it gets clogged up with dog and cat hair more than expected - our other robot vacs didn't have this much of an issue. I think the self-emptying feature is the problem. You don't know if Dustin is clogged or not unless you pick him up and check him... That defeats the purpose of the self cleaning, doesn't it? The home base got plugged up once as well and you had to remove the bottom vacuum line to remove the blockage. The other thing is that he gets lost and confused about where he's at and doesn't know where home base is... so you have to delete the map, remap the house and start over again like it was brand new. When it works, it does an ok job of picking up bits and pieces. We use an Eufy on the second level (not self cleaning) and it doesn't get lost or clogged with roughly the same square footage/etc.

I got this on sale at Sam's club as a non believer. I am sooooo pleasantly surprised. I love my cleaner. Maps perfectly, easy to understand and tweak, and I am not technologically saavy. Love it. Cleans well, empties well. It's all around a great help to me.

Hello. We had our Dustin ”Dusty” map both of our floors this past weekend and I’m truly impressed with how it maneuvers over our many thresholds and area rugs. It missed a few small spots in our basement but I’ll try it again and see how it does. We’re going to try the mop feature this weekend to see how that does. We have a cat and not all of the hair was removed when it self-cleaned. I had to pull it out manually. Just some feedback to note. It was the first time we vacuumed with it though so we had a decent amount of hair I’m sure. We’re very happy with Dusty so far! I hope the mop function works just as well as everything else!

Did a good job till about 3 months in, then it started falling down my stairs. I tried everything to no avail. On advice from bobsweep I bought a barrier strip. This stupid machine went right over the strip & down the stairs! Back to Sams Club we went & got a refund. I purchased this machine on sale for $199. So glad I didn't pull the trigger for $599!!

The Dustin Robot vacuum by bObsweep has improved the way clean my floors and carpet in short order since receiving it last week. Having long-hair Siberian Huskies means regular cleaning is mandatory and Dustin has already proven to be effective and reliable. My huskies watch Dustin with curiosity and acceptance as he cleans. I would recommend Dustin to my friends and family.

I love my Bobsweep. I have other robotic vacuums this one is far better. It’s fully programmable, I like the mop feature as well as the self empty. That’s the feature I like the most. Best thing was the price. I have mine set to clean and mop every other day. Set it and forget it. Can’t say enough about Bob, although I renamed it. Overall 10 out of 10.

I've owned several robot vacuums. This is the best one yet. I'm impressed with its map and ensuring it vacuums every single area of the house. Love it empties itself. We have 3 dogs and LOTS of hair. We've had to unclog it a few times because there is too much hair for the self empty to get but I'd still give it 5 stars. Well worth the money.

This has been amazing. Maybe beyond amazing. It mapped my house with no issues and then the vacuum is better than my Hoover. I love the mop feature. A house with kids and pets get dirty floors. You basically tell it where to mop and off it goes. The only problem is that I love to watch it work lol. Shiny floors and perfect carpet. I did call customer support with a user question, and Gabriel has been spectacular. I get followup emails checking in on me and the Dustin Robot. Best purchase ever.

Wow! Owned other robot vacs before and used to think they were great. But this Bobsweep is so smart it makes the others look like fish out of water. Our Bobsweep is so smart that it totally and accurately mapped our home in just two runs. Then I labeled rooms and created daily schedules for individual rooms. Bobsweep has been working everyday now for the last few weeks and the house is always clean. We have 3 cats and a big messy macaw. Bobsweep works like a charm and self cleans! Couldn't be happier. Great purchase.

Wonderful Robot! Finally one that gets in the corners, stays focused and gets the entire job done. Doesnt hang up on surface changes. doesnt need its "diaper" changed often. Excellent tech support. Hides behind chair when done. Mop zones easily set up
