I got this because of the great deal. I'm thrilled with the performance and do not have to empty it every time it runs with the bag. The only thing I had trouble with was the mop part that would cause it to get stuck on throw rugs. I use it without it and it gets along just fine. We have 4 kids and run it daily to keep the floors clean.

I had some trouble in the beginning for the vacuum to connect with my Wi-Fi. The staff kept working through it with me until I was able to get it to connect. I was able to use the unit all along. I just was not able to schedule an automatic time that it would clean for me, and I was not able to map my rooms out. I absolutely love seeing the vacuum marks all over the carpets. I love that I can be doing something else while it is cleaning for me!!! I like the edge brush that you can attach to it. If falls off all the time. That is why I gave it a rating of 4 instead of 5 because I really like it, but I can't get it to stay on. I have not yet used the mop feature. I am sure that will be great also! If not I love the vacuum.

I Bought this robot vacuum about a month ago and immediately was enamored by his intuition and efficiency. We named him, Tito. Tito has displayed a great way to clean our brand new house. I love my Dustin! I have a different brand robot vacuum that I use on the second floor and Dustin is much smarter than that one, with excellent mapping abilities. He cleans my hardwood floors in the kitchen, dining area and front room. With a small amount of setup, he also mops. Funny story, I sent Dustin on a special mission. I have an area in my house where there’s a flat section over a closet and pantry that's over eight feet high, but the ceiling is way above that. I could get a ladder and crawl around on the “roof” of this bit, but I really don’t want to do that. So I put Dustin up there to vacuum that area. He did great! He unfortunately fell off at one point, but he was fine, didn’t hurt him at all. Cleaning that area did mess up the map, but Dustin fixed that on his next regular cleaning trip. Highly recommended!

We bought this at the end of February and has been in use every day since. This cleans just as well as our previous Shark, only much quieter. Cleans up dog hair very easily with no issues. Have not tried the mopping feature as of yet, so cannot comment on that. Accounted for day light savings time with us not doing a thing. Would definitely have no problem purchasing another one down the road when this ones dies.

I love this vacuum. I love that i can program it to run every day, i love that it has an app, and i love that it shows me where it's at in my space. The only thing i don't love is that i have to clean the animal hair out of it weekly (after i get a notification that the main brush is dirty/jammed). I wish the vacuum was sturdy enough to handle dog and cat hair. All in all, very happy with Dustin :)

I had bought BobSweep Dustin and Shark Matrix plus so that I can compare the performance. I believe Dustin beat Shark as below - 1. Dustin has better and accurate mapping compare to Shark 2. Dustin has better software as while cleaning it shows live location of Dustin 3. Dustin reaches hard to reach places (under the furniture) compare to Shark as it has low height 4. Suction is comparable to Shark 5. No sweep and No mop zone are the best features 6. Room clean feature is the best which we always use and spot clean ais efficient. Due to above great features.. Shark went back to the store and Dustin is our best friend forever for vacuuming

I have really enjoyed having my Dustin. I really like that I can sit at home working and Dustin can be doing some of my housework for me. It seems to pick up really great. The vacuum has even gone through my dining room chairs and under my table and has not gotten stuck. I love that it will go under my beds as well! I have not used the mop feature yet, but as far as a vacuum it has been great! I would definitely recommend!

Love my dustin! It works great! Does a great job mapping the house and cleaning! Mop function is good! Really does a good job in a home with pets and women with long hair. Gets to all the edges and doesn't even bother my dog while he is walking around! Great investment!

This was purchased on sale for a significant discount… that said it came with LIDAR, self empty station and mopping features for the price of most robot vacuums that don’t have any of those features. The setup process is easy and the app is intuitive. I think it works great for keeping dust and small debris down, but not as good at hair that wraps around the brush easily. (It’s made to remove the brush easily to clean so that’s nice.). The mop actually works better than I thought it would too and setting no mop areas is easy to do on the map so I don’t have to move the rugs. I never meant for this to replace my regular vacuum and for that job it works amazingly well. It’s never been stuck and always cleans efficiently and doesn’t miss spots. Worth it even at a higher price.
