I got the Dustin a couple of months ago and just started using it. It does what it supposed to do: map the house and clean all of it. The device and control via app are very easy to manage. My only lesson was not to let ir run at night as the noise of emptying the bag is waking my daughter. Overall very satisfied.

Bought "Dusty" approx. two months ago - wanted to give it time to truly test it out. We had previously purchase "Bob" and, while completely satisfied with it as well, we wanted the convenience of the auto-emptying function. I give it 5 stars for its overall ease of use, and it's thoroughness when it cleans. I was skeptical at first, as it seemed quieter that "Bob", so I stopped it before it could auto-empty, just to see what it had in there. Oh, it was thorough, alright! Very happy with the results, as the bin is full each and every run (it's also disappointing - is my house that dirty? LOL The answer is no, it's just normal day to day dust and dirt.). The one caveat - I've had to remap the house twice since we purchased, getting "localization" errors. But I truly believe it's due to us moving some furniture around, and "Dusty" has gotten confused. Once remapped, he runs flawlessly (only getting stuck once on a small carpet in the bathroom. It's features are top-notch (allowing you to set both vacuum and mopping restricted zones). Easy to launch with the app (for specific room cleaning) or - as I use it most often - telling Alexa to "start vacuuming", and off he goes!! Great product, and probably gonna buy another one as a housewarming gift for my (81yo) Mom.

DustinBot saves us the time vacuumming every night before bed. The map is great and tracks progress throughout the house. Wife love the Mop function. The solution tank seems small, but covers a lot of the square footage around the house... More than you think. It is nice to walk around with bare feet and not pick up any loose dust. Definitely recommend!!!!

I’ve never own a robot vacuum before Bob. And I’m so glad I gave Bob a try. I looked through all the negative reviews and didn’t see much. The only thing I didn’t like about Bob was the dustbin being too small. When I saw there was a promotion for Dustin, I hopped on it and bought 2. I love the self emptying large bin capacity. Now I leave for work and come home to a clean house.

Dustin (this robovacuum’s name) is doing great in our home. I like how we can customize his cleaning schedule, vacuum power, vacuum/mop combo along with area designations to where he should be cleaning and at what times. Our floors haven’t looked this clean consistently ever! The self-vacuum part is really loud and it would be nice if that part was quieter somehow. This is our first one ever and we’ve been loving it overall. It’s a great feeling when something else is doing the cleaning!

’ve only had Dustin for a few days now, but am very impressed with his abilities. He even manages to clean around a bike rack in my living room without getting stuck (yes, I have a bike rack and bikes in my living room). I’ve had him map out two distinct sections of my house separated by stairs, and am glad I can direct him where to go on either map. I had a shark robo-vacuum before and always had to be around to help him when he got stuck. I haven’t had that same problem with Dustin. I love being able to start him with my phone. He finishes much more quickly than the previous robot because he isn’t traveling in random directions. I would recommend him.

I’ve been a fan of this company from Day 1. They never disappoint and the customer service is second to none. More than 3 months after my purchase, no complaints. There is a learning burger so I would advise running it a few times just to see where the potential trouble spots might be (places it can get stuck). Once you know where Dustin shouldn’t go, it’s as easy as marking it on the map via the app and Dustin will avoid the space. Not having to vacuum everyday has definitely given us time back. Being able to control all my Bobsweeps on the app is a great bonus but I couldn’t be happier with the self emptying. I’m glad I waited for Bobsweep to release this type of unit. I’m a fan of them for life. Thanks to the Bobsweep team!

I bought two of these at a great price. I've nicknamed mine "Bob" and he's great at vacuuming and very thorough. It's very quiet except when it empties (which I've heard is common so it's not an issue). I also bought one for my son and daughter-in-law who think it's great ~ their cat enjoys it, too.

Luckily, we were able to purchase this vacuum on sale for 199.However the functionality within the wifi capability of this vacuum is horrific. I enjoy the wifi feature of the vacuum so that we can cater cleaning to a particular room or if necessary use spot clean. Unfortunately, when the Wi-Fi feature is disabled on the vacuum or continually drops.As we experience, we are not able to use spot clean.Or clean a specific room. For this particular vacuum you have to have the wifi feature enabled to utilize the map with the specific rooms and to spot clean. This is a 2/10 w the wifi.. I suggest. Only purchasing this vacuum if it is on clearance as ours was for a $199.Otherwise I would look at other models available.

We love our Dustin, he does a great job at covering all areas and mops on the weekend. Best thing about this vacuum is that it doesn't get stuck under the couch like our last one did. The bag makes cleanup very easy. Would highly recommend if you are in the market
