Still working with it. I’m just trying to figure out the dumping process. It should do it more often I believe it gets clogged and I have to try to empty it.

Dustin works great on all the dog hair we HAD! The mopping feature saves us a ton of time cleaning now. Huge step up from the eufy we used in the past. Would buy again for sure.

Really does a nice job. Extremely thorough and quiet. Battery life has been good and the docking station is small enough to hide in the corner of our kitchen

Good at cleaning and following instructions. Mopping not so good and I have not expected great mopping either. Just make the floor wet. Everything else good.

Worst ever and support even worst. I actually was talking to someone in eastern Europe. Nobody answers the phone all day long. You’re lucky if somebody Picks up. Apparently they have two people that take calls

This sweeper is a fantastic item and very powerful. We have a cat that is a shedding machine and the house hasn’t been this free of cat hair in months. If you’re in the market for a sweeper, I bet you’ll feel the same way.

We love our Dustin! He makes a daily job so much easier. With 3 shedding dogs, it's a lifesaver! I recommend Dustin to anyone looking for help keeping your floors clean and in top shape!

So far, I love it. Works really well. Easy to hook up and get started. I really like the mop. It sweeps and mops at the same time. The price was right too. I have a shark IQ. Love that one too, but decided to try this one for the mop. My mother got one and loved it. So, I decided to try it and so far, it is just as good.

The vacuum itself works very nicely! Hardly notice our husky is a house pet. We use the vacuum on 3 floors so we save 3 maps. Each time I make a new map active the schedules for the daily cleaning on the main floor have to be recreated. Wish they saved tagged to the saved map to reload with the map.

I love Dustin. We have had him for a little over a month and he works great. He does get caught up on some things like cords or clothing but after we move the problems he runs smoothly over the entire house. It’s so nice to come home to clean floors and the carpet feels so much better after being vacuumed. I have 2 women with long hair in the house so the roller brush does get hair wrapped around it but the roller brush easily pops out and I can clean it off quickly. And after a couple of weeks of Dustin the hair accumulation has been very minor. The app is very user friendly also. I haven’t used the mop attachment yet but am looking forward to it.
