I didnt think these would work but to my surprise this vacuum is the best thing i have bought it really does a good job and we have 2 frenchies there is no hair on the floor anymore definitely recommend getting one especially for getting under the beds my wife doesnt have to move the beds anymore Timo clean under them.

If I had not thrown out all the boxes, I would have returned this piece of garbage a few days after I got it. The setup is temperamental and took forever to set up. Even now, I have to have it on my tablet because it refused to install on my phone. The edge brush is a lost cause, it doesn't click into place and it gets knocked off each and every time the unit is used so I just stopped using it. The unit is always a few inches from a wall so it doesn't clean as it should. There is no serial number sticker on the unit so I can't register it. I can see why this unit was marked down a few hundred dollars, they probably never sold or were returned at full price. One of the worst investments I've ever made.

The vacuum does a good job vacuuming, it's relatively fast and the battery power lasts longer than my shark robot. I don't like the fact that it has bags that you have to change and they are expensive to replace. I have not tried the moo feature yet.

We love Dusty! For the last 11 years we have had a wonderful little dog who was a great companion. Unfortunately, we had to put him down a couple months ago. We miss having him around, but what we soon came to realize was that he was very good at keeping things clean under our table and in the kitchen. 😄 We've thought about getting a robot vacuum for a few years and this the problem of crumbs on the floor moved us to action. We looked at many options and decided on the bObsweep Dustin. Dusty arrived on our doorstep and we put him to work. He mapped our rooms easily and learned to avoid the various objects around the house. He does a great job with the regular schedule, easily moving from hardwood to carpet to vinyl. We also appreciate being able to send him to clean specific areas with the Quick Clean setting. Dusty is over one month old now and we love him.

The vacuum itself does an ok job if you don’t have a lot of dog and people hair in the floor. The roller gets clogged up super easily with long hair, like my wife’s, which then inhibits it from being able to empty itself. My biggest complaint is the absolutely, virtually useless app that controls the vacuum! Had I read the review on the App Store before I bought Dustin, I wouldn’t have. I contacted the company support and got zero help after explaining the issues with the app…no app support. The map constantly deletes, the set routines will then also delete, you can’t edit rooms on the map without getting errors….completely garbage app control. Buyer beware

Had Dustin for a month. It was easy to setup and use. Really like the ability to control the Nosweep Zone. Had to use this feature when it got stuck under a cabinet & also under the couch in electrical cords. We have hardwood floor with several rugs and a dog that sheds. Dustin does a great job. I’m very happy with it.

Bob as we call this Robot does a great job. Much more efficient than our previous Shark model. Also much quieter. Love the ability to set days, times, areas cleaned. Note first couple times cleaning he is still learning the house layout. But after that fast and efficient

Dustin vacuum great in all ways but one: he can't communicate via 5G, it has to be 2.5G (or less, not sure). But as far as performance, he himself, is wonderful. He has trouble traveling over a thick cord or from bare floor to a thick mat. But I remove all the obstacles and he does great! I have a dog and it is nice to step barefoot on clean floors without encountering grit or dog hair.

Works great, I was a little skeptical but have been using it for about a month (with a golden retriever in the house) and it does a fantastic job at keeping up with the dog hair. I recommend doing a thorough cleaning yourself before using it, so that it is maintaining. When I first tested it out, it went under the bed where I hadn’t vacuumed in quite q while and that filled his dust bin quickly.

I had been looking at this so when it went on sale I snagged it. The first one I has glitched so frequently I had to exchange it. This one is good, when it works smoothly. It has needed updated and restarted. The brush falls off almost every time I use it. It often does not get on the base to charge properly and when I try to start it, it is dead. I have to watch that the brush is in place and that the vacuum gets back onto the base daily. It's nice it is self emptying, but it does not automatically empty when full and the bin is relatively small inside the vacuum itself. I like the mapping, although it split one room of mine into two and I haven't figured out how to fix that. I have a golden retriever and it seems to pick up the hair well enough if I keep the roller clean. The mop feature is ok. You have to empty it if it doesn't use all the water and it is recommended to use filtered water. Overall, it is good enough, but I would have been disappointed if I had paid full price.
